I would not buy a North Face Osito Jacket ever again. When I take the jacket off, any shirt I wear under it is coated in a layer of black fuzz. For the price, I expected much better quality. I gave it one star in the rating, because zero was not a choice. Columbia fleece jackets for 1/3 the cost lasted years for me and did not disintegrate with each wearing! Do not buy this North Face.

I love this North Face jacket--fuzzy and soft. It is really warm and fits true to size. Best thing, ordered it at 2:00 p.m. an received it by 11:30 the next morning! Free!

Great jacket. Very soft, but wash before wearing. The first time I wore this jacket I had fuzz all over the place. It is very light so it won't keep you warm on the cold days. Runs small. I first purchased a medium, had to return it for a large.

I love this jacket! I live in Seattle and this makes the perfect insulating layer under my raincoat. The jacket is super soft and warmer than I expected. The fit is pretty boxy. I ordered the small and extra small, since I was not sure which size to order (I am 5'3", 120 pounds). The extra small actually fit better in the torso and arms (although the sleeves on the extra small are shorter). But the X-Small was bit tight at the hem. I ended up sticking with the small and I am very happy with it. The green color is beautiful. It is highly recommended!

Saw this jacket in black on my niece and loved it so I purchased two of these jackets--one in brown (very rick color) and one in black in medium. Sizing is a bit iffy. One fit and one was too small so I sized up. The large is big but I can always layer under it. Am medium in all other Northface products. Tried on a few of these in stores and I found some mediums fit, some were too small. There is a big difference between the medium and the large. The jackets are very cozy. My only complaint is the color black. My niece must have purchased a children's size. It was an ink black, very nice color. The adult's is more of a grey-black. Wish TNF would fix the color Black. If I wanted grey, I would have ordered it. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars. Dealing with Zappos is terrific. Ordered the jacket one morning and it was delivered the next day.

This is the softest item in my wardrobe. I feel like I am wearing comfortable pajamas whenever I have this jacket on. It is a great middle weight jacket when it is not cold enough for my North Face Summit Series coat. The only downfall with this jacket is it sheds a lot! It leaves pink fuzz on my shirt, jeans, etc. That is not a big problem, but my husband has warned me not to hang it near anything of his in the coat closet. The Parasol Pink color is beautiful. In a house of boys, I embrace pink, but this pink is my favorite - upbeat, bright, but not obnoxious. I originally bought this jacket to wear to and from the gym, but it is too pretty to get sweaty!

Had to exchange the jacket for a bigger size for my daughter. Customer service was wonderful and kept me informed as to when the right size was back in stock. Very helpful! Daughter loves the jacket and I loved the experience! Love Zappos!

Love this jacket! It is so silky and soft, lightweight yet warm. Very well made and worth every penny. I'm 5'2 and it isn't too long in length or the arms as is often the case. I did order a size up based on other customer reviews and am glad I did. I can wear layers under it with no problem. Can't beat Zappos for fast shipping either!

This jacket is amazingly warm! I absolutely love it! All of the other reviews are correct though, order a size up. I usually wear a size Medium, but a Large is perfect in this jacket. You will not be disappointed!
