I agree with the other reviewers--the toe box on this shoe is a little narrow, but my feet are narrow anyways. However, it carries a lot of weight in the platform that is not counterbalanced by the heel, which makes the shoe a little awkward to walk in. The shoe itself looks great, especially with dark jeans, until you have to clunk your way through a crowd. Maybe a heel pad would help--it definitely needs something to help keep your heel in place because all the weight is in the front. Overall, I like the shoe enough to keep it, and maybe someone who does not have narrow feet and high arches like me will not have a problem with the weight distribution.

Great shoe, comfortable considering high heel - I'm very happy with these shoes. I don’t own too many high high heels because they aren’t too practical, but these got me all sorts of compliments and are pretty comfy considering. I would recommend.

Rocha - I am sad to be returning these. The toe box, as others mention, is a little tight where the pinkie toe is. I thought about ordering up a half size, but the shoe already was a tiny bit big. My feet are normal sized and toes are probably on the narrow size, except my pinkie toes! Darn!

Not true to size - I bought this shoe in pink and in my regular size (9). They are beautiful in person and would look amazing with dark jeans but I could barely get my foot into them. They are at least a 1/2 size smaller than marked and due to the height of the heel I would recommend buying a full size larger than you normally wear. Sadly, these will be returned. As always, Zappos has the BEST customer service and shipping. I don't shop for shoes anywhere else.

Great investment - These shoes are a great pump for the office that easily transition into drinks with the gals. They are high enough to wear to the club and appropriately sophisticated enough to wear next to grandma at church. The almond toe shape may prove too narrow for someone with wider feet in the area between the outer pinkie and bunion area, but were great for my narrow feet. They are exactly true to size - unlike other pumps that require a 1/2 size smaller purchasing. VERY good investment.

Love them - I had to order a half size smaller because I have narrow feet. The height that they give is great and they are easy to walk in. They are comfortable, but if you walk too much in them, your feet will start to hurt. The almond shape of the shoe can cramp your toes a little bit though. Overall, great pump that goes with everything.

This shoe fits true to size and is very comfortable. I've been looking for a pale pink/blush/nude heel and the "night natural leather" was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the finish of the leather is horrible. They looked scuffed up right out of the box. I realize this is an intended distressed look, but I wanted a more dressy heel. These would be great for jeans and casual outfits, but not the coctail dress I need them for.

Important. I ordered the Night Natural shade, the name of which is very misleading - please note that it should read Light Natural which is what it says on the actual shoebox. I've notified Zappos of this error twice, but so far, it hasn't been fixed on the site. Otherwise, I've only worn these shoes a few times, but so far I like them a lot. They're very attractive and look great with capri jeans, and are relatively comfortable, although my heels do slip out of the shoes sometimes as I walk. The style is great, but I do think they're rather poorly made - usually Nine West shoes are better quality. The wood in the stacked heel is very roughly finished - not smooth to the touch at all, and the color of the leather is very inconsistent, with lighter and darker areas, if you look at them up close. I did order several other shades (which I returned) for comparison purposes, and found the other shades (Dark Natural and Taupe) to be much worse in terms of the color inconsistency - they even had some marks where the polish had almost completely rubbed off.

These are nice shoes but they scuffed up pretty quickly. They also ran about a half size too large. In terms of looks it was exactly what I was looking for though.

I used to love Nine West shoes but in the past few years I have not loved the pairs I have bought. This shoe is very narrow and uncomfortable. I have very narrow feet so if it is this tight on my feet I feel like others would have issues wearing them. The strange thing is they are really narrow yet they feel about a 1/2 size too big in the back. I have to get inserts to keep them on my heels. I love the way they look but comfort is lacking.

Gorgeous shoe, well made. Runs big and doesn't stay on your heel. Very hard to wear.

I like the shoe but it is 3 1/2 not 4 1/2 heel. Looks good but very stiff. Have to return.

I felt ridiculous in the these they were so high. They looked good to me in the pictures and video, but way too high for me in person. Beautiful leather. I think they were also a tad tight in the width, and a tad long.

Beautiful pump but the sizing is so off. I own two pairs. Thanks to other reviews I bought the first pair 1/2 size smaller (the taupe leather). I broke the leather ones right away & they fit perfect. Second pair I bought in the nude patent leather (beautiful color) also half size smaller since my own size was way too large, shoes kept slipping off. I have to take these pair to the shoemaker since it's patent they are too tight for me to break them in so hopefully they will be able to do it for me.

Beautiful shoe! However, heel slips out (even though I was not wearing stockings), and front is tight and narrow. Will try to go for a softer leather next time...

Normally I wear a 5½, but I needed to get these in a 5. Even though they felt snug in the top, my feet still slipped out of the heels. Courtesy of heel inserts they stay on and, of course, they look cute. I just wish they were a better fit.

I wear these shoes to work. They are nice looking but my heel slips out of the shoe with every single step. I had to stop wearing them. I also bought the beige and the same thing happened, so I believe this style shoe does not fit properly. If I had not worn them, I would send them back. I am disappointed because I have 2 pairs of shoes that are no good to me.

The natural had a pink tint in certain lights in my home, so I am returning. I want a true nude without any pink hues. Asked a friend with good color sense and she agreed! Other than that I followed others in terms of sizing 1/2 size down and they were right. I'm usually an 8 & the 7.5 fit.

Unfortunately, these shoes are falling apart. The sole is peeling apart from tip of the toe on both shoes. The black color covering the platform at the base is also peeling--from the top down. So sad. They are comfortable! But I did not wear these to the point of them deteriorating. So tough.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but sadly I had the same problem with the heel slipping. It's not so much a problem if I'm not wearing hose, but they're impossible to wear with hose. Plus, I ordered a wide width and they are still a little tight. Needless to say, if I wear them at all, it's only for a few hours.

The color/material of this shoe did nit translate well in the picture. I'm not completely satisfied with the color, but it is still a good neutral for spring or summer, but definitely not a fall or winter color.

I love the style but sadly not the fit. My usual 7 was too large and the shoes slipped from the back of my foot with every step. So I ordered a 6.5. Less slippage but still enough to prevent me from walking normally. I bought the heel inserts hoping it would help but it only made the shoes too tight. I would return them if I could but I can't get the heel inserts off. So sad, because the shoes look fabulous and Nine West usually is perfect for me.

What a beautiful shoe! Unfortunately, they squished my toes. Might try larger size.

These are cute shoes. However, they were uncomfortable to wear all day at work.
