Super cute and ...comfy? These shoes are super cute but - like another reviewer stated - they took some time to break in. In fact, I'm not sure they are broken in yet and this is my 4th time wearing them. I got blisters the first 2 times I wore them on my little toe where the mesh meets the rubber part of the shoe. Overall, they are very comfortable and I suspect that once I break them in, I'll be very happy with them. I get lots of compliments on them. :-)

Feminine, practical, and comfortable - Finally, an alternative to the Keens that are cut far too wide for my foot, which is not even especially narrow. I wear a size 11 and most athletic style shoes make my feet look even bigger. I think that's because many shoe manufacturers think a large-sized women's fit is the same shape as a man's foot, but that is definitely not the case: The proportions are totally different. J-41 seems to know the difference. In these shoes, my look almost dainty and feel as if they are being gently cradled. I also have room to wiggle my toes, but my feet do not slip dangerously side to side the way they do in Keens and the like.

Fantastic shoe and really comfortable - I don't like flat shoes, but these are so adorable on and feel fantastic. I love these! They are quirky and different and not your typical sandal. These are really the only flat shoe I wear and with summer starting, these are perfect!

Wonderful Shoes! I love these shoes! I was looking for a cute, comfortable shoe for doing lots of around town walking. I live in a hot climate so I didn't want a really heavy shoe. This shoe fits all my needs. They do run on the big side as far as size.

J-41 Aquarius - Bought the shoe for a good walking shoe for NYC and was totally surprised how comfortable it was. It did not rub any blisters, even without socks! Also, I love how the straps adjust on both sides because after a long day of walking, my feet were a bit swollen and I could adjust the strap so that it would not be tight on the top of my foot.

Everything I thought they would be! These shoes are fantastic and well worth the wait (I have big amazon vegan feet, so they were always out of stock). I did need to break them in a bit, the first day I wore them I developed a huge blister on the back of my left heel but that doesn't happen anymore. I ordered an 11 and I usually wear an 11/12 and these fit perfectly. My single complaint is that they squeak when I'm running around on linoleum floors, so I took a point away from comfort because it's embarrassing how loudly they squeak sometimes. Overall, I live in these shoes!

Amazing - I absolutely love these shoes! I wasn't sure when I was looking online, but after wearing these on a week long European trip I am sold. I will definitely being buying another pair in a different color. While my husband had blisters after walking so much, my feet where fine!!!!! They are super comfy and look good with shorts or jeans. If you are always on the go, you will love them!

I really wanted to like this cute shoe! I was so excited to get this shoe. It sounded perfect. So cute while offering good support that traditional summer sandals do not provide. I tried them on and wore them around the house a little bit. They seemed fairly comfortable however tight in a couple areas on the sides of my feet. After looking back at the other reviews it sounded like a break in period may be necessary. I tried wearing them on two occasions with no luck. (A total of 3 hours of wear). My feet looked so cute, but were so uncomfortable. The stitching and placement of straps was putting a lot of pressure on the bony prominences on the sides of my feet. I sadly called back the customer service people at Zappos and they were nice enough to make an exchange for a different style. Even though I am happy with my exchange, I still wish these shoes would have worked for me...

J-41 Aquarius Vegan - Great shoe! Soo cute! Very comfortable. So easy to get on and off, love the velcro - makes it adjust to your foot well. My only complaint - I did get a blister on my big toe (only one side) the first time I wore them.

These shoes improve the experience of standing still! These shoes ROCK! I just got them and am so happy, I'm telling everyone. LOVE the mesh toe area - so cool! The straps adjust so you can get the width just right across the top. I'm going to buy another pair as soon as I can. They are SUPER FINE!

Great Shoe - I had never order of this company before until I saw them advertised in another catalog. These shoes are so comfortable. I work in a grocery store so I am on my feet a lot & hate wearing socks in the summer. These shoes are so cute. I have had lots of compliments on them.

Love them! Very comfy shoe. I wear orthotics, I removed the foot bed and my orthotics fit great. Very cute. I get lots of compliments!

Best comfy walking shoes - My nature is outdoor and love to walk. When I saw these shoes at a local newspaper; I immediately fall in love. It's like a craze it sold out almost everywhere especially size 7. Finally I got mine, olive pistachio. I love it. ^_^

Wowee!! I waited anxiously for the arrival of these cute shoes, hoping they were as comfortable as I had hoped they would be. And...they are! They fit me just right - with no extra room. The arch support really did surprise me because none of the reviews I read mentioned it. I love the color too. I would definitely go back and buy some more or even look at some other J-41 styles in the future.

Urban Assault Ballerina Slippers - Holy super comfortable shoes Batman! These shoes are the best! In winter I am a fan of Dansko shoes, but find them a little heavy and warm (as well as not so cute with shorts...). These shoes offer all the arch support and comfort for a day of walking as my Danskos. They are comfortable, lightweight, snazzy, and easily adjust to feet that may expand throughout the day. I ordered one pair in a 9.5 and the other color I couldn't decide between in a 9.0. It was a tough decision, but the 9.5 fit my (vanity aside!) 9.5 size foot.

Adorable, and only vaguely problematic - Now I love these shoes, and wear them whenever I get the chance, so take these criticisms with a grain of salt: The first is due to the stiffness of the sides of the shoe coupled with the spacing of the straps causes the sides to buckle. One of these buckles is slowly rubbing a callous into the side of my foot, but I'm still hoping this will get better as I continue to break the shoe in. The other criticism is that the velcro straps, while wonderfully so much easier to fasten than buckles, have a tendency to come undone, so I am always refastening the velcro. Happily, neither of these issues are deal-breakers for me, because I think these shoes are so cute! I am sure I will wear them all summer.

Extremely comfortable shoe - I love this shoe. I usually wear an 8.5 and for me it was true to size. I kind of have a narrow foot and the straps are a little too long. I have had absolutely no problems with blisters and I have worn them with no socks. Taking them with me on vacation.

Good quality, fun shoes - I love these shoes; they are casual, but stylish at the same time which gives you a lot of dressing options. I did not have any trouble with a "break-in" period - if the straps start to bug me I just re-adjust them since they Velcro on the sides. The lining is "spongie" and there is plenty of ventilation. Overall, they are a lot of fun to wear.

O.K. folks! I really like this shoe first of all, but we will see how Zappos returns go after I send back a J-41 Sideline Natural because it was too tight. I ordered this Aquarius-Vegan a half size larger than I ordered the Sideline and it is perfect. Both straps over the top are adjustable vs. one strap on the Sideline and this shoe is definitely better for warm weather. I wore them last evening and didn't want to take them off!! I even had 2 compliments already! Pretty sure this will be my go to shoe all summer!

Stylish comfort - LOVE 'em! Aside from just being CUTE and STYLISH, they're a great "transition-into-spring" shoe and are very COMFORTABLE, with NO BREAK-IN required!

Cute, Playful, Comfy!! Great shoes! Felt a bit longer that a size 7 so I tried a 6.5 but it was too narrow. I like the look of the leather better. Too bad the Pink and Brown isn't in leather. That is really the only problem! Great look, great feel! Works well with my jeans and t-shirt style! I will be ordering a second pair in leather!
