It's a comfort shoe without being overly boxy or 'granola' like (you know those shoes, big wide soles - mushy etc.). So it fits more slim, but no one would mistake for a ballerina flat for heavens sake, that's not what this shoe is about. It's a great comfortable casual shoe: I have the green and finally got notified the orange was back in stock, so I scooped it up: the colors are great - but neutral (yes, green is neutral...goes with everything). Oh, and I liked the green so much...I bought a pair for some day down the road when I wear the first pair out...shhhhh, don't tell anyone, they're on the shelf in my closet in the back!

I love this shoe. I have injured my ankle and have outside bunions. The first time I wore the shoes, the elastic bands were tight on my injured foot. But the second time, nothing. So I would definitely buy again. Have had no chance to test the arch support.

Shoes are really cute in green. I typically wear a size 8, 39 was too big. 38 will be too small. Not as much arch support as I expected.

While the style is cute, the shoes arrived with a torn top band. Which immediately made the overall quality suspect.

These are cute shoes and they almost worked for my difficult to fit feet, but they did no provide quite enough support. They are very lightweight and provide nice cushioning. Also, due to the straps, my heel did not slip. I wish they were a little more supportive. As always, Zappos provides the best customer service ever!

This adorable shoe is extremely comfortable. As others have said, it feels like I'm wearing slippers. Except the place where the elastic comes through to the inside hits a bone in my left foot and hurts. I think a bruise would ensue, so back they go. I'll try a different style because all the ballet flats from Arcopedico are so darn cute. And comfortable. I hope I can find a style that works on my feet. I usually wear a US size 9, but I ordered a 40 which said it equals a US 9.5 - It could have been a teensy bit longer, but a half size would be too long.

I have been wearing this shoe for about 3 weeks now, on and off. This is my first purchase of this brand. The shoe is soft and impressively comfortable. Support is adequate. Style is really frumpy. I wear it when I'm going for comfort over looks. In US sizes I am a 9 or 9 1/2. In this shoe I needed the 40 and returned the 39. I like the fact that the top comes up high enough to cover a bunion on my right foot. Many skimmer styles cut right across my bunion and rub it. I don't love the straps and wish it was more of a skimmer style sans elastic straps. Padding in sole is excellent.

These are cute and very comfortable, but are not made for a narrow foot. I have worn Arcopedicos with adjustable straps before and loved them, but these have no way to tighten them. Sorry they had to go back.

I've had the Shawna style of this shoe & it is way ahead of this style in terms of comfort. This shoe felt at least a 1/2 size smaller than marked & didn't offer the type of support I needed. I also didn't think it had adequate cushioning. Shame they have to go back, I was so looking forward to wearing them this summer! Bummer!

Have worn these a few times. Was surprised at the amount of support and style for such a lightweight shoe.

These are very cute, but run on the small side. They are not very roomy in the toe box and I could tell right away they would hurt my big toe. Otherwise, they seem like they would be comfy.

I really really want to love these shoes, but there is one slight problem. They rub the back of my heel/tendon. I'm not sure if its a matter of breaking in (I keep trying!) or I'll just have to resign my self to wearing band aids. I wear a size 12 and that could be part of the problem. I've rarely found a dressier flat that doesn't do this.

European shoes seem to be sized differently than American. Sometimes you need to try a couple of different sizes to find the proper fit.

Not the greatest arch support, but it is comfortable. I like to wear them with yoga pants. Also work fine for work with dress pants.

I buy Arcopedico shoes for their comfort and basic usability, not for style. I have always worn a 40 in this brand, so I bought that size in the Vitoria. Now that I have worn them several times, they actually feel a bit big, maybe a half size. But that\'s OK -- I can modify it with socks (like the pedi-type) or tights. As to comfort, I wish the shoe had slightly more padding in the heel. After walking in them all day on vacation, on cobblestones mostly, I was feeling some discomfort in the heel. The style is fairly utilitarian but can work fine with pants or a casual skirt\/tights. I have the shoe in the basic black with black elastic, so maybe another color combo would be more zippy.

I loved this shoe, and want to keep loving it, but it hurt my feet and gave me blisters. I will have to return this shoe.

Based on my experience, maybe you should try a 1/2 size up from your usual size? Cute as long as you are okay with shiny.

I really wanted to love these shoes...They are light and attractive at rest, but the minute I walk in them, the mid-portion gaps widely, and both looks and feels off. There is no feeling of being held comfortable.

The arch is weirdly positioned, nearly at the heel, and the heel drops. Length, width are great, leather and style are great… but the arch/heel make these just a really weird fit. I don’t normally have arch position issues…

Super cute, but the mouth of the shoe at the heel of both shoes has a vertical seam that is rough and wore a red spot into my achilles within minutes of putting them on. I will try stretching it out a bit with shoe blocks and applying moleskin, but it seems like a design flaw that could be easily addressed

These are cute but not super comfortable so I returned. The straps across the top of my foot were unattractively tight (I do have kind of fat feet though).
