Comparing this to the Teva's Kokomo, Keen's La Paz and Emerald City, I felt these were a tad heavier feeling, not great for packing light on a trip. They are the best equipped to walk on rugged terrain though. The padding was stiff, but contoured properly for my foot. Fit is snug and comfortable, style is casual yet could be dressed up a little.

I ordered these because I need knee replacements in the near future and wanted a sandal with some support. My favorite Mephisto sandal has been discontinued. I know there are other styles of Keens that would have given me more support, but being summer, I wanted a shoe that wouldn't make my feet 'hot'. These are pretty good considering they are sandals. They have been what I 'go to' for everyday wear. I am sure, for the normal kneed person, they would be 5 star...I was hoping for a little more built in arch support. A little annoying getting them buckled and un-buckled...had to return the first pair for a half size smaller.

I love this shoe! My first pair of Keens. It isn't the most stylish looking shoe, but definitely the most comfortable! I usually get blisters from new shoes the first few times I wear them, but didn't with these. I've walked my dog in them (about 2 miles) and they are just as comfortable as wearing sneakers. The only drawback is the overpowering rubber odor which will hopefully wear off. I also have to say that I love, love, love Zappos! You make buying shoes a pleasure!

Awesome! So comfortable for long walks - I have a wide foot, and I've had success with Keen shoes in the past. I ordered these in my Keen shoe size (9) and found them way too long. I went down to an 8.5 and they were better, but still a tad long. But good enough! The arch support is great, and leather straps are comfortable straight out of the box. I wore these around the house for a day then out for 2 hours/2 miles of walking around and I didn't have a single rubbed spot. The straps on the heel helped a lot in keeping my feet and ankles comfortable after hours of walking. They do run quite wide, as all Keens do. For wide-footed people like me it's great, but for those of you with normal/narrow feet they may flop around. The straps around the toes have no means of adjusting, so if they're too wide then you're out of luck. Another reviewer commented on the buckle being a hassle--frankly I prefer it over velcro, since it looks much more polished. Once I adjusted the buckle I didn't need to open and close it every time. The appearance is still a rugged sandal, but definitely more polished than Tevas. I wear them with casual skirts.

These sandals were comfortable right out of the box. Have worn them for long walks along the beach and on a hike in the hills. The front straps are a little far back on the foot for my taste, and the foot bed gets a little slippery when my feet sweat. But otherwise, a great purchase.

Basic sandal - Keen's are one of my favorites for comfort; great for travel, long city walks. I would have preferred these to have a hook-and-loop strap because having to buckle every time you put them on is time consuming, but they are good for everyday. Attractive styling for not so much money. They have a "new" smell, which is starting to lessen after 2 weeks. They "squeaked" the first week, but that's gone after 2.

Nice shoe, straps could be tighter - I haven't actually worn them anywhere yet, but in trying them on, I notice I wish the straps across the top of my foot were a little less loose… they fit lengthwise, but a bit loosely on top.

These are pretty nice hybrids between sport and sensible fashion sandals. The sole is rugged but the strappy leather upper definitely takes them a step above adventure sandals. I would rate them higher overall if they had a Velcro strap instead of a buckle. The buckle looks nice but for this type of sandal I really want to be able to throw them on and off quickly, not take the time to awkwardly find the right hole to buckle the shoes. With repeated wear I expect it will be easier to slide them off and on without unbuckling them (there is a small bit of elastic behind the buckle to give the ankle strap some give), but currently that takes a little work. I bought them in part as summer travel sandals, and a Velcro side strap would make it so much quicker negotiating airport security, for instance. My other complaint is that the pair I received was noticeably a few shades lighter in color than I expected based on pictures and color name. I was anticipating a rich dark brown but what I received was closer to a brownish putty. I thought of exchanging them in the hopes of receiving a darker patina but instead opted for darkening them with some brown shoe polish and Mink oil. I will see how the color holds up. Overall they seem to be solid sandals that are not bad to look at (they mildly conjure the image of Jesus sandals but are not homely). If they were a bit cheaper I would definitely bump up my rating. Thanks to other reviewers for mentioning they run a little large. I normally wear a 6½, but the 6 is a perfect fit.

I am a devotee of KEEN sandals, so when I found these I was elated. I have a pair of Newport H2s that I've been wearing daily at work for 3 years and am just now getting around to replacing them because I've worn the soles through. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for these. I ordered the Naples in black 1 year ago, and by the end of last summer the leather footbed liner was starting to crack. When I pulled them out this spring to wear them again, within a few weeks the liner has split altogether wide open, rendering them unwearable. I had high hopes for these, and had intended to order more in other colors, but if they won't even hold up to wear a couple of times a week for one season, they're not worth the money.

The Keen Naples were very uncomfortable. I wanted a less athletic sandal to wear with a skirt. They were nice looking but too uncomfortable to wear even for a short time. The straps hurt the top of my feet and their wasn't enough support to do a lot of walking in. I didn't even keep them an entire summer.

I wanted to love these, but couldn't. These shoes you have to unbuckle every time to put on. What a hassle. Plus, there wasn't enough strap to go around my ankle to even get to the first peg hole. If I went up a size, it might work, but then they would be to big every where else.

Put those back in stock, I want another pair

This is my second pair of Keen Naples Sandals. These are the best summer vacation/travel shoes I've owned! I can't bear to tie on hikers in the heat, but with these sandals I can walk from sun up to sun down with comfort! (I actually think they are more comfortable than my best hikers!) Have walked all over cobblestones/streets of European cities, as well as all around Disneyworld and Kauai. I also love that they are waterproof, so I don't have to worry about a rain storm/puddle ruining my fave sandals. Also of note, I have somewhat fussy feet: history of fracture, plantar fasciitis and these shoes cause me NO problem. I love them!

I was looking for a sandal I could wear for hours of walking while on vacation. These looked cute and comfortable, so I ordered my size (US 6) and hoped they would be wide enough without pinching; perfect fit, right out of the box. No problems with walking long distances plus they are a great casual wear sandal. I'm really happy with them!

Comfy shoe, nice and wide in the front. I would prefer a softer lining on the footbed and the strap rubbed just a bit on my toe. But all in all a good sandal. Very secure on, and cuter than it looks in the photos. i'd purchase it again.

Love these shoes. I bought them for a recent trip to Cuba and wore them all of the time. Dress them up or down. They are comfortable enough for all day and all night - day after day. Going to get myself another pair to have a back-up since I'm wearing these all the time.

First of all, I appreciate it when others write reviews! I love my new sandals. Thought they my not work, but took a chance and wore them all over my town the first day. They are perfect for me. I wear a size 11 and have neuropathy. Couldn't be happier.

I was looking for a pair of sandals that I could wear comfortably all day. This sandals fit the bill. They were great right out of the box, although I was a little concerned that my baby toe was going to get hung up on the straps. Lucky for me this didn't happen. Also, the two shades of brown leather do not contrast as shown in the picture, but this was not a deal breaker for me. Keen's tend to be on the high side of what I want to pay for a sandal, but these will last for many years, so in the long, these were a bargain.

I love these sandals! They are super comfortable and I can wear them all day without rubbing or blisters. I took these on my trip to Italy and wore them with everything...a great pair of shoes.
