Pretty shoe but had to send them back. The sides of the shoe felt very "short" and my foot didn't feel snug or secure in the shoe. Height was good, not too high, but back they go.

I will be returning this shoe. The suede has come apart from the threading of the shoe inside of right shoe. I love the shoe and will be asking for a replacement.

I thought the shoe looked great and it fit comfortably. The problem was, it was described as having a 3.5" heel but when the shoe arrived, I realized it was actually 4". The half inch made it uncomfortably high for me.

Loved the look of the shoe but as soon as I took a step, my heel came out of the shoe. I ordered a 7med. which I usually wear. Maybe a 6.5wide would have worked but I just returned the shoes.

I ordered my correct size and they just slipped off when I wore them, so I will be sending them back and will not reorder due to the really high heel height.

These shoes are really beautiful, and I was sad to have to return them, but they just aren't going to work. Like a few other reviewers, I found that they were both tight in the toe box and slipped off the back of my heel. Maybe that means I should try a smaller but wider size than normal, but I feel like the shoes are just not balanced well. I am pretty comfortable in heels, but these feel higher than 3.5". Try getting these a size down, and if you have a narrow foot maybe they will work for you.

Great looking shoe! Unfortunately, it is too uncomfortable to wear all day. I typically wear 3" heels to work without issue. But this shoe has a very inflexible sole and an extra half-inch of height which pushed me to my breaking point. Will still keep for special occasions where I can stand to be in a bit of pain and don't need to do much walking. Am still hoping they may break in a bit over time.

Surprisingly comfortable, even with the wooden sole. It's not that visible in the photo, but the leather is slightly-weathered around the edges to give the shoe a vintage 70s look.

So cute, but so painful! These shoe did not work out for me at all. They are very narrow. I normally wear a 5.5 and I couldn't even get my foot in it. I thought a 6 would be better, but it is still very narrow. They are not very comfortable either.

Material is suede-like and from my past expierence with other Nine West shoes made of the same material they will easily show wear (scuffing, scratches, etc). The heel felt high, even considering the mini platform.

I loved these shoes when I got them (although, for me they were a bit snug because of my wide foot and had to go up the half size). Cute shape, beautiful shoe, especially for my short frame. Unfortunately, the leather is so soft that after one wear the heels already have scrapes through the leather revealing the gray core underneath. I've had to take a black sharpie marker to this shoe every time before wearing to 'fill in the holes.' I'm afraid they aren't going to last long. Other than that, they are cute and comfortable for a heel this tall.

This shoe runs about a 1/2 size large (at the the one that was sent to me did). Despite that, it was a nice shoe, but just be aware that the heel is very high.

These shoes are gorgeous, but they didn't fit me well. I usually wear a size 9 and these kept sliding off my heel (even with heel grips). I then tried for the 8 1/2, but they were too tight in the toe area and still managed to slide off my heels. Too bad, I had to return them 2 times. I really wanted to make these work because they're really nice.

These shoes are beautiful and I was very excited to see they were available in size 5 - but, for those tiny-footed friends of mine out there, the 5s are too big and feel more like a 5.5. I was very sad to have to send them back, but I would recommend to anyone else to order a half-size down (I had no lower to go)!

It's a very cute show, however, the problem I had (and I have with lots of shoes like this) is that I have wide feet and even if I didn't, the "normal" size seems much too thin. While technically they offer a "wide" size, for someone like me, who is by measurement somewhere an average of a 6 wide, it seems impossible to find it. it feels like the same type of thing as going into a store to find a pair of pants in 8 short or even 8 regular and finding 50 pairs of pants, the majority od which are a size 0 or size 2. I odered a 6 and a & regular in these and they didn't have any wide in anything close to my size and even the 7 was really tight and narrow. While sometimes the width increases with the size in this case I wouldn't be surprised if even an 8 would still squeeze my toes even though I'd have an inch between my heel and the back. It's just frustrating. I would've really liked these shoes otherwise.

Disappointed in the shoe. The shape is hot, but the material makes the shoes look a little cheap. I got these in blue and the color isn't as pretty in person as it is in the picture. Returning them.

These shoes look beautiful but I will have to return them. They are too uncomfortable or maybe my feet are not right for them. To be fair, there are few shoes that fit me. Excellent service as always from Zappos.

I normally wear 8.5 and usually have to size down to 8 in Nine West shoes. I ordered these in the 8, and I was still stepping out of them! I tried on a 7.5 in a store to check sizing, but the back of the heel still gapped. The heel height on this shoe is also a bit high, even with the .5" platform. I usually stick to a 3" heel and deviated for a nice closed toe, but I think with the platform it is not quite as conservative as I normally like. If you're like me and always looking for a comfy stylish work heels, I definitely recommend NW Austin!! I have several pairs and will keep ordering.

Uncomfortable, as the great majority of high heeled pumps on the market are. Come on guys let's try a little harder to make comfortable shoes for women. And come on women! Lets start insisting that the shoe manufacturers spend some of the millions of dollars they make from us on designing a high heeled pump that doesn't kill your feet (but also looks great). It really can be done.

I think these heels are beautiful! However, they are going back because, "Wow" are they narrow! I'm surprised I'm the only one that seem to think so in these reviews. Maybe I just truly do have a wide forefoot. Anyway, I'm so disappointed.

While these shoes look fantastic, they wear out VERY quickly. The leather is very thin and will scuff and tear within days of normal/light use. I had to start using a sharpie to cover the scuffs on the back heels within the first couple days. Now, only a few months later, I will have to replace them entirely, because the leather has now worn away at the front as well as on the top edges where my foot slides in. The elastic/thread that runs along the upper seam is now visible, which is EXTREMELY unattractive. I have never seen a show wear away like this on this part of the shoe. The soles are also starting to separate from the shoe at the toe. I wear these to work, but only put them on when I actually get to work, so they are mainly worn indoors. Unacceptable! Do not waste your money on these shoes, as the cheap workmanship and quality of materials will become evident very quickly. I do not plan on buying Nine West shoes again after this experience.

Beautiful shoes, but the most uncomfortable heels I've had on my feet in a long time. They come up on the sides too far and rub on your foot. They are also extremely stiff. Very pretty, however...if you don't have to stand up.

Just received the heels today. They are very scuffed and had dust on them. The other pair, same style and another color, were perfect.
