These shoes are so great! They are comfy and cute! They fit perfect and are making my winter so much more fun!

These boots are so great! They are amazingly comfortable I can wear them all day doing lots of walking. They look simple and chic. I got so many compliments the first day I wore them! Plus Zappos wonderful service, can't go wrong!

This is a great pair of boots. They are comfy and stylish, and not too horsey. I have a narrow foot and bunion on the right and had to loosen the right shoe box up a bit with a shoe stretcher. They weren't vastly wide on me like some others. I also have narrow calves and they fit fine, not loose.

Super comfortable boots. They run a half size large for sure, so order down. I was in NYC for a trip and wore these almost every day I was there. They needed no breaking in and were comfortable from the start. I've gotten many compliments on them here at home (CA) as well.

Love these boots! I'm a "true 7" with Born's so I ordered the 7 and was not disappointed. They are great. Walked all day in these new boots and not a blister! They were stiff leather (another reviewer stated this too), but I actually liked this feature. I love Borns and these have not disappointed. Very happy I got these boots.

Beautifully made, comfortable boot. These are a very high quality boot. Everything from top down to the sole is great. There is a wonderfully comfortable foot bed. The detail stitching, the shape of the toe, the leather and shaft lining are superb! I will enjoy these boots through many fall and winter seasons. They do run a bit on the large size, so I would say that ordering 1/2 size smaller is recommended.

These are a nice, comfortable boot. The leather is a bit shiny with a little bit of a crinkly texture. They were a little tight in the ankle area. I ended up returning them because I liked the Etienne Aigner Costa boot better. I ordered and tried several pairs of boots this year. The Etienne boots were just a little bit classier looking (and cheaper)! I ordered a 9 1/2 but usually wear a 10. The foot length was good.

Based on other reviews, I ordered size 8 because I'm usually between an 8 and 8.5. The length was right, even though the toe was a little pointier/ flatter than I expected from photos. The dark brown color is gorgeous, and the boot is beautiful, but the calves were too big, unless I'm tucking jeans into them. (My calf is about 14 inches when I flex.) I am looking for a boot I can wear with skirts, and the gaping at the calf doesn't go with the crisp, tailored look I wanted. These are beautiful boots that would work well for someone who has calves larger than mine or someone who will always wear them with pants tucked in.

These boots are very comfortable and I could wear and walk around in them for a whole day and my feet felt great! The soft lining is a nice touch.

LOOK at the zipper. Not color matched to leather. I bought this boot to be a nice neutral piece. Leather is very soft and the boot is very comfortable, but I don't think I will keep them. The zipper is dark chocolate brown and stands out like a sore thumb from the rest of the boot.

Lovely boot and very nice quality compared to most boots out there. As others have mentioned they did make my foot look very long, and that bugged me so I'm sending them back.

Nice boot. It does run long I had to order a 6 instead of a 6 1/2. Also the shaft height hits the leg at a funny height above the calf, but not as high as below the knee. Made my legs look short. Unfortunately, I had to return them. Still searching for the perfect 1 1/2 inch heel, leg flattering, classy, I can wear with leggings and tucked in jeans boot.

I LOVE the leather on this boot, it is luscious. Lovely color of brown, with subtle variation. However, I agree with other reviewers -- it is very looong, and makes your feet appear a size larger! I’m not usually sensitive about this, but I found it a bit unnerving. It is also very "western" looking, a bit more cowgirl than classy, for my taste at least. I thought the width was a touch narrower than other Born shoes I own. But it did (just) fit my muscular calves, which is a plus. In the end, I returned it because I was looking for a more classic style in this particular boot shopping expedition!

This is a really stylish and practical boot. The leather is quite nice and I felt the brown suede color would have been just right for me. However, I had to return mine because it was a bit too big (long) for me in the smallest size available. So, on the whole, I felt this style runs a bit big.

These boots fit very well but a little large in the calf for me (I have medium size calves). The quality for veg leather is excellent. I only return them because I could only keep one pair of boots and had to make a tough decision. Definitely worth the purchase.

The calf felt a lot narrower than 15.5" and the foot was a little too big. Otherwise, they were quite nice, but I had to return them because I couldn't zip them up. I ended up buying a pair of Pikolinos that was marked as having a 15" calf, and they fit just fine.

These boots are very comfortable. On my feet all day and they feel great. The only complaint I would have is in the picture the boot looks more narrow. The front of the boot foot/trim area is a bit bulky and not as dressy as I would have hoped.

Was 1/2 size too big. Walked all over NYC in 18 degree weather and my feet stayed dry and ‘warm’ and I even looked a bit chic. Thank you Zappos for the easy return and send back in 24 hrs!

I ordered the Born Yvette in black. They were very attractive and quite comfortable. They fit true to size and fit perfectly around my ankles. Unfortunately, they were a bit wide at the top so I returned them. I have a normal sized calf so it could just be that this is the way they were made to be worn... but I didn’t like how they looked. Oh well, I am sure I will find something on Zappos.

I purchased the Born Yvette in black. The boot itself is beautiful... nice, quality leather and a strong structured toe. They fit true to size. The problem was that the top circumference of the boot was too wide for my calf. I have a normal sized calf, so I think this is just the way this boot is cut. I had to return them (sadly).

Really pretty boot. I was looking for a casual boot versatile enough to go with pants, long skirts or with skinny jeans tucked in. These fit the bill. My only complaint is the way the boot is stitched to the sole so that the stitches are visible. The sole then sticks out a little wider than normal all around the forefoot of the boot.
