Great Shoe Purchase - These shoes are the most comfortable I've worn in years and yet they are so practical as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for a practical flat.

Cute, comfortable shoe - This shoe is as cute as I was hoping it would be. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and the 8 1/2 fit perfectly. The ties across the top are adjustable, and because of this, I got a great fit.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and fit great. I can not wait for warmer weather, to take advantage of how well they "breath".

Fun Fun Fun! Feel great and look cute. Easy on and off. Love these shoes! Might get a second pair in another color.

Very cute and practical, true to size - Loved the shoes, very cushy, very cute on the foot, did not cut or rub anywhere. I did, however, return the shoes only because I have arthritic big toes and the strap closest to the toes hit precisely on top of the inflamed joints. Saw these in several outdoor/active catalogs at about $15 more.

Great shoes - I can't wait to take these shoes camping. They're so comfortable and still stylish. I love the easy criss/cross straps. Easy on and off which is just what I want when I camp.

A Nice Summer Shoe - They fit pretty well; arch is moderate; seem to be quite comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoy the look of this shoe. My previous outdoor casual shoe was a Keen Newport. I have three quibbles about J41; as others have mentioned, it is narrow around the small toes. This bothers one of my little toes; next the velcro closure doesn't always stay put. I have a high instep so I don't have a much strap to work with than most people. Finally, since there is no leather the shoes are hot in the summer. All rubber equals more perspiration. Overall, I'm glad to have the shoe. I think it will perform better in colder weather. I would opt for the non-vegan version for full time summer wear.

Love the look... I should preface this review by saying that I have literally owned the shoes for 48 hours. That said, I am surprised by how uncomfortable my little toe is on each foot when I'm wearing them - and I haven't even been walking around that much! I do not have a wide foot and the shoe fits perfectly otherwise. The footbed is soft and comfortable, too. I just hope that when the shoes are "broken in" so to speak, they are more comfortable for my little toes! :)

Walking comfort is great! I did get a blister on my heel on one foot the first day I wore them though.

Love them. Look good, feel REALLY wonderful. Sort of a sandal but not quite. Great for summer, very cool to wear and very cool looking.

Hot looking, but not for wide feet - These are sweet looking shoes and I love the color. However, they are not for people with wide feet. I never considered my feet very wide until I wore these. They take some getting used to like any new pair of shoes. I wear them a lot now that they are broken in. They go with just about anything casual.

Review from Sue - I love these shoes and have gotten many compliments on their style. My only complaint is that the rubbed a bit the first couple of times I wore them on my insole. It didn't stop me from wearing them, however, some break in was required. I would purchase them again.

This was my first j-41 purchase and so far so good! I really liked the look of the shoe, which peaked my interest. It ran a little big, for me. I am a solid sz10 and have been for all of my adult life, but had to get a 9.5 because the 10 was MUCH too big and the 9.5 fits perfectly.

J-41 Aquarius-Vegan Review - This is a great shoe - very comfortable. I highly recommend it. The only reason I did not give it a 5 on comfort and overall is because I also have the J-41 Libra and LOVE it - it is exceptionally comfortable. Now, I have had it longer than the Vegan, so I may just need to break the Vegan in a little more… but the Vegan is very comfortable for not wearing it much yet.

Wanted to give it 5 stars... I really wanted to LOVE this shoe, but there were a couple of things that kept me from 5 stars. First, the good stuff: super comfy footbed -- felt like walking on clouds. Super cute style -- I've already gotten a few different comments from strangers. The not so good: although the sides have mesh for ventilation, I felt like the footbed didn't breathe that much, which led to my feet getting sweaty. Also, I've had some serious rubs in places, including the back heel, the side ankles (where the strap attaches) and the front toe. I am really hoping that this is just for the breaking-in period and will then get better. Overall, a really good shoe.

Great comfy shoe - I ordered the tan and pink because that was the only color available to fit my big ole size 10s, and I wear them with everything now whether they match or not. The big squishy insole is great. I can see how some reviewers are concerned about their big toe eventually rubbing through the mesh upper, but I don't raise my toe like that when I walk so no problems so far. My only complaints about the J-41s so far is that one, the sizing seems inconsistent between styles - the Aquarius were true to my 10s but the Sara Sports 10 was way too small, and two, they are made in China. As a "Jeep" brand, and for the high price, I was hoping for domestic manufacturing.

Need to be "worn in" These feel very comfortable when first put on, but I've gotten blisters when I've worn them. I definitely need to wear them in. The plastic part of the show is kind of hard and rubs on my foot. They are very flattering for this type of shoe, even in a bigger size.

Comfy, but not for long walks. I find these shoes very comfortable, unless I'm doing real walking for 20 minutes or more at a time. I wore them for a couple of weeks with no trouble at all, but then when I walked a mile in them, I got blisters on both my big toes, where the toe meets the foot. They were bad enough that I couldn't wear the shoes again for a week. Socks fixed the problem, but then, these shoes aren't really designed for socks! Aside from the blisters, the shoes are extraordinarily comfortable.

J-41 - I like the Aquarius but it is a shoe that will take some time to work in if you are wearing them without socks.

Takes a little getting used to - I bought these shoes because I wanted a closed toed sandal that was good-looking, but also functional. I have a high arches and fairly wide feet, and the fit was great. I loved these shoes when I first put them on, but when I first started walking in them the velcro kept coming off. It was really annoying, but after trial and error I realized they needed to be put on much tighter. Also, they did rub on my feet for the first week, but now they might be the most comfortable shoes I own. They are really cute and comfortable, but be patient.

Really like the shoes! The shoes fit true to size and have great soles for comfort. May need to be broken in a little (they rubbed on my toes a little), but are great overall.
