I loved the look of this shoe, including how it looked on my foot. However, the footbed was not comfortable. My foot is slightly wide, and the outside edge of my foot was on barely against the outside edge of the footbed, which was not a good feeling. I generally wear a "B" width, but I'm going to say this one would be too wide for a narrow foot and not wide enough for a truly wide foot.

Cute shoe. It like it better than the Teva Tirra sandal but you cannot beat Teva comfort. The leather is soft but I get the feeling it will rub on the top of my foot. The sole could be more cushiony.

Loved the sandal...was very hard to buckle. Velcro underneath would have been great with the look of a buckle on top.

First and foremost these are some cute sandals and I really wanted to like them. I have a closet full of Keens and this is the first pair that hurt my feet. Wore them to work, walked around in them quite a bit, rubbed a blister on my little toe, had to put a bandaid where the shoe was pinching/poking the inner side of my arch and the top of my left foot was in excruciating pain by the end of the day. It's almost like there's not enough "shoe" to hold your foot together with a nice support. Forever a fan of Keens and Zappos!

I wanted a pair of black leather walking sandals to wear when I go to Europe this summer, and I like my other Keen's, so this seemed like a good choice. These look really nice on, and the soles are comfortable. I wear a size 9B fairly consistently - my feet are not overly wide or narrow. But so far with these, the straps are a problem. I need to use the last hole on the strap to avoid having it cut into my ankle, and the other straps are snug across the top of my foot. After walking the dog in them, the top of my foot felt almost bruised. I've continued to wear them because I really want them to work - hoping to stretch the leather a bit. It may be working - I wore them 'out and about' (not long walks) and they seem better. Bottom line - they look cute on, can go with a casual skirt, shorts or capris, etc. Unfortunately they are not as comfortable as other walking sandals, unless you have very narrow feet.

I bought these sandals to wear on a trip to Istanbul and Israel. After wearing them for a day, I had some discomfort on the inside of my foot where the strap rubbed. I tried to stretch them using a technique I saw on TV -- putting a zip lock bag full of water inside the shoe and putting it in the freezer. As it expanded it was supposed to stretch the shoe. Well, I think it helped, but I'm thinking I will take my old Dansko sandals on my trip. The reviews on this shoe have been great, and I like them, but I don't want to risk sore feet.

I bought these sandals to wear on a trip to Hawaii. I actually wore them around the house for a week to get used to them. While they are relatively comfortable, have good support, and look good, I did have a couple of issues with them. Why do shoe makers think it is a good idea to engrave their name into the part of the shoe where my heel sits? It is so irritating! And it actually hurts the longer I wear the shoe. The ankle strap on this sandal is too short. The holes for the buckle were so tight, I fought them each time I put the shoes on. Since I only took one pair of sandals with me, I did wear them, but they are now in the back of my closet. I don't know that I will wear them again.

I bought these to wear to Disney World. Very comfortable while still looking a bit stylish. Don't like the squeaky noise my feet make in them but willing to overlook it. Bigger problem: Unfortunately the stitching where the strap meets the elastic below the big toe started to rip in the middle of my vacation, and I could not continue to wear them for fear the shoe would come completely apart in the middle of a lot of walking around Disney World. Good thing I had a backup pair of shoes too. I expect better quality from Keen; I am hoping it is just a fluke and am receiving a replacement pair. Will have to see.

I am so sad that I had to return these a 2nd time. I returned them the the first time when the 6 appeared a half size too big and I ordered a 5.5. I wish that the leather straps that go over the toe area were adjustable. They are too wide and my foot just slides to the front of the shoe even when I put the ankle strap in the tightest setting. They are cute looking. Oh well.

Keen's quality has really gone downhill, unfortunately. At first these were just as comfortable as my last pair of the same model, but all the straps are now so stretched out after just a couple months of wear they barely stay on my feet and they obviously won't last nearly as long as my last pair, which lasted several years. They came with threads pulling out of all the stitching as well. I only kept them because they still have the leather footbed, which most of their shoes no longer do, and it was a very comfortable footbed for me. Unfortunately, I will have to find another brand of shoes that works for me as Keens are no longer worth the money.

Purchased after reading all the reviews. The out sole is very hard, less flexible than my athletic shoes.

These sandals were pretty but too small for me. I got a 10 but my feet are a little on the wide side. I managed to get my foot in one of them, but not the other. On the foot that I got in, the straps pinched my ankle. So I'll have to return them. Maybe if I had sized up it would have worked.

Do not buy these shoes. I love Keen shoes but these are the worst. I bought them b/c they had five stars. I give them 0 stars. I wore them a week at Disney. They give you blisters at your heels and the sides rub on the bone on the side of your pinky toe. Other reviewers commented on the rub on the side but I have small feet and they are not wide. These shoes have no cushion. After wearing them a week, I was bow legged and crippled. Horrible shoes. The style is nice but no support like other Keen or jamb shoes.

Not what they used to be. I was looking for a replacement pair of these and they are not wide enough. The inside of my foot went over the edge of the sandal.

Took these sandals on a trip and wore them constantly. They were very comfortable as I have broad feet and have a hard time finding shoes that dont hurt. They are on the wide side but true to size. I wish Keen made more fashionable shoes!!! Loved the Naples sandals. And liked the prompt Zappos service.

I didn't like these sandals. All the straps are uncomfortable and the buckle is in an awkward area. Thank goodness for the free return policy!
