I am very pleased with MW927; they are as comfortable as advertised and are the right fit. I wear them almost daily. I also am very impressed with Zappos' program in that if the product does not fit correctly, you can ship them back without cost. I am happy with the product and Zappos.

I tried out this shoe, because of the way Zappos led me to a shoe that I would want. Also, because I could return it if I was not happy. I tried Zappos, because I had an unhappy experience at Amazon. These are comfortable, fit correctly, and are nice to walk on.

These shoes are decent, but nothing special. I will probably try something different next time

These shoes are well made and attractive. I use them in casual and semi-business: situations. They are somewhat tight around the lass. I am hoping that it eventually works out. I really do want them to become my go to shoe.

These shoes were recommended by my podiatrist as a means of conservative efforts to help with the pain in the joint of my big toe. When I first put the shoe on I could feel an incredible difference. I definitely noticed the "roller bar". It's been over a month now and they're still good, except that I think the shoe naturally wears to the point where there is not enough stiffness to solve my problem. This is the best solution for now, however until surgery.

I am generally satisfied with the MW927. I have Plantar Fasciitis in one foot, so unfortunately, walking hurts, regardless of the shoe. I have had the shoes for about a month, and they feel as comfortable as any shoes I own. I recommend them for good quality everyday shoes.

This shoe should cost less than the balance of the MW 927 choices because it is not leather. Won't buy again.

Not a perfect shoe for my feet (a pair of Crocs comes closest) but my best pair of work shoes. Feels like a walking shoe, meaning flat with little in the way of cushion. Definitely not spongy. So, walking on hard floors all day long they leave something to be desired. The widest shoe I've bought, yet not quite wide enough. I'm guessing I'm a 7E. Still and all better than all the rest. I have a lot of foot issues. Plus I'm an older guy (58) with a long history of foot abuse - marathons, martial arts, etc., so I can't blame the shoe entirely. I'm still looking for an ideal shoe, but this will do in the meantime. I appreciate the speed with which it was sent to me.

Very comfortable, but wide toe looks a little "blooby" (not a trim style).

I have stayed with this style 925,926 and now 927 for the last 10 years and this pair is the first pair I have been disappointed in. After 3 weeks the shoe separated from the sole. Not good as I have watch the price climb and double in the last ten years.

Recommended by my podiatrist. Not bad, very stable shoe but not very stylish and for some reason started to rub a blister on the bottom of my right big toe, has never happened in any other shoe. Will take a break and try them again for walking, maybe with band-aid on toe, or perhaps thicker socks. Fits SuperFeet insoles well though.

The tongue of the right shoe has a hard spot on it where the top leather cover tucks into the flesh of the tongue causing discomfort to the ankle.

These are wonderfully comfortable walking shoes, but I have had some issues. (1) The first pair I received had developed a wear spot in the heel after about 2 months which was extremely irritating and made them unwearable. Zappos exchanged them for a new pair. (2) The second pair was shipped quickly, but was the wrong width. Zappos exchanged them for a new pair. (3) The third pair was perfect on the left, but the right caused unusual pressure on the top front of my foot, making it unwearable for even short walks. After regular bending and pounding with a mallet, the top has stretched and softened to the point that the right shoe is wearable, but still not as comfortable as the left, which is perfect. I have worn nothing but New Balance running and walking shoes for the past 25 years or so and have never had any problem. I've always loved their fit and quality so I am assuming that I just got a few lemons with this style and will be perfectly content after the right show is completely broken in. Zappos support has been excellent and I expect they would have exchanged the third pair, but I think they will be fine as they break in, so I did not try to return them as I believe their normal policy is to allow only one exchange per purchase and I had worn the shoes so they are not re-sellable.

The shoes fit reasonably well.This is my first pair of walking shoes; until now I have used running shoes for walking. I prefer the running shoes over these for both feel and look. The shoes look a bit too much like hospital shoes or shoes for the elderly! I will use them until they wear out but I will not get another pair.

Unfortunately, these shoes are stiffer than my black pair, which irritates my hammer toes and arthritis. But they are the only pair of brown shoes I could find, so I'm keeping them.
