I hate to give these only 1 star because I've had several pair previously and loved them, but the right shoe was noticeably larger than the left. I returned the pair to Zappos and ordered the same from Amazon, but had the same problem. So it must be with this particular style (black with black suede trim). So disappointed because I was reordering a well-used and much loved shoe style.

Did not fit well and felt awkward on the foot.

This shoe did not work for me. As soon as I tried it on it cut right into my ankles. Thanks Zappos for the easy, hassle free shipping. Emo

These are the wonkiest fitting shoes I've ever tried on!

These shoes are not worth the value. There is not much cushion and support and padding for the shoes wear away in few months.

These look cute in the video, but WOW...they not attractive on my feet. If my feet were narrower, they would look much nicer. They were also too short.

I have had these shoes for approximately 6 months. I found this shoe to be very uncomfortable. I normally wear an 8-1/2 Medium, but had to return the shoe for a larger size. The shoe does not have much cushion inside on the bottom sole. I tried adding a cushioned heel insert but the elastic band across the top of the shoe, even after months of trying to stretch it out, is still too tight. The elastic is too tight without the heel insert as well. I'm disappointed as I was looking for a comfortable, stylish shoe but these aren't for me. I love Zappos and their return policy and have had great luck buying from this company. Unfortunately I don't believe I can return them since I've worn them several times so I will have to chalk this up as a poor purchase.

Arcopedico Vitoria - a homely shoe that I was willing to try for bunions and necessary arch support. Shoe is basically a moccasin, with no support at all. The back is soft, the sides are soft, it is completely flat. Also, a half size small at 9.5 Going back!

Very disappointed. Shoe is so cute but not at all comfortable -- no cushioning for ridge between heel and arch. I wanted a good walking shoe for travel but can't see touring in these.
