The shoe is great looking. Once you get it on the foot its wearable. It's very stiff and hard to slip on. If I was the designer of this shoe- I would have softened the leather and maybe made a sling back so it would be easier to get on and off. It's a good color so I will suffer thru with the "not as comfortable" as it could be.

I got this shoe in a 6.5 and a 7. It looks gorgeous and its color (I got blue) was very like the color on the website (on my computer, anyway). The only issue is the fit, which is a little funny. I have very long toes, but even for me the sole from the tip of the toe to the base of the toe was too long and the sole from the heel to the base of the toe was too short. I honestly don't know who this shoe was made for. Also, I have flat feet, and the shoe, which is very stiff and unyielding, distributes my weight on the base of my big toes, which I know is going to be a killer later. However, this won't stop me from wearing these shoes in my wedding, as you just can't beat the look and the price. Maybe I'll get some cute wedding rainbows as a safety.

Rocha, Light Natural Color -
I've been looking for a good neutral/tan colored pump and thought this one might fit the bill. Sad to say I'm returning them. Maybe this shoe would be better in a different color, but the Light Natural color has a plastic heel and platform that is a lighter color that makes the shoe look cheap. Typically I love Nine West shoes (and I will be keeping the Nine West Barb shoes), but these are going back. Also, the heel on this is definitely higher than 3.5" - it's at least 4" with the platform.

I bought this shoe in the dark pink. I usually wear a 4 (or 5 in a platform) so I ordered the 5. It is a little tight in the toe area so you will want to go a little larger for comfort. I just put heel pads in the back to keep from slipping. It is really pretty, so I will be keeping it.

Love these shoes, but they wore out so quickly! They looked completely unprofessional after a month, and I couldn't wear them to work anymore. I am not tough on my shoes either.

Ouch. These shoes are cute, but higher than 3 1/2 inches for sure (more like 4 1/2) so they're not really work appropriate. They're also really uncomfortable. The front is heavy due to the platform, and the toe box is really narrow.

I bought the black patent leather version of this shoe. It is very uncomfortable, it runs big. My feet were screaming within an hour. I wore them outside so I'm stuck with them. Wouldn't buy again.

These are gorgeous shoes, but the heels are way too high, at least for me. The maximum heel on my shoes is 3". I could no do any amount of walking or dancing in them. Also, they tend to slip off my heel. So, back they go.

Absolutely beautiful shoe! I wanted to keep it, but as other reviews stated, the back of the shoe did not contour in at the top which allowed the shoe to flop off when I walked.

I tried on the shoe and immediately knew I wasn't going to keep this pair -- the shoe itself is incredibly narrow for a medium-width foot, and the platform renders the bottom so stiff as to be uncomfortable. Unfortunately sending these back.

They are discolored. My friend first bought a pair and was raving about them. I thought they looked super cute online, but when I went to her house I was shocked at how discolored they were. I thought it might just be that pair, but when I ordered mine they were the same way. By discolored, I mean the color is not even. It is very noticeable. I showed some of my friends and they couldn't believe I was sold a pair of shoes like that. I have the black ones and love them. Just not so happy with the color of this pair!

These shoes are very, very cute, but what everyone says about them is true. I have a narrow foot and the toes of the shoes are extremely narrow. The shoes are fine if you’re not going to be walking around a lot. When I was just walking around the house they seemed fine, but as soon as I actually wore them out, they were painful.

This shoe looks great, but it fits very tight in the toe box. I am on my second try having them stretched at the shoe repair. Because I had to have them stretched in the toe - I have average width feet - now they slip off my heel so I need heel pads. I wish I hadn’t bought these shoes!

The shoe is very pretty. The leather is supple and the color goes with anything. However, sizing is not correct: the 7 was to large and I cannot walk in them. I wore them to work but (thankfully) I had a pair of flats I could substitute. They are not wearable.

This is the most painful shoe I've ever worn. No amount of padding (ball of foot or heel) will help. And the sizing is way off. Don't waste your money.

These are pretty shoes, but the pair that I was sent had obviously been worn before. There were scuff marks all over both shoes. They actually looked like someone had worn them a lot, or for a wild night out! Either these shoes scuff very easily, or Zappos needs a better screen for returned merchandise. I was really disappointed, because I needed them this week and now I do not have them.

Given the reviews for this shoe, I expected a decent quality, comfy shoe. Unfortunately, I found this shoe to be very cheaply made and very uncomfortable. The material is very thin and feels like it would start cracking/peeling within a week of wear. Very disappointed given how many 5 star reviews there are.

I am stunned that Nine West is still making these ill-made, uncomfortable shoes and that people are still buying them! These shoes are unbalanced, tight in the toes and flops off your feet in the back and dry rots easily because the leather used is very cheap. Not recommended at all!

I've never been so disappointed in a Nine West shoe. I wore these shoes for a few hours in the morning inside, and never even wore them outside, and they are so beat up! The platform is all scuffed, the leather looks old, the sole is detaching from the shoe, and they are only five months old! I can't believe how awful the quality is. The fit and style are great, but these aren't worth the money at all.

These shoes are gorgeous, sexy, and comfortable...and they will break your heart when they fall apart after a handful of wears. I bought two pairs and both had the inside band that goes around the opening come undone. I took them to the two best shoe repair shops in the city, and both told me there was nothing to be done. I had two beautiful pairs of bad shoes! So sad!

I love these shoes. I was a little worried about the size because I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I bought them in size 8 and while they are a little snug, they are so comfortable and flexible, it doesn't even matter. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a cute, casual, comfortable shoe.

Great court shoes. I wanted a pair of classy black pumps and these were perfect.
I would say they are a bit narrow in the toe, but I have wide-ish feet so I assume they are just right for most "regular" feet.

We all need a standard pair of black pumps that can transition and these shoes fit that bill! The size is true and because the heel isn't impossibly high you can wear them all day. Plus they look great!

This is a gorgeous and sexy shoe. Only problem is the fit. My regular size (6.5) fit like the proverbial glove - almost too tight for comfort. I ordered a size 7 to see if that was any better. The 7 felt more comfortable in the toe box, but was too long - my heel slipped out with every step. I decided to go with the tighter ones and suffer a bit for the sake of sex appeal. I also think the shoe is a bit narrower than most. I have very narrow feet and the left shoe still rubs a bit at the top of my arch. I'm going to try to stretch it a little. Still think it's a fabulous shoe overall. Very easy to walk in despite the height.
