Incredibly soft, dense, and plush fabric. Have been wearing it with light sweater in 25-35 degree weather, and it's worked well as a replacement for thicker down coats. Very insulating; threading/stitching seems to be quality as well. Only drawback is bust is a tad bit snug on 34c, 5'4". Not ideal for thick sweaters underneath; better with tank top or thin fabric. Love it!

I adore this jacket. Its just the perfect weight and so very, VERY SOFT! I love the Osito jacket so much, I've bought 3 colors in the past year. =)

Love this jacket! It is very warm and just plain cozy to wear. It's super soft and plush. I have noticed some shedding, but nothing too bad. I got the large and it fits perfectly, with room for a light sweater underneath. I am 5'6" and 160 lbs.

Exactly as described. Great fit, true to size. Quick shipment as always from Zappos. Now I'll be looking for more in other colors!

Wearing it right now. Its VERY cozy. I wish it was just a tad longer, but it's ok. I'm a Med in tops and sized up to a Lrg to allow for some room. Glad I did - fits awesome. Only real downside is that I'm afraid this will mat down quickly, especially the elbows and back or the forearm. Time will tell...

Love this jacket! I own it in about four different colors, I like adding a new one to my collection every year, they aren't heavy but I haven't needed to buy a winter coat this year due to having these. Just for reference I am 5'3", 115lbs and I buy these in extra small, the small would work also if you plan to wear layers under it. I personally found the small to be a little wide through the shoulders.

It's true that the shipping is super fast. I ordered around 1pm and received my jacket by UPS the next morning. Love the jacket! I'm 5'3", 130lbs and the small fits perfectly. The medium size would be too big for sure.

LOVE this jacket! The jacket is exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I ordered the Large thinking I would probably have to return it for an XL after reading reviews but this North Face fit as well and true to size to my other North Face apparel. Wonderful jacket. Warm and cozy. I wear it as a shirt in the house on cool mornings. Slim fitting, so a Denali jacket fits comfortably over it on colder days. Good purchase.

I love this jacket but the new style is BIGGER! I am 5'3" and 120 and the medium was too big. I have not had any problems with washing or shedding and hands down Zappos is awesome! I will not order from moose jaw again!

My jacket just arrived today in the Weimaraner brown and I must say the color looks more of a brownish olive, that could be the shine of the jacket in certain light. I ordered a medium, I'm 140 and it fit perfect. I was able to fit a sweater underneath and still be comfortable. The feel is super soft and it's very warm even when it's 20 degrees out. I'm very pleased and I've been wearing it all day. I really can't stand the feel of a full heavy winter coat so this is perfect for me. Even putting my hands in my pockets are super warm. I would buy again.

I ordered this jacket for my granddaughter for her birthday. She loves it and has worn it since she got it. The jacket is warm and soft and the fit is true to size. I can't say enough good things about Zappos. I ordered this jacket at 10:00 pm on Martin Luther King Day and it was delivered to me the next day. I was pleasantly shocked.

This is a nice soft comfortable jacket. It runs true to size. I bought the black jacket and am pleased with the quality. The black jacket looks nice with black Ugg boots.

Quality product, great vibrant color, slim fit. Does not fade when machine washed, no shrinkage when machine dried.

I love this jacket! I have a Denali and wanted another North Face jacket that was a little lighter. This one is perfect. It isn't as warm as the Denali but it is super comfy and it is so soft. I don't have that shedding problem others talked about. I'm very happy with this jacket. It is a little big but for me I'd rather have the medium than the snug small. Plus, if I went any smaller the sleeves may be too short. Medium is just right for me at 5'7" 120lbs.

This is my second Osioto jacket. I am in love with it. It feels like a warm snuggly blanket wrapped around you. Even though it is a light jacket, it is considerably warm. It does, however, seem to fit a bit larger since last year's style. I have a large in both, and the one I just purchased (from Zappos, of course!) is a bit bigger around the waist and longer in the sleeves. I considered even exchanging for a medium, but decided to keep the large. If you are contemplating purchasing this jacket-do it. You will not be disappointed, and will be hooked!

It is a beautiful brown true to color on the site. I love it! It keeps you warm and super comfortable! It is a bit pricey for me but it is worth it.

I could not believe the awesome service I received. Ordered the jacket on one afternoon, and had it on my doorstep by the next afternoon. Immediately received an inquery from Zappos wanting to make certain it had been received and that I was happy with my purchase. Way to go, Zappos! I will certainly purchase from them again.

I was surprised from reading reviews it sounded like the jacket was a couple sizes smaller than normal. I'm 5'3 125 lbs, usually wear xs or s. I have an old North Face Oso jacket and the small was a little bit so I got the xs of this jacket and it actually fit perfectly. It's a very flattering jacket when fitted and it's so soft and a great deal! Definitely recommend!

I love my North Face Osito jacket. I live in northern Wisconsin where the temperature can reach -20, with wind chills well below that. My jacket is very warm. I wanted to buy the child's size 14, for my grand daughter but you had sold out. The only negative, was that the jacket does shed a little.

My bonus daughter loved this jacket. I had an extremely hard time wrapping it as a present. It's so soft, the color is awsome, and the fit is awsome.

I have always wanted this jacket, and now I finally have one! It is super soft and comfy. Not quite as warm as I expected and a little tight in the upper arm area -- but I still love it. So well made. Love the color too.
