These are comfortable and cute, but there is a very strong smell to them that I thought would go away but, so far, hasn't. I had to return the original ones I ordered in my regular size and get a size smaller.

The black dye in these shoes fades on my feet every time I wear them and is difficult to scrub off. I wore them on a trip involving hot weather and lots of walking and had them about a month before the trip. The fading never stops! Also, could use a bit more support.

I wear a size 6 with a wide toe and narrow heel and I tried on the 36. This shoe felt huge on me and allowed my odd pinky toe to stick out on the side. Worst of all was the ankle strap which is higher than usual and very stiff. It dug into my ankle bone even when loosely fastened to the point the shoe was falling off.

I ordered this sandal to replace a pair I've had for several years. Merrell didn't have the exact item but this was close. the difference in quality is great. I am returning because the straps are thin and fraying. The straps stretched to the point they flop on my feet. Very disappointed in quality.

I generally love Merrell, but these sandals in brown look very unfashionable. Comfort trumps, but they were really wide. The footbed was comfortable, but arch support moderate, nothing special. I liked this footbed on the Gardenia thong but I could not wear that. Although Merrell and Zappos rock, these sandals do not! They would be best suited to really wide feet that do not need a ton of arch support. I regretfully returned them.

Bought these shoes to replace a pair of Merrell Savannahs that I loved so much I wore them out (and that almost never happens!). Unfortunately, they were very loose across the front. This was really surprising since my feet run a bit wide and shoes are generally a bit snug there. The length was perfect, so I tried adjusting the back strap, but never really got a good fit. I wear them when I have absolutely no other options, but they always feel "sloppy" to walk in. Am planning to try the Stellabloom next. These look to be constructed more like the Savannah, so I'm hoping that they'll be my go-to shoe for next month's trip to Mexico.

So very disappointed in these sandals. They look nice, comfortable but not completely unstylish. They were so uncomfortable. The straps pinched in strange places. I thought the leather might loosen up... It never happened. And pricey, too.

They fit well, but after walking in them for a few minutes my feet were aching. When I bought them, I didn't realize they were intended to "fix" the way women walk. Apparently my feet don't appreciate being "fixed."

Very cute shoe, but as soon as I put it on and started walking, my foot slid out the front so that my toes were over the edge. Since there's no way to adjust across the toes, unless you have a super wide foot that the straps will hug, you may have this problem.

Shoe width was too wide. My toes pushed out and hung over when I tried to walk. Also, arch support did not seem as good as my other Merrells. Liked the style - unfortunate.

Read these reviews carefully and save yourself some time. I have had these shoes for 5 minutes and have already printed a return label. Too wide to hold your foot in place, foot shucks forward out of the toe. I do not have narrow feet. Arch support: very little. I need to not even look at Merrell shoes.

Love love love. I've had these shoes for six weeks and I've found myself wearing them every day in black and came back for white, but they don't have. When I first got them, I was afraid they were too loose and would consequentially rub, but they haven't given me a moment of discomfort. I am size 8, 39, normally wear wide. I thought I was buying an athletic looking shoe but I've worn this shoe with dresses to the opera AND to the baseball game. True, I don't wear heels or traditionally sexy shoes, so these are dressy for me! :)

Very uncomfortable. The leather strapes leave dye on the top of the feet. They do not fit well. Only the shoes insoles feel supported. They would make a good pair of walking sandals if not for the way the leather binds and doesn't hold the foot in place. Only wore them about a half a dozen times with much discomfort. Very dissatified and disappointed with this Merrell purchase. Not worth the cost.

These shoes ripped my feet to shreds. They seem to have a terrible design flaw. The straps dig in causing blisters. Very comfortable to try on, so I kept them. They were deceptive. Walking became torture! I wish I could return them. They are awful.

These sandals were extremely uncomfortable. After 15 minutes or so my left knee hurt so very badly that it would take until the next day before the pain stopped. I do not know if it has to do with the Q-Form triple-density EVA foot frame aligns your stride with every step. But, it sure realigned my knee out of whack. I would like to give these negative stars if I could. They went back.

I have other Merrell sandals that fit my slightly wider foot absolutely perfectly but this is not one of them. It is too tight and the thin straps do not provide enough support. I feel like Merrell are making their sandals more narrow.

I bought these last summer -- 2009. Have several pairs of Merrell shoes and clogs that I love and wear daily. However these sandals were extremely disappointing even though I really wanted to like them. The main problem is that my foot slides out the front and my toes hang out. Cannot be adjusted to prevent. I went into a store and tried on different sizes to see if that was the problem, but those were too large or small. I owned the right size, but they were awful. I'll try a new style this year.
