Heel height does not seem high at all, but this shoe does slip off the back of the heel. Not very wide, for a wide shoe.

I love this shoe - very comfortable but material is very cheap. After just a few months and wearing only to the office the heels look like I've played a game of rugby in them. They are all torn up and tattered.

These shoes are great. Comfortable and true to size; however, the Red Crocs are actually a rust color, not red at all! I think that's probably why they cost less.

These shoes are really cute and they look great with clothes. I wear a lot of high heeled shoes. The height of the heel did not scare me at all. My feet were killing me the first day I wore the shoes. I tried again another day to see if it was any better. I am sad to say that they weren't. I am very disappointed because these shoes went so well with so many of my things.

Absolutely beautiful shoe and very comfortable for the size of the heel. The shoe was true to size except for the toe box, which felt a bit tight for me and unfortunately these had to go back.

I found that these fit a half to full size larger than any of my other Ninewest shoes. They are also not particularly comfortable despite having the small platform. I also think they make my feet look really small.

The reviews here indicated that this shoe might fit pretty true to size, so I ordered my regular 8.5W...and could barely get my foot into it! It's a beautiful shoe, but runs on the smallish size to my mind, and the Wide width wasn't very wide at all.

These shoes are beautiful and relatively comfy for their height, but somewhere in my very first day of wearing them, in driving to work, working in them all day, picking up kids and getting back home, I scuffed about a quarter of an inch spot on the top front of one of the shoes and learned that they are not leather all the way through - there is a white foam-like material underneath, which I had to paint over with some shoe polish. So I love the way they look and they are pretty comfy to make it through a 10 hour work day, but treat them with care, and maybe carry them to work in a bag so as not to scuff them.

The wide feels the same as every other regular I have purchased before. I'm hoping that they will stretch, though, because they are leather. They are a nice looking heel.

I love these shoes! They are so sexy but can also be dressed down if needed. I have a size 5.5 foot. I don't ever buy heels because my foot is also wide, so it's hard to find cute shoes that fit even on Zappos. These are so pretty but as usual don't fit me, will have to return.

This shoe has the curve on the bottom -- not flat to the floor -- not like the other Rocha shoe I have -- hard to walk in these.

Love, but they run large. I need an 8 and not an 8.5. I have tried at least 5 different fillers to get these to "fit" and no such luck. Now they are out of my size. Grrrr!

While I like the style of this shoe, I was not impressed with the leather. It is easily scuffed and actually looked scuffed when they came out of the box. The toe box is a little tight. I typically order a 1/2 size down on Nine West shoes, I probably should have gotten an 8 in this style.

I ordered these shoes in the taupe leather but the color was darker than I expected. I was looking for something lighter. The heels on this shoe are beautiful and Nine West usually has a narrower shoe like I wear. That being said, I returned them because they were too big and I didn't think a smaller size was going to be comfortable. The toe of the shoe was too high. A smaller size might have worked for length but the shoe would have gaped at the top. I wear pointy toed shoes all of the time and these seemed more uncomfortable than that style. Also, with my recent experience with a pair of Nine West heels, I wasn't willing to risk it. The insides of the shoes were a disaster after 6 months and had to be repaired by a cobbler.

I loved the look of the shoe but they were just too narrow! I tried and tried to wear them around the house and see if they got more comfortable but they just didn't. They were also a little scuffed on the leather when I got them. So maybe not "battle" proof!

Beautiful shoe, but... I first ordered 7.5 (my normal size). It fit fine through the toe, but couldn't keep it on my foot at the heel. Then ordered a 7. Tight but tolerable in the toe, but still slips off at the heel.

I was surprised that the taupe leather shoes I received had discolored and darkened areas on the toe box and along the side. Never had a quality problem with 9 West shoes before; these should not have gotten past their quality control.

So bummed these didn't work! They are beautiful shoes. I'm a true size 7 and my foot is a little wide, but I couldn't even get my toes into the front of the shoe. I might order up a half size or full size because they are that darn cute.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes, as someone who was never able to wear high heels, I worked my way up to these beautiful shoes, they are sexy, but they fall apart very easy. I bought mine in November and I only wore them outside 1 time, they look like I've had them for years, I'm a little upset that I have to buy another pair after only wearing them in my office for 6 months, but I have to they are just too nice. I haven't found another pair of black shoes that I like more than these...

These shoes were exactly what I looking for style-wise. I have to wear closed-toe shoes to work and I wanted a heel that was stylish without being "too much" for work. This shoe was perfect. High enough to be fashionable and flattering, but not too high to be inappropriate. They're also surprisingly comfortable and I feel like I can walk forever in them. Unfortunately, they scuff and get scratched up like you wouldn't believe. I have the black leather and I swear it looks like I walk through gravel pits every time I wear them. I cringe every time I see the nicks, scrapes and bits of exposed white fabric. I love the look of these shoes -- absolutely perfect -- and I cannot speak highly enough of Zappos' service, but overall I'm disappointed in the quality of the fabric.

I ordered the taupe leather. These are very comfortable shoes. They run big. I am usually a 6½ and am returning that size for a 6 in a different color. The taupe leather looks worn.

This was narrow on me. I can usually wear 9 west with no issue, but the cut seemed higher through the toe box, and so it was tighter across my foot. Bummer. Pretty color.

I wore these shoes once. After having them on for a couple of hours the left shoe kept slipping off my foot. If you buy these shoes make sure you buy 1/2 size smaller. I just wasted my money on shoes I can never wear again! Inserts do not help

The tan version of these pumps were difficult to keep clean, and the edges rolled out along the front opening, making them look sloppy. After less than half a year, there's nothing left to do but toss them. Expensive mistake.
