The only thing wrong with this jacket is that I only bought one. I will be buying several more just so I do not have to wear one jacket all winter. Love.

Simply amazing! It's incredibly soft and goes with everything. I bought this jacket in TNF white and I love it! I would definitely recommend this jacket to anyone. I usually wear a small but going up the next size would a smart choice.

This is the jacket to have on campus, according to my college-student daughter. The Teaberry pink is beautiful and she says it is warm and toasty. Fit is good. Zappos delivery was really fast.

Amazing! I bought this coat for my fussy daughter and she loves it! That is saying a lot. It is so soft and cozy...warm and apparently cool enough for a 14 year old! I would have no hesitation recommending it! Not to mention Zappos delivery...we needed a coat when the weather suddenly turned and she was due to be away and we had the coat the very next day! Saved us! Thank you!

I love this jacket, I also have other The North Face jackets but this one is so soft & comfy to wear. I normally wear a size Small in this brand but I had to get a size Medium because the arms were too short & the chest area was too tight in this style. I'm 5'3 and 105lbs. This jacket will shed if you don't wash it before wearing it for the first time. I love this jacket!

I can't get enough of this jacket! It is the softest thing ever and super cute! I have gotten numerous compliments on the color! As always it was shipped at lightning speed! I definitely recommend it for the fall season!

I bought this jacket for my daughter for her 11th birthday. She absolutely loves it. I love it! It is the softest most comfy jacket I ever touched. It's like having a soft blanket around you. My mother just turned 70 and guess what she got? The same jacket! She fell in love with it.

I love, love, love my jacket! It was true to size. Good quality. I have had none of the shedding other reviews have talked about. (maybe North Face corrected the problem. I don't know) its warm and the purple is as the picture shows. Of course, Zappos once again delivered the next day. Wonderful service!

Very soft and warm! Doesn't shed like many of the reviews say. Be sure to hang dry after washing to prevent shrinkage. Does seem to run a little on the small side.

Pretty happy with my purchase! I purchased this jacket and the Denali and am very satisfied with both. Unfortunately I didn't listen to the other reviews about ordering one size up so instead of a S I ordered an XS. It still fits, but it is a little tight. If I were to gain weight, I definitely would not be able to wear this jacket anymore. But it is extremely warm and I am excited to wear this for the upcoming winter season. And of course I could not forget the amazing service by Zappos!

Love it! The only thing I'd be wary about is I have thin wrists, and the elastic at the wrist is fine but in no way loose on me. If you have bigger wrists, the elastic might bug you. The coat would be worth buying and spending very small amount at tailor to fix.

This is a lovely, fuzzy fleece that's not too loose but not to tight -- just right! The shoulders are a bit puffy on my smaller frame, but it's just so cozy, and I assume they'll puff down with time. I have the vaporous grey and it hasn't had the shedding problem that some people have mentioned this jacket is prone to, except for a tiny bit. Great purchase!

A fuzzy mess! I gave this a great review when I got it but my opinion has changed after wearing it. It sheds on whatever it comes in contact with, not something I would expect from Northface or for the price.

Love this coat. I had it in purple and got this new color. I always get compliments on both coats. Very warm and cozy.

I love my Parasol Pink fleece! I had a totally different experience than most reviewers, though. I needed a smaller size than usual. Look at the models. See how they look cuter when the jacket is fitted? That's how a smaller size fits. The models that look boxy are wearing the correct size. I am 5'4", 135, and the small fits perfectly.

Okay, the jacket is super cozy and feels like a fashionable blanket, but...it sheds worse than a dog in spring. I had orange (the color I purchased) on my clothes, in my hair and eyes,, in the car on my seatbelt, and everywhere. It was a pain. I have washed it 3 times and it's getting better, but not finished shedding yet. Ugh!

I love this very soft jacket for indoors or out. I usually wear a Small, but purchased a Medium based on other reviews. Even the medium is almost a little tight in the wrist band. Overall, the medium fits, and I am very happy.

This jacket is very cute, comfortable, and warm. It is definitely orange, not juicy red as advertised, fyi. The only problem (and it's just a peeve) is that it sheds like crazy! And if I carry a bag with me, it tends to rub the fuzz off even more, and mat the coat itself. So definitely fashionable, not sure about the practical (so only 4 stars overall)...

The customer service was excellent! The rep was very helpful and proactive by offering VIP account status to me. The item was exactly as described and I had the item the very next day! Couldn't be happier with Zappos!

My mother wanted an osito jacket after she saw my denial thermal, she can fit my medium denial but wanted a large for more room. I ordered her a large and it didn't fit me or her, the arms were short for me and my shoulders were constricted. The extreme soft and plush fleece made exchange it for a XL osito hoodie instead. It's baggy but fits better.

I love this coat. I ordered a XL. I usually wear a large but when I ordered it the customer service person help me make my choice. He felt it run a little small. I'm glad I ordered the XL. All of my friends love it. Its so soft and warm. I ordered the margenta and its a pretty color.
