I read previous reviews and learned that many others said the shoe was larger than expect so I bought a half size smaller and got a perfect fit. Thanks to everyone who reviewed this shoe before me! Didn't see these in any stores. I only found them online and they are exactly what I was looking for...comfortable, good for walking and nice looking.

I purchased these sandals specifically for walking on rocky paths during summer months. They are sturdy and have good arch support and grip the path well, plus they are comfortable. Met my needs.

I think keen should honored their products. The pair of sandals I have are in perfect conditions except for the BROKEN BUCKLE. They cost $120, keen says they won't do anything about it but giving me a coupon for %20 discount. i have used keen for the last 20 years of my life. I normally through away the shoes that brake but this pair has only 2 years of use (only summers) and the buckle broke. For sure my family is switching brands now. Very disappointed with the brand and the customer service.

Love these sandals. I like the ankle strap that keeps them on your feet. Excellent arch support, but since I have a very flat foot, my podiatrist adds a little more.

This is my second pair of Naples. I've had the first for maybe 5 or more years and love them. They are still in fine shape, but I wear them so much in the summer, that I'm worried they will eventually wear out and I won't be able to get another pair. So I bought these a little proactively. They are just as comfortable as my other pair. They are wonderful for walking and better looking than the pic depicts.

Love the colors of these. I ordered some a few years ago in an eggplant color and love them, so I thought I would get the brown ones as the color is more neutral. They are stylish and comfortable. Zappos never lets me down! I didn't even realize they made this style anymore!

I wear a size 10-D width and these fit wonderful! Keen Brand has been my go to for years because of support and durability. Hey Keen please make the Naples in some fun colors and/or a lighter brown for more feminine look!

Awesome sandals, durable, comfortable and stylish. I have problem feet and it's hard to find shoes or sandals, these work!

With high arches and slightly wide feet (C width when available), aging and active, I abandoned beauty for comfort a couple decades ago in favor of sensible shoes that support my life style; i.e. Keen These have only been field tested for about three miles over early spring terrain. No aches. No blisters. No knee problems. Even the sometimes slippery ground cover proved no problem. I struggled about the cost for over a week, but with the wear these will get, it will cost only pennies a day!

Love these shoes; comfort and color in particular. Keen's closed toe shoes are not a good fit for me, but the Naples are a perfect fit for this lady.

Love these. Wore them right out of the box walking around on vaca. No blisters. Keen seems to run 1/2 size small. I ordered 9, usually wear 8.5, they fit perfectly. Look good enough to wear with a dress in addition to more casual attire.

These sandals are the bomb-diggity. I am in love! Right out of the box, it felt like I'd been wearing them for years. my foot is very shallow, so the fixed straps on the forefoot are a bit loose, but they do not rub, and I can buckle the ankle strap to fit snugly, so it really doesn't affect the fit overall. I was nervous ordering size 10 1/2. I generally wear an 11, but am a true 10 1/2, and these are definitely true to size. the only problem now is deciding which other color I want to order!

This is the third pair of these shoes I have purchased. The others have lasted me for several years. Most comfortable sandals ever!

These are comfortable, but they look like a heavy men's sandal. I'm sending them back. But just for reference, I wear a 7.5 in sandals, and they do fit well. They would would work well for anyone with wide feet. Also, the buckle could be annoying. Velcro might have been better. I ordered the Jambu Charley instead.

I bought this sandal for a trip to Hawaii. Although I don't think it's suitable for sandy beaches (only cheapo flip-flops for that!), it is a very nice walking sandal with a sturdy sole. Seems to be well made and worth the money. Fits true to size and comfortable out of the box with no break-in period required. I wore this shoe for several days and no blisters or badly rubbed spots on feet or toes. Cute, too -- something you could wear with pretty much anything, but they probably go best with shorts, capris or outdoorsy dresses/skirts. I bought the two-toned version with shades of dark brown. Very happy with my purchase. Keen is a good shoe for me overall, though, in both fit and style because I am a very casual dresser. If you are looking for a shoe that's a bit "daintier" but still good for walking, Clarks might be a good choice, too.

I absolutely love these shoes! The first pair that I received were not very good quality, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new pair. This is my first pair of Keens and right out of the box these shoes felt great, not one blister after having them on all day! I now want to have a pair in all the colors that they come in.

These fit perfectly just out of the box. I purchased an 8.5M, but my Keen hiking shoes and other Keen sandals are 9M. The 8.5M in this style is perfect for my foot length and width. The straps around the toe box are slightly loose, but I prefer this as it is less likely that I will have any rubbing or blisters on my foot. The ankle and back strap make the shoe fit snugly on my feet and keep the sandals in place squarely under foot, feeling quite secure. Have not worn them outside yet, but so far I am quite pleased, of course I fully expected to be pleased with my new Keen Naples Sandal! Mahalo Keen! I had been looking for a sandal I could dress up, dress down, and wear to all day events like music festivals. This serves the purpose. Looks and feels great!

Perfect! Cute, versatile and comfortable. Everything I need in a shoe. I can wear them for hours and hours comfortably. Maxi skirts, jeans, capris, you name it.

They say third try is the charm, and these were! The last two styles I tried did not work out for me, and if it were not for Zappos amazing customer service and free returns, I would have hesitated to try again. I saw these in action when my sister in law wore them hiking in Nevada. I ordered them while stuck in the Salt Lake airport - two cancelled flights and they almost beat me to my front door. They fit fine right out of the box. I should say that my sister-in-law and I have very different feet, and they fit us both well. She has a narrow heel and very wide, square toes. I have an overall long, narrow foot. Somehow this sandal is designed to accommodate a wide range of foot shapes. And it looks cute! Try it!

This is my 2nd pair of these fabulous sandals! My other pair I've had for at least 4 years, they are still very functional - though perhaps a tad worn. They are my go to sandals, have enough support to wear all day, walking anywhere! I was so excited to see that keen still makes these shoes. Fit and foot-bed support unchanged from older model. I have very flat feet and troubles with foot pain off and on. I demand a lot of performance from my shoes. So the fact that they hold up without looking like complete tanks is a plus!

I loved this sandal, but just couldn't justify one more sandal this year. As always for Keens, it was true to size, and in this case--leather rather than the usual water shoe type of Keen--the leather material and no toe guard make it more dressy. The color is called Burnt Henna, but there are actually 2 attractive browns. Very comfortable.

I love this shoe! It is very comfortable and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I kept Zappos busy this summer updating my sandal collection. They were wonderful to work with, as usual! I had bought several new pair of sandals but just had to have one more pair...I couldn't stop looking at these Keens. They are not your usual looking Keen. I loved the style but thought that at this price they were expensive for a casual sandal. I decided to try them and bought the Black/Gargoyle color. I am so glad I did! They are cute and comfortable. It is upsetting to buy cute shoes only to find them uncomfortable. These did not disappoint me. As I stated above, I love this shoe!

I own a pair of Keen walking shoes and love them. But, they're too heavy to wear in the summer for my daily 3-5 mile walk around town. My regular sandals can't take that kind of distance so I wanted something that was made for walking but wouldn't look like a clunky walking shoe. This one was perfect. I bought them in a size 8.5 but worried that they'd be too big given that they're the same size as my walking show and I have to wear socks with those. But they were a fine fit. I wore them for a lengthy walk just out of the box and didn't have any problems except the irritation that comes from a new pair of shoes rubbing on the back of my heel in a new place than my other shoes hit. Of course they aren't as cushiony as shoes you wear with socks and I wouldn't want to do 10 miles in them, but 3-5 is just fine. I'd recommend them highly and they look fine with anything but dressier summer dresses.
