Zappos service as always was the best ever. New Balance has lost a customer though. The padding on the inside has pancaked after less than a month. This is the third edition of this style. I can usually count on 6 months before this happens. I have purchased these shoes for over 8 years and this recent one will be the last.

This is my 2nd pair and I'm unhappy wilth both. The inside heal wears out very quickly, thereby destroying the value and length of overall use.

Best athletic shoe I have ever worn and that is a lot as I am in my 70's. I have plantar fasciitis and also hallux rigidus on my right foot. All this from years of running and basketball. These uppers stretch to allow the hallux rigidus to not be effected as do stiff leather uppers. I wear them to work every day. I am on my second pair. I really like the subdued color of grey as I wear them with slacks to work. They have been around some time now so they must be popular on the market. I purchase the New Balance semi rigid blue color insert to replace the foot liner that comes with them. This aids with the plantar fasciitis. I am about to purchase my 3rd pair. With the NB orthotic I put in them I give them Excellent arch support.

My husband wears these every day for work and he loves them. He says they are very comfortable. I didn't bother taking point off for the style, as they are purely utilitarian for him. This is his second pair an they held up for a bit over a year, and I am sure they would last longer if he hadn't worn them through the winter in preference over his very heavy Red Wings. As always, Zappos customer service was an absolute pleasure.

For style and comfort, these are the best shoes I've ever owned. When I put them on for the first time, I felt that I had been wearing them for a month already. They were so comfortable. I will only buy shoes from New Balance from now on and Zappos was friendly, helpful, and shipped my order overnight. They were great.

Great fit, comfortable, good traction, light weight, excellent service and delivery. Also use to invert on teeter which gives great coverage of feet and ankles.

This is the only shoe my husband wears every day. Special occasion one other shoe. This his fourth pair. No leg pain.

This is a great walking shoe. Good arch support and the sizing is true to size. But you need to remember it is a walking shoe not a running shoe.

I am a 62 year old with a couple of bad arches, these shoes feel great. I can wear them all day with no problem or pain.

Bought a black pair a month ago and liked them so much that I bought this brown pair. Getting ready to take our daughter to Disney World and know I will be walking a lot more than normal. I did install PowerStep insoles as I have very low arches. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I have always been pleased with New Balance shoes and these are everything I expected them to be.

The tennis shoes that I recently purchased from Zappos are the most comfortable shoes I own! The fit is perfect and they look great. The service from Zappos was the best, and I'll be purchasing more shoes from them in the future!

I have worn the women's 8.5 2E size of the 926 for years. The 927 does not have this color in the women's model, so I converted my size to the men's model. Works great, with my foot issues I always wear New Balance shoes.

I'm always looking for a sneaker that feels good out of the box. I finally found it! These shoes are true to size and very comfortable.

I had previously purchased one. After about 1 year, the area around the heel tends to break, exposing a hard surface that causes callouses. But the rest of the shoe is still in great shape. So I'm buying another one.

These are nice comfortable shoes that are good for walking and everyday use. I ended up getting a full size smaller than other New Balance shoes of similar style. I like wide shoes, so New Balance is my first choice.

I have an extremely wide foot, and these shoes come in the width I need. My only complaint, is that, they have very little insole. I would highly recommend these shoes.

Over the years, I've been through numerous pairs of quality walking shoes and the 927 is the best yet. I'm on my feet all day and these shoes make walking a joy. In the past, it seems that shoes with wide toe boxes have had exceedingly wide heels which have caused my heel to slip with every step. Not these. The 927 allows my forefoot to spread naturally while holding my heel comfortably secure. They're not going to win any awards for style, but once I experienced the unsurpassed comfort and performance, it didn't matter. Combine the 927 with Zappos' legendary service, and it just doesn't get any better.
