I'm on my third pair, love the fit and it's very comfortable. Unfortunately the material does not last very long; each one of them broke/ripped on the edge of the leather where the shoe bends and the middle part of the sole lifts off. But again they are very comfortable and look beautiful, so I keep having to buy them again!

Great shoe but runs a little big...I think it is because your foot is at a high slant and your foot slides down. I wish I would have bought a 1\/2 size smaller. Overall no complaints. Comfortable and a stylish shoe to go with everything.

Great shoe, only complaint is that even though it felt true to size, since it's got a high heel, my feet slide forward a little when I'm walking around causing a small gap near the heel.

Relatively comfortable for a high heeled shoe. Be careful though if your feet tend to sweat because the material is suede and will show sweat stains.

These shoes look great and are not necessarily uncomfortable, however the heel is very tall. If you are someone that has no trouble with a taller heel you will be fine. I had to place a pad at the ball of my foot to make them more wearable. Overall, very cute and very tall.

These shoes are super comfortable with a little extra padding in them to keep your feet feeling free and they look great! I ordered a wrong size and turns out I thought my foot is bigger than it actually is but that was no problem with Joe from Zappos.com customer loyalty group who fixed me right up with the right size. These shoes are very very cute! However, I did need to buy heel grips since the heels were too wide. And, I'm not going to pretend these are super comfortable heels. They aren't painful, but I definitely wouldn't want to spend all day walking/standing around in them.

Well first off, these shoes are beautiful. I had no problem walking in them all day without even breaking them in, they are amazingly comfortable and classic with their almond shaped toe. But be warned, once you do end up breaking them in, you will wish you had gone down yet another half size! They are simply too big for me now. I am between a 6.5 and 7 and always struggle to decide which will fit me better, but I really wish I had gone with the 6. I had no time to exchange (I needed them for a communion), but if I had I would have done it in a second. My only other issue is that they get super dirty (I guess that's to be expected with nude-tone shoes) and they're really hard to clean.

These are the highest heels I have ever worn. The platform helps a little, but they still hurt my ankles when I walk longer distances. They do have a nice snug fit, good arch support and a comfortable toe area, but be prepared for a very high heel.

I love these shoes! They don't make as loud clicky-clack noises on hard floors as some other heels do, and they definitely are easier to walk in than other heels of this height. They look sexy and beautiful. My one issue is that they're not as comfortable as I kind of expected them to be, from reading the other reviews. I can wear them to work where I'm up and about sporadically, but I certainly couldn't walk around all day in them, but I think that my feet may be a little wide so that might be the reason for the discomfort.

These are very cute pumps. The heel is quite higher than I'm used to, but I'm trying to step it up! Despite the height, they seem relatively "comfortable" (as comfortable as a four-inch heel can be) and supportive. The heel is sturdy, and the platform makes the shoe more manageable - while also giving that rock star edge.

Stylish shoe. Looks great. Feels good (for a heel). Had been searching for this shoe, and when I found it, Zappos was the only site I trusted to make the purchase.

I love how these shoes look. The platform makes the high heels a little easier to walk in. They are a little bit uncomfortable right now but I think they just need to be broken in.

Great looking shoe! If you tend to have a wider foot, these run narrow so I would recommend getting the W. Probably not a shoe you can wear all day long, but definitely a classic pump that is very versatile.

The description indicates that these heels are 3 1/2", but after receiving them I measured, they are actually between 4 - 4 1/2"! Higher than I expected. I still love the shoe. Just wish it was 1/2" shorter because of my height.

Great shoe. Very classic, but with a contemporary flair because of the platform. They fit well. The leather is good quality. The heel is very high but the platform makes it more comfortable, kind of like adding a little padding at the ball of the foot. Beautiful with a suit or dress professionally, but really sexy with a pair of tight ankle jeans or leggings too... and the price does not "break the bank".

These look great, but the sizing is weird on my feet. The toe area is small, so I have to work to get the toes in with bare feet, but they are longer in the heel then I expected. Unfortunately I didn't find out my heel would continually pop out until I'd already left the house. I'm going to try to find a heel cushion to make the heel tighter. I don't think my toes would fit into a half size smaller, and I already have a narrow foot. I don't know if they're uncomfortable just because the heel issue is changing my gait, but so far they make my feet scream. Too bad, because as I said, they look fantastic.

I don’t wear high heels very often because I’m a size 5.5, so a little bit of heel goes a long way as far as putting pressure on the ball of my foot. But I needed a nice pair of pumps and really fell in love with the style when I saw these. I purchased Insolia insoles and some non-slip pads for the ball and heel, and these definitely seem to be doable even for a high heel rookie like me. They are a bit narrow, but the vamp is not terribly cramped. They seem relatively true to size, but with such a severe angle on such a small shoe in my case, my foot does slide forward in them and the heel becomes loose. Overall, though, I think they are very attractive and relatively comfortable given how high they are.

Great heel for the price. I have always had quality issues with Nine West...the leather on these shoes is NOT the nicest-ie discolored, not very smooth. However, I will still keep them as I have not found any taupe colored heel that looks as good.

I love the shape and silhouette of this shoe! It’s a great standard black pump. If you are between sizes, choose the size up. They are a bit snug in the toe.

I just love these shoes! In fact I bought them in both black and blue. They are beautiful, classy, sexy and feminine. However, they are very high and I do find them somewhat difficult to walk in, especially if I have to get up to walk to a podium to do a presentation. However, the look is worth the effort! I have found that inserting foot petals and heel pads across the back help anchor the foot so it does not slide and I would recommend it. A lovely shoe that will go with a dress, slacks, a suit, or jeans!

These are great looking shoes. They are very narrow in the toe area, so I had to order a half size bigger than I would normally for a pump. In doing so, they are just a little big and slip slightly if I am wearing tights or hose. I just purchased a heal cushion and added it to help. If I wear them without tights or hose, they are just fine. They are very tall heals, so they do begin to hurt the ball of your foot after several hours of walking around or standing.

I thought these were the perfect shoe. They look and fit great. I purchased them about a year ago and have worn them about 3 times (I own lots of shoes.) Anyway, today I noticed as I'm wearing them that the platform cracked across the bottom of the shoe. At first I thought it was a scratch but then I noticed it cracked all the way across and on both shoes!!! Today was the third time I wore them. Very disappointed.
