I received these yesterday but sent them back. I love Keens but these ones are made in such a way that my toes hang out of the shoe. I can't stand that. They looked a felt great other then that. Color is not any where as bright as online either. The Newport H2 do cover the toes and are a better choice for me. Being a teacher and around 5 year olds you want the toes covered!

For me this shoe is not comfortable and there is not enough support around the heel. Also, the footbed seems to tip backwards and the left side of the footbed makes my foot sore. I'm stuck with them though because I have worn them outdoors.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to Costa Rica. I thought I would give them a try at the local amesument park. I love the look and the feel but my feet seem to slide back in the sandal too far. No amount of adjusting seems to correct the issue. But based on the other reviews it looks like I am the only one having this problem

These were going to be my first pair of Keen sandals, I was looking forward to them, because they don\'t have the clunky toe-guard of past Keen sandals. The sizing is a bit off. I got an 8.5, but my foot wont stay put up in the top of these shoes, the 8 was too tight and the 9 I was swimming in. My big-toe also catches the inside edge of the toe guard. The arch support is non-existent for me, I have high arches. And wearing them for a few hours inside, my feet hurt, there isn\'t enough cushion in the foot bed either. Unfortunately these will have to be returned.

Did not like these shoes! I am very disappointed in these! Normally I love Keens but there was no arch support in these whatsoever and none of the cushion soles like I have to come expect from Keens! Its a shame too really because they are so cute and have so many colors to choose from. I have plantar fasciitis and normally I can put on and pair of Keens and just feel like ah! These are so comfy, but not with these.

I love my Keen Venice H2s so much, I wanted another pair of Keens as well. I chose the Whispers over the Newport H2s because of the good reviews and because they are lighter and less clunky. They are lighter, but that leaves very minimal support when wearing them for more than a couple hours. Also, my foot would not stay in the front of the shoe, it kept sliding off the back (they were not too small, maybe just too narrow for me?). I will, sadly, be testing the legendary Zappos return process.

I purchased these sandals about a month ago. Initially I was impressed. They are comfortable and appeared to be durable. I hiked several > five mile hikes without any issues. Fast forward after two weeks of normal wear...a lot of that in town...they are not holding up well AT ALL. The 'neoprene' like material on the backs of the sandals is ripping! The material appears to not be strong enough to hold the stitching and therefore the stitching is causing holes. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. This was my first Keens purchase and for the money I expected much better. It was also my first Zappos purchase. I have contacted them in hopes of being able to return these sandals (they should last longer than two weeks!). Hopefully their customer service is as great as everyone says and we can reach a resolution of some sort.
I'd also recommend:
Columbia - much more durable and more affordable also

I had higher expectations from Keen brand than I received from this shoe.
Nearly impossible to get on easily without breaking a finger and felt like it was narrow…my baby toe was squashed up against edge /strap and really annoyed me . I can’t imagine wearing them, so I am sending them back .

I like this sandal BUT it is a PAIN to put them on. The ankle opening is very narrow and it makes it very much a pain to slip these shoes on. You need two hands and a bit of a struggle to "slip" them on.

There is no place to put this in the return section.
The box says size 6, which is what I ordered but the shoes inside are huge and say size 8 which would explain why they are huge. You may want to check the shoes inside are the size on the box before you send them outl

The fit as true to size but Keen changed the design! Ones up way too big on ankle - difficult to get into, & digs in - not comfortable!!! & hits ankle bone & hurts while just sitting!!!OH!!! & they smell like skunk! What’s that all about??? & no I don’t think that’s it’s from someone smoking around them… it’s the material they used!

They were comfortable out of the box but the real test was to walk in them. I got a blister after 20 min on the side of my right ankle that actually opened the skin. Good thing I tested them before I travelled to hike.

The shoes were what I wanted in looks but the fit was off. The vamp came up too high and hit my ankle, both front and back. Also, it's not easy to get into these shoes as they are "slip ins", note the snark. I have narrow feet and they did not slip in. I'm unsure why they have the elastic cording as it appears only decorative. They are pretty but for a different foot.
I'd also recommend:
Josef Siegel, Clark's, Algeria; good name comfort shoes.

It has been several years since I purchased the Keen brand, but I was shocked at the complete lack of arch support and the brick hard sole. Has the company sold out to yet another manufacturer like so many "good" brands? Truly, the insole is completely flat. NO arch support. If I had to rate the overall appearance of the shoe, I would say it is very good looking, but the nonresistant arch support and the sole being as hard as the flat part of an iron I truly dont know why a person would purchase these. Done with Keen forever.

I was looking for a Keen like the 2 versions I bought about ten years ago! These were too close around the ankle without the comfort of padding. I had to work to get my foot (I am only 120 pounds at 5'8") and my foot is pretty thin.

Having purchased three previous pairs of the Keen Whisper Sandals over the years, this pair for some reason felt odd in the toe box of the big toe area. I don’t know if that meant that they were shorter than it’s predecessors, but regrettably needed to return them. It saddens me greatly, and wanted to replace my worn out Keen Whisper sandals (which I absolutely LOVE!) with a new pair of the same model. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.

My daughter has always worn Keens. However, this was the first pair to start falling apart after only a few weeks of infrequent wear. The shoes are literally becoming detached from the footbed. I will be switching to another brand from here on out. Do not buy.

I have had at least three pairs of the Venice H2 and have worn them in and out of water, short hiking, traveling and so happily throughout the summer and these are NO replacement for them. They are uncomfortable, narrower, a half size larger, very difficult to put on, have no arch support, have a smaller toe bumper that is lopsided to boot, and they gave me blisters immediately. I also have a pair of the rose sandal which I love but they are not as hardy as the Venice H2 for long walks, water sports and short hikes.The KEEN Whisper smoke blue color is great, they look ok on however I have returned them very disappointed that they did not keep a good thing going with the Venice H2!

I bought these in January, so naturally these didn’t get worn until starting in April in my climate. The clip on shoelace has fallen off somewhere. I contacted keen and was told by “Lizzie” that keen doesn’t guarantee shoelaces and I need to look on line as keen doesn’t carry them. My problem is not the shoe lace itself, it is the plastic snap block at the end of shoelace. I am extremely disappointed in this company, I own over 5 keen shoes and have never had a problem before.
