I have a wide foot and ordered this in a wide. I could not get them on...way too tight. They are going back.

Ouch! These shoes were cute and reasonably priced, but after walking around the room, I knew they had to go back.

Ouch...returned! I am usually a 5 1/2 or 6 in NW and I ordered a 6. The material is stiff. I could barely shove my foot in the shoe. I immediately put these back in the box to return.

I found these shoes to be made very cheap. The soles are falling off after only a month of use. They are a nice looking shoe, but I would not recommend them.

This shoe is horribly uncomfortable. Purchased in a size 5 medium. I am returning without a second thought. Torture. It is wide in the heel and narrow in the toe. Thanks to Zappos for making both purchasing and returns so painless even if Nine West is not!

Everyone else said this ran big...no! I ordered a half size less than I usually wear and couldn't put it on. I love the look and am returning, but what a bummer.

Very cheaply made. Glued parts separated and inside tore within a couple of weeks. A real disappointment with respect to quality.

I would not recommend these shoes! I am a 'shoe girl' and have various heel heights and styles. I bought these shoes and they felt OK on the carpet, but when I wore them for my holiday party, they hurt so badly that I had to stand in my stocking feet. I had already tried a heel insert, which did not help. These shoes are not flexible at all, and it seemed like they grew a half a size in the short time I had them on. I was very unsatisfied with these shoes and would not recommend them. But kudos to Zappos, because as usual, fantastic customer service that keeps me coming back year after year. Thank you Zappos!

This shoe is quite lovely, but the seam and lining seems to tear away. I've ordered two pair and am in the process of sending back the second pair for a refund.

These shoes look great on the screen, but when I received them the leather was very dry and cracked. They looked like they were 10 years old. Size ran about a half size too large.

I wore these shoes twice and on the second day I noticed the top inner leather tore and was hanging out of the shoe. Very disappointing!

I'm so sorry I bought these shoes...more money down the drain! Great looking shoe but not properly made for human feet. They are not true to size - so large it falls off your feet while you walk, yet squeezing your toes like crazy because the ill-design plunges the feet forward. Insoles don't help! This is the last time I buy Nine West online. Tired of wasting my money!

These shoe are nice but as usual, Zappos has quoted these as lower than they actually are. They seem to run big as well. I wear 8 but should have ordered a half size smaller for a proper fit. Buying online is too difficult. Most of the time it's a miss rather than a hit.

I absolutely loved these shoes at first sight on the web, but ended up sending them back due to the strong discolorations along the toe and vamp - they looked filthy! I wouldn't be seen in them. Also heels are 4 1/2"(I measured) not the 3 1/2" mentioned in the description - made me well over 6 ' tall! Too bad, really cute...
