I got a job where I walk roughly 25,000 steps per 8 hour shift, and quickly realized none of my shoes were up to the task of helping my poor feet survive. I ordered these, and couldn't be happier. The comfort is amazing, and they are holding up really well (I've had mine for almost 6 months now). I can't really express how happy I am with them. They support, they absorb shock, they cushion the right places, and I no longer get callouses on my feet. If these things ever wear out, I'll be ordering another pair instantly.

Great shoe. Got it based on other reviews. Use them when I am on my feet for long hours and in my garage where the concrete floor can take a toll if you are there too long, but not with these.

These are great shoes! They felt like the first pair of NB I bought 32 years ago! I actually bought a pair of Nike along with them to compare, and there was no comparison. Zappos has a great program with free shipping both ways, so there is no liability as long as you follow their instructions. Highly recommend the MW927 for the "heavy" walker.

This is a wonderful shoe. They are very comfortable and offer great support for flat feet. The shoe is deep enough and wide enough to handle orthotics. I have worn them to work every day and have played golf in them over the past year. They are beginning to show signs of wear, so I will be replacing them in the near future.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable New Balance shoes I've ever owned. And the grey shoes look really great.

These are sturdy, dependable, comfortable shoes. I am on my feet all day and walk a lot. My feet are flat and wide (duck feet). These are the only shoes that holds up well.

My husband got these on recommendation from his podiatrist - they are wonderful! Allowed his foot to heal from arthritis - thank you! Much better choice than surgery!

I love these shoes. My job requires being on your feet all day and lots of walking. I'm a big guy and these shoes absorb it all with style and comfort. They wear a long time. Buying shoes when you have feet as large as mine can be, to put it mildly, a chore. Zappos makes it easy and although the selection isn't wide (when you wear size 15 shoes, this is expected) they stock quality options of which none I've been disappointed with.

This is the second pair of New Balance MW927s that I have purchased for my husband. The first pair finally wore out after daily use for about a year. He has large and wide feet and while we tried a few other brands and styles he kept coming back to these. He says that they are super comfortable and give great support, too.

The salesperson was sensitive and accommodating to my needs. Zappos delivered my first order of shoes the very next day, following my order. I was surprised and pleased. I like Zappos' policy of up to one year return, if the package remains unopened for any unforeseen reason. The doctor told me to wait, to see whether I could use my new custom-fitted brace in my second pair of shoes from Zappos. I had already ordered a second pair, just before I visited him. This second pair remains unopened. If I am unable to use them, I have the assurance that Zappos will take them back and give me a refund. That is a great customer policy!

Most comfortable pair of walking shoes/sneakers I've owned in years. Soft, cushion-like feel, but just enough arch support to be non-intrusive. I wish they were open mesh for even more cooling (although they don't make my feet warm, per se), but the top-of-the line with the open mesh weren't nearly as comfortable.

I have hallux rigidus - arthritis of the great toe. This shoe has been really helpful. It has a large toe space, soft insole and a stiff sole.
