I love my keens! I love Zappos- got my shoes quickly and they are great. I wear size 5.5 shoes and the Keen 5.5 in this shoe fits well. They are super comfy, with no break-in time, and are cute enough to wear with shorts, casual dresses and skirts. I plan to wear these on my upcoming trip to San Diego where we will be doing a lot of walking and some light hiking.

Function + Style - I coveted these sandals when I saw my neighbor wearing them recently. Finding them on Zappos.com was easy, and they had my size, 5.5, which is sometimes not easy to locate. I love these sandals. They are functional yet stylish, not so clunky looking as to be orthopedic. I am taking them to Europe on vacation. Thinking about ordering another pair in red. Go for it. ago.

Great sandals - This is a nice shoe for summer. I enjoy Keens because of their comfort. This shoe is comfortable, but has a more delicate look on the foot than some other styles. I did reorder a smaller size (a 7 instead of my regular Keen 7.5. I think that the sizing is true to Keen, the smaller size just looked better in this shoe.

A step in the right direction! I have an extremely difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable so I was pleasantly surprised to still be standing without pain by mid afternoon. By late afternoon, however, the balls of my feet started to ache and I felt like I needed a more supportive, better fitting, front strap. These are very loose and I have a considerably wide foot, although not considered "wide". Tighten up the strap with some elastic to make it more adaptable for a custom fit.

Great casual sandal - Just bought these as a "maybe" and it turned out they were the only pair of shoes I kept from the order. Cute and comfortable. Go with everything.

A great open-toed Keen - I am a huge Keen fan-spent 5 days in NY recently with just two pairs of Keens for all my walking. But living in SW Florida, I also love open toed shoes when it's warm (duh). So I was delighted to see another Keen sandal with open toes. I was a little apprehensive about the footbed, because I really love the traditional footbed in the Carmel and some of the others, but this is as comfortable as any of its predecessors.

Beautiful Sandal! I love these sandals! I love Keens anyways but these sandals don't look like Keens, no big toe, pretty Summer Sandals. I bought them in black and Bison, what I love about them is they are casual yet dressy. So you could wear them with a nice dress or shorts. They feel very comfortable first try on, I'm just waiting for Summer to wear them all day!

Another comfortable Keen - This is the third pair of Keen's I have purchased and worn and, for myself, walking all day in either of them is a treat!!! A friend who ordered the first time from Zappos was so impressed with the service that she ordered two more pair of shoes, she could not believe the order was received so quickly.

I've recently purchased 19 pairs of sandals from Zappos, and returned or will return most of them. I m including this intro in all my reviews. First of all, thanks Zappos for your free shipping and free returns that allow me to have the equivalent of a personal shoe store. Second, I ve discovered that my feet have become very sensitive, and I can t tolerate anything except shoes that are perfectly comfortable from almost the moment I first put them on. My left foot seems to be more sensitive than the right foot, especially to any lumps in the footbed. Third, and related to #2, even though I think thong sandals look great, I just can t handle the thong unless it s extremely soft. I consistently take a size 10M, my feet are what you d call medium volume, and I have low arches. Keen Naples - This is a nice sandal but as with the Keen City of Palms the straps over the toes were very loose on me. I liked the style, although to me it seems like the somewhat dressy upper doesn't quite go with the lugged sole. My usual 10M fit perfectly in terms of length and width. I returned them because of the loose, non-adjustable straps.

My feet are wide, have a bunion and a high instep. Finding shoes that are not sneakers to travel in, feel comfortable and have support has been extremely challenging. These are a little clunky looking and even though the width is medium - they have a nice wide base. I couldn't keep them because the straps on the forefront of my foot were just a little too tight. But I have a very wide foot. Very supportive and good quality.

I really wanted the Keen Naples; I have heard many positive comments on their footwear. I ordered the Naples in what was supposed to be brown ("bison") to go with a Fossil handbag I also ordered. The sandals were more of medium beige than a brown, and a half size too small. I talked to a customer service rep who was wonderful, considering it was late last night, and I exchanged them for a pair of Clark Rises in brown. I was expecting them on Monday, but lo and behold, the UPS truck beeped at my front gate this afternoon to deliver the replacements. Oh my gosh! The rep was right; the elves in the warehouse really do work hard. Thank you, Zappos. You are my number one choice for everything now!

I wanted to love these, but they're much more rugged-looking in person than I thought they'd be from the pictures. Definitely not the dressy-casual sandal I wanted for walking around on vacation. They're very comfortable and supportive, so much so that I almost decided to keep them even though I didn't like the look, but the straps near the toe were too tight for my slightly-wide-ish feet, even with the elastic allowing some extra room.

I was surprised when the Bison color arrived and it is tan, not brown. Two computers showed a brown color. Nice sandal, but not as soft as the athletic Keen sandals.

I am practically sobbing that this shoe did not work for me. It was everything I wanted -- leather, stylish and feminine, rugged and durable, attractive with skirts but good for hiking, waterproof, buckle instead of velcro (I'm not a toddler, thank you). One sandal to rule them all! The straps are very stiff, but that might have lessened with wear. But it was the horribly hard foodbed that makes me have to return them. I suffer from pain in my heels (bone spurs), and need much more cushion -- these are not only not cushiony, but are actually hard. For anyone with normal feet and no need for padding, I still think these are excellent shoes. Keen, please do this kind of sandal next year, with better padding!

These shoes are sturdy and nice looking in a slightly rugged way. I like them and wear them frequently. The footbed is not as comfortable and supportive as I'd hoped.

The sole felt hard and slightly stiff. It is too athletic looking and not dressed up easily which, for me, loses versatility. It is a great fit and style otherwise.

This seems like a comfortable, supportive and stylish shoe but the inner edge of the strap attachment just rubs me the wrong way. Sad about that! But I'll keep trying. These would have been great for walking to work.

I want to keep these sandals as they are cute but not clunky like the typical Keen sandal. But the strap is too short and uncomfortable. If the strap were improved and arch support increased, these would be perfect.

I wanted so badly for these to fit and be comfortable. I love Keen and have always found them to be the most comfortable shoe and a great value for the price. While these sandals have a great footbed, and the straps across the toes are soft and fit in just the right places, the strap across the ankle is very uncomfortable on my foot. It almost seems as if it were placed too high. It rubbed on my ankle immediately and after walking around the house for a few minutes and adjusting the buckle several times I got no relief. I have learned from experience that if they don't feel good out of the box, send them back! I ordered the color Bison which in my Sarasota sandals is a dark earthy taupe. In the Naples it is much lighter. Other than the strap, the fit was great.

I really like this sandal. I gave it only 4 stars because the strap is too short and tight as I have high arches/high instep and there isn't room to add extra buckle holes. I also wish Keen would use a little more aggressive arch support to like they used to. This sandal would be perfect for me with a longer strap and a tad more arch support.
