I purchased this for my teenage daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. The fit is true to size, and the fabric is really soft.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it! The fit was perfect. North face is a favorite of both my daughters. We live in Nebraska, so layering is important since the weather can change in the blink of an eye. I cannot say enough about the customer service at Zappos. I never worry about anything I order through them because if there is an issue, it's resolved immediately. This is the first site I go to when I shop online. I only wish they carried more products!

I love this jacket for my grandaughter, she is 14 and wears it even when its cold in NH with an extra shirt. She does have long arms and the small fit great but I was trying to talk her into returning it for a medium just because the arms looked slightly short for her but she really liked the fit so we kept it. This company is exceptional with 2 day free shipping. I already bought something else for christmas and it was acutally delivered the next day. A very happy company, I would recommend them to anyone. I love this jacket! It's so cozy and soft, perfect for a cold day. I've barely taken it off since I got it because it's so comfortable! The fit is perfect; I'm 5'3 and got a small. I would absolutely recommend this jacket.

Love this jacket! Only complaint is the static electricity it makes... Must have static guard handy :)

I liked the color of the jacket; however, the collar is white which will show makeup stains from face and neck.I am replacing this color with bittersweet brown which has a dark collar. Love the fabric, style, and softness.

I bought this in a small for my daughter who wears a size 4 (she is 5'5" 115 pounds) but has very long arms. It fits well in the sleeves. I think we could have gone to an XS to make it a more fitted look. She likes to wear it indoors and as a layer outside when a jacket would be too much. It is warm but can be easily stuffed into a bag without being to bulky. It is perfect for days that start chilly and end up in the 60's.

EXTREMELY soft and comfy! I got a size medium because i have a khumbu in medium and I made the right choice. It fits true to size. The purple is so pretty, nice raisin purple. Zappos is the best!

Amazing! Received the very next day! Fits perfectly! I went ahead after reading the reviews and ordered a size up. I usually wear a size large, but after that ordered a size XL...so glad I did. Fits perfectly! I am 5'6" and wear size 12 normally. The arms fit great and I can zip with ease. I am afraid had I gone with the size Large it would've been too small!

My daughter adores this jacket. It runs a little small so we got the next size up and she's been wearing since the day we got it almost a year ago.

This jacket is very, very soft and comfortable. My daughter loves it and wears it all the time. Seems heavy, and well made.

My wife absolutely loves this coat. She has wanted one for a while, and has commented about how it is lightweight, and yet still very warm. Obviously this isn't your choice for sub 35 degree weather, but for those days in the 40s, 50s, and even 60s, this is a great choice. Plus on top of that, it is stylish and fashionable.

This is very warm and soft. But it kind of made me look like one of my daughter's stuffed animals so it's going back.

I bought this jacket in a size small for my petite size daughter. She loves the color and the fit of the jacket she is able to wear a sweatshirt underneath on colder days while walking across campus and it keeps her very warm. I recently purchased the North Face Women's Osito Jacket and I am very satisfied. It's true to size, very warm and comfortable. It is a jacket in which I highly recommend. It is a great buy!

Love it! So warm! I sized up. I am size 10 Med, I ordered Large, fit perfect. Sleeve run short. I could have fit an XL, to layer, but this is so cozy and warm you do not need layering. I only wore, North Face Shirt, and I was sweating n chilly, damp weather ordering second in other color.

This is a beautiful and warm coat. I read the reviews and ordered a size large instead of my usual medium due to comments stating it ran small. The large is too big for me and I am returning the coat. I ended up ordering a medium directly from North Face as Zappos was out of that size and I didn't want to wait until they re-stocked. The medium fits well, snug and more form fitting. I still love Zappos and they are my first choice when it comes to mail order!

Great coat and really warm. This is the 5th North Face we have purchased. Love them!

Warm and soft, better than the normal fleece jackets. The right pocket has an inner pocket which is convenient to store spare cash or a key in. I just wish it were a bit longer. Normally I find North Face jackets fits snug in the chest area, I am glad this is offered in XXL, for a 42" chest it fits great.

I bought this jacket for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. It's fur lining on the inside keeps her warm during the cold winter months. It's fits a little snug but with a few wears, it'll fit like your favorite jacket.

This jacket is a beautiful color. My daughter's favorite color is purple, but she did not want a bright jacket. This jacket is a deep, rich, neutral purple that can be worn with her entire wardrobe.
