Love the look, but unfortunately my heel slipped, even with the heel inserts and toe inserts. I was so bummed because these shoes were the exact look I was wanting. But, as usual, Zappos' excellent customer service helped me find a shoe that would work for me!

I bought the red suede, for some reason maybe because the review says felt bigger than marked size. Instead of my normal size 6.5 I ordered 6 which turned out to be too small, so I had to refund. I'd have to say that the real shoes looked a little darker than the picture.

I bought these shoes to wear to my residency interviews, which required me to travel all over the US in a short period of time. I wore these shoes almost every day, and often for over eight hours a day (where I was walking/standing most of the time). I really was surprised at how comfortable they are (aka how long it took my feet to start hurting). I think it is because the heel is sturdier than many shoes of that height. They look great, with a really cute shape of the toebox. I would definitely recommend these. They certainly exceeded my expectations. The only downside I noticed is that the lower area of the heel seemed to nick easily.

Very attractive, comfortable shoe. I recommend ordering 1 size up (i.e. if you're 7 1/2, get the 8). The shoe is a little short and narrow in the toe box, so I think the size up makes a difference.

I don't usually like wearing heels but these are a dream to wear. Easier to walk in than other heels I've owned too. Sized down a half size which usually happens for me with Nine West. Thanks Zappos!

This shoe is fabulous! (I ordered it in natural.) I purchased my regular size. The toe box fits nicely, but it is too big in the heel. I tried a heel gripper pad, but that wasn't enough to hold my heel. I can make it work with a toe pad, but that's a lot of "adjusting." I've ordered a half size smaller and am hoping it won't be too small in the toe. I really want this shoe!

I typically wear a size 7 in non-heel shoes, and a 6.5 in heels. I agree with other reviewers saying to buy a half size down. I did and they fit perfectly. I bought them in the "Light Grey Leather" color which looks like a nude in the picture, because they are but that's what I wanted. They're fairly comfortable to wear out (although I wouldn't advise a lengthy wear unless you've got heel-ready feet). They look great on!

I ordered these shoes in a W width since most Nine West shoes are too narrow for me and they fit very comfortably. However, my heel slips out of the back, but I think if I ordered down my toes would be crushed. I should also add that I ordered the taupe leather and on my computer it looks like a warm beige but actually is more of a true taupe with gray undertones. I still plan on keeping them, though, since I can never find pumps that aren't squeezing my toes.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are more of a burgundy color than a dark red. But they are pretty comfortable and really cute. They are the perfect height for the office or for wearing out at night.

These are great neutral colored shoes! They are nice for work or for dressing up in a pair of jeans and they are comfortable. And as always Zappos is great as these arrived much earlier than anticipated!

Beautiful shoe. Fits well, a little high for a woman of my age, 64, but I love it. I normally wear a size 7 but I wore a 6 1/2 in this shoe.

I bought this shoe in a bunch of colors, it's so stylish, heel is great, platform perfect height, BUT it’s not the most comfortable shoe. I'm willing to sacrifice style for comfort so I added the heel grippers and a cushion.

Nice shoe but does run 1/2 size too large. Normally wear an 8 and it fell off the heel. I also needed to stretch the toe box as it is too narrow for a M width.

Beautiful shoe! I agree with the other reviewers that this shoe does run big. It is half a size too big. I normally wear a 7 but ordered a 6.5 after reading the reviews and it fit perfectly! It looks better as the leather wears out too!

They feel and look great. I like the patent platform and heel, which adds a bit of shine. The color is much darker than what appears on the site, however. It is more brick red than ruby red.

I love these shoes! They are so sexy yet for the height I think they are fairly comfortable. The quality is okay. They don't seem like shoes that will last forever; the leather seems like it may crack where your foot bends but I adore them anyway. I will be back for more colors.

These heels are higher than I thought they would be. I know the measurements are given, I should have been more careful to see exactly how tall they are. That being said, they look great and are really comfortable for how high they are. They are a little hard for me to walk in, but for someone used to high shoes these would be a great pick. They seem pretty sturdy, too.

These shoes are beautiful, and for high heels surprisingly comfortable. I did feel that they were actually a half size too big, so they tend to slip off my feet a bit. I added inserts to the balls of my feet, and that helped the size issue a lot. I get compliments on these every time I wear them.

Looking for a platform shoe that comes in an array of colors that includes the basics and all essential nude colors for fall or spring? You have come to the right shoe. With all the style of the expensive shoes, and a slightly lower heel and nifty platform that makes it more comfortable, this is the one to buy if you are on a budget. I have it in black and the tan. Do not buy the light gray as it is so light that you might mistake it for another color and will get dirty easily. Another online vendor calls "Porcini"...that's supposed to be mushroom brown -- it's not. It's grey. I came to Zappos to get the color I wanted and this one is amazing.

I love the color of these shoes, a neutral color for summer and fall. Looks good with summer whites as well as other colors.

Beautiful shoe. Not as shiny as pictured, though. It is comfortable because of the rounded-toe. Heavy shoe. If you plan on wearing hosiery, shoe tends to slip out from the heel a bit. I bought one in black as well.

I love Nine West shoes. In fact, come to think of it, all my "nice" shoes are from Nine West! This shoe is great overall. It's a little steep for the size of my foot but I knew that going in. I've found that Nine West shoes are always a little bigger than the size they say. I'm usually a 5 1/2 but I always order a 5, and these were still a little big and I couldn't walk in them without the heel slipping off my foot every time I took a step. But I bought those gel insert things for the heel and the sole and now they are a perfect fit. Now I feel super sexy in them!

I always drop a 1/2 size when I order Nine West. These were no exception. They look great and the heel is in the right place to avoid back pain - at least for me. If you need a black shoe that's up to date without overdoing it, this is great.

Super sexy, good-looking shoe. Unfortunately, it\'s on the way back because it ran small. I wear a 7 and could barely squeeze my foot into it. Have reordered in 7.5. I rated the comfort with 3 stars because of the fit. May change if I receive a pair that fits.

I received these shoes today and they look great; however, my heels slip out of the back of the shoe. I am a solid 7.5 size unless the shoe runs small and I wear an 8. I ordered a 7.5 and can not keep these on the back of my foot. The front of the shoe is very low cut which doesn't allow enough "grip" on the top of the foot to keep the heel on. I am going to buy the heel pads as another reviewer suggested to see if this will work. Quality of the shoe is great and heel high is very sexy, just hope they are comfortable for work as others suggest.
