I've worn mocs for years, and was relieved to return to them after fruitless tries at winter boots from other sources. Had to order 2 sizes to determine which would fit best, since when i started with serious sneakers a year ago, my foot had grown in size, I was told. Sure enough, I kept the pair matching my sneaker size -- at least when I wear thick sox under them.

I have purchased many pairs of these shoes over the past 22 years. They are great for winter use...warm, with sturdy rubber soles and a good casual look.

This is probably an awesome show. Seems well made. Unfortunately, the size 9 is too long and wide for me. Couldn't keep them on while walking. I have another similar Merrell which is 8.5 from 20 years ago, which has since felt too short. Perhaps I will order this in 8.5.

This is the third pair of this shoe that I've bought. I have loved them for their combination of comfort, support and sturdiness. The last pair I bought felt a little smaller (in length) than the previous pair, so I upsized by 1/2 size with this purchase. Problem solved. They are great for wearing around the house, general casual wear, and when they start to look raggedy (after several years) they get relegated to the garden where they are more comfortable and supportive than any of the gardening shoes I own.

Fit was better than expected. I wear a 6 W but usually order a 6.5 W in sneakers and boots for a little extra room. These fit nicely, I was pleasantly surprised by the arch support. I have a very high arch and benefit from that type of feature. The color was a beautiful deep black, and the sole is very sturdy. I would definitely wear these for a long walk, not sure about hiking though as there is no ankle support, although the soles could *easily* handle rough terrain.

I had to order a half size larger, and wide instead of medium due to a foot injury. These were perfect for my needs. They gave me just enough clearance at the top of my toe and the top of my foot, without being too big to wear on my other foot.I have nerve damage, and I'm unable to wear any of my regular size shoes.

They fit true to size and are comfortable. Suede material may need extra waterproofing to protect it.

Good fit

These arrived with a pair of very used Dr Scholls inserts. Obviously used. Didn't care to even try them on.

I ordered these to replace a pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs (also gunsmoke color) that are 5 years old and showing their wear. The shoes I received were grey, not chocolate brown as shown on the box and website. I would have kept them, but I already have a grey pair.

Great casual work shoes! Insole is removable which is important for those of us that use personal orthotics. These shoes are comfortable for anyone that is on their feet all day.

Super comfy

Had to return due to tight toe box. Heel fit nicely and arch support was very good. Like the look and slip on. Gunsmoke is grey not brown as some pictures suggest.

Nice looking shoes but at least a half size too large. I'm going to exchange them and hopefully have a better fit with a smaller size.

Boot seems to run 1/2 size small.

I usually wear an 8W in shoes due to my bunions. I decided to size up to an 8.5W in these Merrells so I could wear thicker socks. They fit really well, but are a little loose in the heel. I think an 8W would have been too small. They are comfortable right out of the box and don't need any breaking in. I'm thankful that wide widths are available. These are my new go to shoes rather than sneakers. Note, if you need really wide shoes these won't be wide enough. I got the gunsmoke and just love the color. It goes with everything!

Tried them on and they fit perfectly. I haven't worn them yet as they're definitely a cold weather/winter shoe and it's been warm where I live.

I am so excited about winter coming so I can wear my Jungle Mocs. They are so comfortable, great on snow and ice, and easy to slide on. I have two pairs.

There were a little small, I thought they looked like they had been worn.

My daughter has narrow heel and higher arches. She loves this Merrell Jungle Moc shoe. This is her third pair in 12 years, and they get heavy use in the cooler/colder weather. She might try on the weatherproof version that is approx. $50 more. Only suitable for under pants, though, style wise.

I am true 8M. Toe length was slightly short. Width was more like extra wide. Width was huge even with gym socks. If they fit, they would have been perfect for gardening etc.

I was hoping these would be water resistant, but according to Merrell they are not considered water repellant or water resistant as some of their other products are. They are comfortable and fit well but I need the water resistant ones.

This is my third pair and I would buy again. I like the black because I had the tan color but couldn't keep them clean. The black looks newer linger.
