Though a very good looking shoe, its not one to wear every day. I am used to wearing heels, so this is somewhat disappointing. I did buy the foot petals to "fill in" the back of the shoe because of sizing. I tried a 1/2 size smaller and the shoe hurt my toes. I went with the size that fit best to find my heel slipped out the back. Out of 10, I'd give this shoe a 5 1/2 mostly for its looks.

I loved this way this shoe looked online, but it unfortunately wasn't my taste when I actually received it. I was looking for a nice looking, simple black pump for work. I'm in my twenties, and I thought this would do the trick. I tried it on with several outfits, and it looked cheap with every single one.

When I saw these in person, I thought they were perfect. When I tried them on, I was disappointed. The sole is really stiff, so the heel slips off, and the toe box is cramped, so after walking around my house for just a minute, my little toe was numb. They have to go back.

These are almost impossible to walk in. And I know how to walk in heels. The platform is bigger than it appears and the toes point up making for an unbalanced walk.

Too narrow in the front. Runs small overall. Having a small feet (size 6 or lower) will end up with toes being squeezed in the front.

I am very disappointed with this shoe. It is VERY comfortable and nice looking. But after wearing it one day to work (walking on tile floors and with no bad weather) and already the finish is scuffed/fading. It is as if the color was put on the leather, but not "set" in place. Day two I had to use navy shoe polish to touch up the spots and after the second day- I wore the shoes for two hours to church- and now I have to polish the whole shoe. DO NOT BUY unless you want to polish each time you wear them. Too bad- they are really pretty and comfortable- runs really big too- order a full size up.

This shoe was fairly comfortable, but it seemed a little too bulky on my feet. Super cute, but I'm sending it back.

Heel is really 4.5 inches. Very high. Order a size smaller. Toe bed is very small and tight -- length is very long. I was very disappointed.

I was so disappointed with this shoe -- the color (taupe) was way off from the picture, much darker for real. I was looking for something nude-ish, this was brown-ish. Also, the heel looks cheap and painted on, nothing even close to a wood stack.

I really love these shoes and they are gorgeous, although they do appear darker and more brown in the picture. They are lighter with gray tones. It fits true to size, but I am upset that within the first few time I wore them, the cork-like heel cover scratched off to reveal a white plastic material underneath. There is really no way to fix this. I was persistent about getting a good quality shoe, so I paid more than I normally do this time. I wish this shoe was able to take more wear and tear since they were meant for work and going out. Unfortunately, they are pretty much ruined unless I wear long pants to cover them which defeats the initial purpose.

Good looking shoes, but didn't fit right for me. The toe was really tight. Even though they seemed to be the right length, my heel slides terribly. Had to return them.

I ordered 5 different platform pumps to make sure I got the most comfortable, yet sexy shoes: Calvin Klein Onyx - The winner. Comfortable, sexy and stayed on my heels. Nine West Rocha - The worst of the five. The heel would slip off the heels. BCBGirls Tina - These were the runner up. The footbed wasn't as cush as the Calvin's and my feet are a bit wider than normal and so my feet fit a teensy bit snug. Franco Sarto Luxe - I can't remember what exactly I didn't like about these shoes, I just know I didn't like them. Anne Klein Wystere - Same problem as the Nine West, heel kept slipping off. Funny, it seems like the higher the heels, the better the shoe stays on the heel.

This is my first day wearing these shoes and they are not comfortable. They are sliding off the back and giving me a blister on the back left of my ankle. They look cute, but not worth the pain. Back to shopping for granny shoes!

The style of this shoe is great. They look terrific on. Nice and high with a slightly rounded toe. I ordered the nude color. Normally I range from a size 6 1/2 to a 7 but I normally wear a size 7 in a Nine West heel. Not this time, the 7 was huge. The 6 1/2 was much better. One thing to know is that the nude leather has that quality where if you touch it, the oils from your hands kind of change the color. As long as you don't mind that detail, these shoes are great.

I was disappointed when I received the shoes. The leather has a worn, distressed look that I was not pleased with. I kept them to wear with jeans but cannot wear them with a suit.

I ordered the Light Gray Leather, which is actually a nice neutral (closer to beige than gray). I really wish these worked out because they look great. I ordered a half size down like everyone said, but the shoes were still too big. It was both too tight in the toe box and too long, so my heels slipped right out the back while walking. Although it's marked Medium, these are definitely made for women with narrow feet.

If you wear a size 5 don't bother getting these. They run large and they don't make them in a 4.5. They are super cute and I wanted so badly for them to work but not even with double shoe inserts did they fit. My heel slipped right out the back. Very sad. Had to return. Thank you Zappos for easy, free returns. I ended up going with the Type Z Darla pump and those were perfect. I give it a star for style and a star for service.

I tried these on at a department store and was disappointed in the quality. There were gaps all around the edge of the top where it meets the sole. Too bad, because they are cute and comfortable.

These heels look great - but no matter what I do they absolutely kill my feet. Do I still wear them? Yes, but only to all-day meetings where I only have to get up for breaks, and that's it. I have inserts for them made of every material known to man, and nothing works. This is my second pair, the other pair I have are bone colored Nine West same style, and they are the same, so I went up a size in this pair thinking that would help, and it didn't.

I was looking for a nude shoe that I could wear with anything. Sadly, this is not the shoe. The color is not at all as it appeared in the photo. It is more like a muddy brown color, not at all like the nude I wanted. Also, one of the shoes I received had a rather long scuff on the front, near the toe. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this shoe and am returning it.

Very disappointed. The brand runs large and especially in the heel - and is was no exception. I walked right out of it.

I have been wearing Nine West shoes more than any other brand for years and years. It is my go to brand. I have never owned a Nine West shoe that was uncomfortable until this one. For me, these shoes are actually not even wearable. I have had them for a year and have finally decided to get rid of them. I am used to wearing high heels so it isn't the height, it just seems to be something odd in the construction of this shoe. The look of them is just perfect though. It is so unfortunate that they don't wear well.

What's up with the cheap, plain boxes? I love to store my shoes in their boxes by brand. These cheap boxes I have been getting lately are horrible. Now on to the real issue. I ordered the Yellow Croc and to my surprise recieved an "open toe" yellow croc shoe.It's not what I ordered. I love them, but don't like doing open toe in the winter. Will probably send them back, although I love Nine West brand shoes.
