Great shoes. I reccommend them to everyone. They do break down on the outside quickly if you are active though.

These are the most comfortable walkers I have purchased. There is an excellent arch support. Overall the shoe is very supportive. Well worth the price.

Because I have wide feet complete with bunions, I really appreciate this New Balance WW927. It fits well and feels comfortable for walking on all surfaces.

New Balance is always the best. I like them because of the narrow width available. These are nice for the winter as the black color blends in with dark pants.

Deep and wide! These shoes are extremely comfortable. I have a borderline wide foot and they are almost too wide. They also make your foot look small. The extra money was worth it.

I am on my sixth pair of New Balance WW927 shoes. Having Plantar Fasciitis diagnosed over three years ago, this was the shoe a Pedorthist fitted for me. It has been the answer for complete pain relief - which is why I have had so many pairs! After my initial purchase at the Pedorthist's store, I have ordered additional pairs from Zappos. I have never had a complaint. Zappos is always unbelievably quick with online ordering and shipping. This is the shoe - and Zappos is the place for me.

I love these shoes. I just got back from a one hour walk with my dogs. I think I' am developing a morton's neuroma in one of my toe joints. Saw this shoe recommended on a website for foot problems number one recommended and I agree. I also like beige so it will not look so bad after a few outdoor trips like white ones do. Great roomy toebox.

I found these shoes very comfortable and excellent for walking. My only problems with them are that they're a trifle heavy and I'm not all that fond of their style. But since I'm wearing them for their comfort and support, I'm fine with that.

I bought these because my feet pronate and I need something black to wear to work. They are ugly, but they are very good motion control shoes. I learned the tough way with another shoe that if the shoe is soft and squishy, it is not a motion control shoe and that my feet and back will kill me by the end of the day. This New Balance is made of a sturdy and somewhat stiff leather and requires breaking in. The first day I wore them for about 8 hours, which was too much. They are getting better as I wear them more and for shorter periods of time. I feel very stable in them and my feet do not wobble as they do in other running/walking shoes. They also have enough room to accommodate orthotics if you have some. If you can get past Herman Munster-look of the style, I highly recommend this shoe.

This is the best New Balance shoe. It is supportive, cushioned, comfortably big toe box. Zappos service is great!

The shoe has very wide toe box; returned for a half size smaller. Very strong arch support.

Very comfortable favorite shoe that offers good pronation control and extra padding underfoot. I have purchased several pairs of the past few years and will continue to purchase these as long as they are available. I need some additional arch support so I swap out the innersole for Spenco but I do that with all of my shoes. If you're thinking about purchasing this style, don't hesitate.

The shoes, like all New Balance shoes, fit like a dream (I bought them in D width). They are a little bit clunky looking, in my opinion, but my husband says they are adorable. I wear them with orthotics so am not sure about arch support.

My foot is very wide for it's length and I have a hard time finding any shoe that is comfortable for extended periods of time. I can put these on in the morning and wear them all day and not even notice that I'm wearing shoes. They're great. Now if only New Balance would make dress shoes in the extra wide sizes.

These are the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn. I have plantar fasciitis and these helped tremendously. I ended up fitting best into a Wide, but maybe that is just me. Not exactly the cutest, but well worth the investment - particularly if you have foot pain.

Purchased for a gift. Good fit and seem to be waterproof too. So far I like the 927 series over other brands purchased at Zappos, my only complaint is the price is much higher than elsewhere.

Excellent service. First place to have correct size. Price high on this shoe but worth the cost. They have a variety of shoes and prices for everyone. I plan to order more from them.

I recently tried Skechers Shape Ups. I was having big time pain from wearing cheap shoes and I needed arch support. I hated them. So I came back to Zappos. Should have looked here first. I love these shoes. I wear them all day at work and my feet feel great.

I was looking for a pair of black running/walking shoes because I don't like white shoes. Also, I needed and extra extra wide size because I'm about to have bunion surgery and need a wider shoe both now and for up to six months after surgery. These are perfect! It's hard to find a decent looking athletic shoe in black! I've got several pair of New Balance and these are just as great as the others. I have very high arches and these have great support. I normally wear a size 7-7.5 but I always order 1/2 to a whole size larger with New Balance. The 8 was a perfect fit with just enough extra room in the toe box. I'm so glad Zappos stocks wide width shoes!

New Balance has never disappointed me. I wear a 9 2E. recently had foot surgery and still was able to put my shoe on, so I bought another. Zappos has great and quick service!

These shoes fit my foot great, the width is good which is something I have a problem with most of the time.

The 927 New Balance was recommended to me by other people whose feet hurt and were on them a lot. I also read several reviews on what worked best for them. I didn't really like the industrial look of them but I finally broke down and tried them out of desperation. I call them my cast. They really hold my feet in place from overpronating. I still have heel pain at times with them. I am going to use these shoes and have orthotics made for them. Then they will be perfect. I also purchased a pair of FitFlop clogs. They are a perfect alternate lounge comfy shoe - and my heels don't hurt in them for awhile - until I need to get back in my New Balance for support.

What a difference a good pair of shoes can make! I have a chronic back problem that makes it difficult for me to be on my feet so I am careful about the shoes I buy. I've relied on New Balance shoes in the past and was very pleased to find that my new shoes, the WW927 style, are just what they are advertised to be--great support and very comfortable. Thanks, Zappos, for consistently stocking the kind of shoes I've needed.
