Shoe is very stylish and very comfortable for size of heel. Shoe appeared to run 1/2 size larger than marked.

These shoes look great, go with everything, and surprisingly, do not hurt my feet. But they are definitely not walking shoes. They are a little difficult to walk in because of the height of the heel.

Beautiful looking show. I was thrilled that it came in a W, but when I got the 7.5, it was truly too long and falling off at the heel. Inserts didn't help. Super bummer because since I have a wide toe box, this seemed like the perfectly comfortable width at the toe--just wish there was a W 7!

Very pleased with the look of the shoe, comfort, and fit. The quality is debatable. I noticed after a week of wearing them the bottom rubber sole is coming apart of the actual shoe. I figure it's a relatively easy fix and can be re-glued at a shoe repair place. Overall happy with the shoe just wished the quality was improved.

The Taupe color is gorgeous and the height of the heel is nice. The only problem is that the shoe runs big. I'm usually a 5.5 and I got the 5 and even that one is still big! I'm using insoles but they still come off my feet. You should at least get half a size down. I'll have to try different insoles to see if I can get them to stay in and not come off.

I really like these shoes, very comfortable, but they were too narrow. I am going to order them again in a wider size. Hopefully they are perfect then!

Incredibly sexy to wear but very easy to get dirty and scuffed. A little tight and stiff to begin with but now require a heel pad to keep my feet from slipping out. Still sexy.

Lovely shoes, and the leather Taupe is the perfect neutral. They were comfortable for heels, but I learned that my limit for heels is about 2.5". I doubt I could learn to dance in these unless I wore heels for more than special occasions. If you know you like this height of heel, I recommend you go for it!

This is a good basic work shoe. While the craftsmanship is not the greatest, its decent for the price. The toe is a bit rounder than I would have liked, but it's fine. And like most 9 West shoes, they run on the larger side; I'm between an 8.5 and 9 and always take 8.5 in 9 West.

These shoes are awesome looking. They're still too narrow for me and I can't wear them for more than a few hours, but I kept them anyway because they look great.

I ordered the black fabric which was a very nice looking shoe. Very cute, nice texture; however, I had to return the shoe. I felt that it was true to size (I am a size 10), but the toe box was a little too narrow for my feet (just below the toes at the wides part of my foot). One thing to note, they are actually a 4" heel with a 1/2" platform (the specs say 3.5" heel - which isn't necessarily false taking into account .5" for the platform...but when it comes to heel height and the length of your pants, that half inch really does matter). I returned them based on the tight toe box and the overall heel height. Besides that, the shoe is great and I would have kept it if it had fit better.

I wear a small shoe size and am desperate for a good-looking closed-toe classic pump that fits me. Sadly, the Rocha runs large and I am stepping out of this shoe. What a shame - the shoe is lovely. Doesn't come smaller than a 5 though.

Love these shoes! Wore them all day at the office and didn't feel the need to take them off once. They are high enough to be sexy yet still comfortable. Yet again Nice West has won me over for office wear. Zappos as well, absolutely hands down my fav online shoe store!

Super comfortable and looks great on and runs a little wide (which was good for me). This shoe will definitely scratch a bit, it's just that kind of leather, but if you can live with the scratches you'll love the shoe.

I've been looking for a great pair of black heels to wear with everything, and these are perfect. The almond shape toe gives you a perfect look. The shoe is very comfortable. However, the toe box is a little tight; I went to my local shoe repair store and for only a few bucks they were able to stretch it out just enough. I'm usually an 8.5-9 in shoes and went with the 8.5 and it fit perfectly with a little extra wiggle room, the 9 would have been too big. These are a great buy!

These are definitely comfortable! I had to add Heavenly Heelz sticky things to keep the heel from sliding off, though.
