These are adorable. Unfortunately, the seem on the heel caused blisters for me and I have to return.

This is the first pair of flats I've ever been able to leave the house in! I have wide feet and a high arch. Most flats that are wide enough in the toe box fall off my heels. I had tried this brand before and found them too tight, but these looked so cute in the pictures I decided to size up a half size and try again. They are wide enough and generally comfortable. The first few times I wore them the straps dug into the top of my foot and that was uncomfortable, but they seem to be fine now. They are OK on arch support, I wouldn't walk more than a mile at a time in them but they're fine for that distance. And I think they're really cute. I got the black with red trim and I'm happy! Ordering more.

I have two pair of Arcopedico -- these and the Flower. I bought the Flower in size 43 -- too big, but I kept them and put in an insert. Better. Very comfy. Bought these in 43. I usually wear a 11 or 11.5 Fit great except one rubs the back of my upper heal. Toe box very roomy. My feet are narrowish so I did not find any binding across the top of my foot from the straps. I'm going to order another pair, probably in 42, not 43.

Cute shoe - comes in fun colors. Sizing seems inconsistent in the Arcopedico shoes I have tried, otherwise, love them.

These are very cute shoes, but they are made for wider feet than mine: I wear size 5, and these seem to fit perfectly length-wise, but they will not stay on my feet and slip off at every step, the elastic is too loose and there does not seem a neat way of adjusting it. My feet are just very slim and I need adjustable closure. The footbed, however, is super comfortable and the leather is very soft. I am sending them back with some regret.

Cute shoe, footbed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toe space is too flat and doesn't accommodate my big toe. I'll be sending these back but wished they had fit.

The shoe looks really nice on, the toe box was a little low (compressed my big toe too much) so I'm ordering the next size up to see if that gives me more room. Looks nice with a skirt or pants. The leather is a nice quality and not too stiff. The footbed is padded so it seems like it would be comfortable to walk all day in.

These shoes are beautiful though they do run a bit snug at first. They do stretch nicely. I remove the strap and they are excellent. There are some of us ladies that don't like mary janes. I have two pairs of these shoes and am going to buy more. They have soft leather uppers, good arch support with a sturdy but not bulky sole. The leather is so pretty and come in the most beautiful colors.

Very cute comfy shoe right out of the box. Like the way my foot looks in it. I have a very high arch, so less material over the top of my foot is fine with me. I'm looking for a shoe that will fit an orthotic (due to hip surgery). This shoe might do it, but they run small. I normally wear a size 8 (sometimes a 7.5), so I ordered the 38. My toes hit the end of the shoe so alas it's going back. Did I love the shoe enough to exchange it for a different size? Probably not. I'm still on the hunt for a fall/early winter shoe to wear with pants. PS: the supra color is awesome. So tired of regular brown or black boring colors.

I was pleasantly surprised by how cute these were! The looks boxy in the photos but were pretty flattering on my feet. The look like ballet slippers, only more supportive. Unfortunately, one I slipped my orthotics in the shoes there wasn't enough space in the toebox. Too bad. Without the inserts they looked great.

First try with this brand so I ordered two sizes. I typically wear a 8.5-9 but even the 9.5 felt tight at the toes with thin socks. Arch support felt good! Color is more teal than indigo.

This shoe is nice looking, has nice padding and comfort. It's just not for me. I have high arches and this has no arch support. I'll have to send it back.

So disappointed. This is a gorgeous shoe. Beautifully made and decent fit. However...the cross elastic has to fit you perfectly and feel perfectly comfortable to wear them. So frustrating. There's no way to adjust it if it feels a little too loose or too tight. I even considered cutting it off altogether but the shoe won't stay on without it. I hope they remake this style with and adjustable strap because I would buy several.

The elastic band really hurts. Other than that the shoes are perfect. They are comfortable, have good arch support are light weight and pretty. I did not want to return them but had to.

Runs short. I am an 8.5-9 and, in these, clearly need a 40. I have to return but will consider ordering a larger size. Soft, well, made. One person said these type of shoes look like a baby's first shoe. That is fairly correct. The shoe comes up high on the instep and sides, and is very round-toed. If you have the right outfit, the look could be artsy. With the wrong clothes, frumpy. Also, for all-day Europe walking there might not be enough support or cushion in the instep. Maybe light-weight gals would love them more.

Definitely runs small. I usually wear a 9 and I think I'm going to need to return the 40s. I can wear them without any stockings/socks, but my toe really pushes on the end. Can't tell if it will stretch/break in or not. Also bought because of plantar fasciitis and seems very light/flat on the heel support. If the fit is right, seems like it would be a great shoe - definitely light and cute.

Yummy soft leather in a shoe that combines comfort with style. The dorkyness potential is minimized by its distinctive strap placement. Huge warning though: the strap broke on one shoe the first time I walked in them while walking about Times Square, NY. Yet I loved them so much I ordered another hoping that was a fluke. So far so good. Thanks to Zappos for obliging.

This is a cute casual flat, very soft leather. It is not wide enough in the vamp area to cover a bunion. Sadly, I have to return.

I am disappointed because the 8.5/9 was too small!!! My right big toe was jammed at the tip, and toe box seemed quite stiff. Unfortunately, the larger size isn't available at this time... I can only guess at the Comfort, so disregard the rating I was forced to give...

Love the shoes but the heels hurt. They are not smooth enough on the inside at the back of the heel. These shoes have a seam right at the back, the same type of construction as the "Arcopedico flower" style, but there is nothing there to protect the heel in the Vitoria shoe. In the flower shoe, there is some smooth leather that has been stitched over the bumpy seam at the back.

At 8.5 the 39 was perfect fit. Super light weight shoe, very slipper like in comfort. This would be a great walking shoe for any summer venture, especially if you want to go sockless & blister free. The style was a little old ladyish for me, even though I am an old lady, hahah! Funny cause I love Wolky & Keen brands. I am a fan of this brand now, just not this particular shoe.

I usually wear a 39. I guess I have long toes and the 39 had not enough space for the toes (as some have mentioned) though the rest fit pretty well. Tried switching up to a 40 but way too loose in the heel so these won't work for me. Too bad, so cute!

The leather is amazing and puts great majority of American brands' leather (even used by more expensive brands) to shame. Comfortable fit, nothing squeezes/pinches anywhere, nothing slips off. Not sure if the strap is the most stylish solution possible, but even with it the shoe looks very attractive.

I love the way this shoe fits, but the strap over the arch of my foot was too tight. I had to return it, but liked it enough that I'm considering a different style

Very cute and comfortable, except the 41 was just a bit too small for me (I'm usually a 10.5). I didn't return for the 11, but am instead trying a few different styles. I did love the finish on the pewter.
