These shoes are light grey, not white. I like them a lot. I even found grey ankle sock to go with them at socks4life.com. I have prescription orthodics and they fit in as replacement insoles with no problem. New Balance Shoes are made in the USA keeping workers employed here. They make 1/4 of all the shoes in the world (if I remember that correctly).

I bought a pair of New Balance sneakers for my husband for Christmas -- he loves them. They are so comfortable since he's on his feet most of the day.

I needed an athletic shoe for a man in white suitable for wearing for work in a hospital with medical scrubs. Easy you may think...I needed it in a size 16 and as wide as they come. Zappos not only had that shoe but had multiple pairs of them...unheard of any place else on Earth! They were delivered in only a few days right to my door. Zappos is dependable and consistent. Place an order...you won't be sorry and you will sing their praises just like me...and come back again and again with your orders.

These are great shoes. I have flat, narrow feet, and go through a lot of shoes trying to find some I can wear that do not make me miserable. These are very comfortable. I put orthotics in them, although I have worn them without as well. I am very happy with them.

I love this shoe! The extra wide makes it very comfortable for someone like me who has duck feet.

This is my husband's 3rd pair of MW927. He is very hard on shoes and has plantar fasciitis. This shoe handles both issues. He can wear these all day and not have any pain. I love that these are made in the USA too!

Comfortable shoe out of the box. Easy to put my orthotic in; removal of the existing did not damage the shoe. Wish the holes for the laces were reinforced somehow. Overall, I’m happy with the shoe.

It's the best place to shop on line, without a salesman pushing you into something you would not normaly want to buy!

My husband has wide feet and would wear EE or maybe 4E. He was complaining about back pain and that his feet would spill over the sides of the shoes. We invested in a 6E pair of these New Balance, and he says they've helped his back pain, and they're far more comfortable than his old shoes. Now we won't buy any other sneaker!

I at first thought the price of these shoes was high for a walking shoe but they are the most comfortable shoes I own and now have 2 pairs. I definitely will be getting some more. New Balance makes a great line of shoes, but these are the best I have worn yet.

I bought these for my husband on his Podiatrist's recommendation and though his flinched at the price, once he wore them, he absolutely loved them. He said his feet have never felt so good in any pair of tennis style shoes before!

Zappos is the only way to order shoes. Local New Balance stores may take "a few weeks" to get the size requested. Zappos can overnight them. Amazing service! Great shoes! Thanks.

These shoes are very comfortable. The laces tend to stretch and become very unwieldy and long. Uggh.

I bought these for my husband who has super-wide feet and problems with room in the toe box for his orthotics and to avoid hitting a painful toe. They worked well for him.

These shoes have plenty of room and are very comfortable. I need very high, large orthotics, and these shoes accommodate the orthotics easily and still leave room for a comfortable fit to my very wide feet.

The New Balance MW927 lives up to its overall five stars in comfort and style, and most importantly in size.

I have a very bad neuroma of the right foot. I had tried Birkenstocks with continued problems. I was recommended this shoe by my podiatrist. Best advice I have ever received. I just spent a weekend walking around Mystic, CT and New York with almost no pain. If you have foot problems and need a large toe box, this is the shoe for you. Pay the cost. It is worth it.

Ordered for my son that is on his feet all day. He has several issues with his feet and these are the only one he can wear for long period of times. We had not been able to locate this particular style and were thrilled to find it and with the great Zappos service. What a deal!

While this shoe is not what someone would choose if he was concerned with the latest style, my husband has found that this shoe is just what he needed. He had been suffering with a good deal of heel pain due to wearing shoes that were not the best for his feet. He found such relief when he bought his first pair at a specialty shoe store. That store is a good distance from our home and since Zappos carries this wonderful shoe, I'll be able to keep him in good supply. This shoe wears well and my husband really gives it a good workout -- not by running races, but by lots of hours on his feet. He did suffer from sticker shock, but then he had been buying shoes which were not the best quality. As with so many of the old sayings which prove to be true, "Some- times you do get what you pay for."

These fit wonderfully. They take care of a couple of foot problems and allows excellent comfort for walking as well as everyday wear.

I work 12 hour shifts in a medical facility and this shoe is one of two brands that allows me have minimal pain at the end of the day. I am 65 years old and twelve hours takes a toll.

Love these shoes. I need extra wide shoes and these are great. I'm very happy. Had another pair and they last a long time.

I have always been a 15AA, but as we age, everything spreads. I am probably an A now, but there is no use going to a shoe store with size 15 feet. The New Balance 927 has a wider toe box, which is a New Balance trait. I was wearing Brooks walking shoes until foot surgery and ordered these to accommodate the swelling. A trait of Brooks is that they feel a little narrower, but I like their fit. Now that the swelling is down, these feel a little wide but are still very comfortable and are being rotated with the Brooks shoes.

Zappos is thhe best online sales service I have evr used. I had my shoes in less than 24 hours and the shoes are great. I have used Zappos 5 times and have been pleased every time.
