I choose the 9 wide because of a bunion on my big toe. As soon as I slipped them on I knew these were the shoes for me. Can’t wait to get in some long walks and hikes. They’re also great for urban concrete.

These shoes/boots have been a treasure this winter. They are excellent for small amounts of snow (less than 4”) and slush. I haven’t slipped on ice, even a little! They keep my feet warm and dry. I recommend them.

Best shoe for winter. Easy to slip on/off and a perfect fit for my wide foot and I loved that it was waterproof. Have been wearing daily in the winter for two years and they still look new. Amazing.

These are nice shoes but my arch is too high to wear them.

Shoes are very nice but just not a good fit for my feet. Felt like every time I took a step, my heel was slipping back and forth in the shoes which made my walking unstable. I have tough feet to fit, these probably are fine for the majority of buyers, just not for me!

This shoe was a good fit, and was comfortable except for the top of the shoe. The edge dug into the top of my foot/ankle. Did not work for me.

I buy these same shoes every 2 years. LOVE them. They are great support. Feel safe in snow and ice. Excellent shoe.

Like many, I found the toe box to be far too narrow - serendipitously, I discovered the color I wanted in a men's size but not women's and low and behold men's 7 seems to fit pretty well while neither women's 8 or 8.5 is at all comfortable. Merrell's description of what they do for women's sizes affirms why this would be - narrower, higher instep, among other things (I have wide front foot and low arch)

This is my 3rd pair! I do add arch support to the shoe.

The Jungle Mocs have been my "go-to" shoes every winter. Very comfortable with good support. Excellent quality. Both the uppers and tread have held up very well for multiple years. Great through snow and slush when it's not deep enough to need boots. Easy slip on and off. Mine fit true to size. Ordered a new pair when I finally wore down the tread on my old pair and was delighted that the quality level and the fit are the same.

My toes were right against the toe of the shoe, so I think I'd like to try for extra length by getting a half size larger.

Im happy I made this purchase to replace a similar model Merrell shoe which was several years old. These look great in comparison.

Used to have the same style from Merrell many years ago which was super comfortable. They wore out and decided to get new ones. Not comfortable at all, very hard feeling when you walk. Not much cushion at all.

I was really hoping I would love thse, after reading all the great reviews. However, I'm returning them for two reasons. 1) The shoe pressed up against my right ankle bone and caused tremendous pain shooting up the side of my calf. I only tried them on for 2-3 minutes, but the pain in my ankle and up my leg lasted HOURS! 2) It's kinda hard to describe, but these felt unstable to me. Like, my feet were sitting high in the shoe, and the tread was oddly high, as well. It felt like they could tip and I would roll an ankle. I have several pairs of Merrell mules and hiking boots and I love the brand - quality and fit. But these were a big NO for me.

I've purchased Merrell Mocs for years. Too bad sizing changed.

On my third pair, great everyday shoe for dog walking, rough terrain, pavement. Only last two years, tops.

This is my favorite winter shoe. They have great traction and are warm with wooly socks. Easy to slip on is a plus

I was looking for a comfortable yet sturdy shoe that might work for travel that wasn’t an athletic shoe. The jungle moc had consistent good reviews and I think merrell shoes fit me well. These are okay..maybe they’ll be great the more I wear them. They’re a pull on shoe which is always a challenge for someone with a very high instep…and they’re very heavy, so I probably won’t be taking them for travel since I pack a single carryon for any international travel and they would take up too much space and weight. Otherwise, I like anything suede, it just has more give than leather. Like most people, one foot is slightly larger/wider than the other making the fit loose and tight at the same time. Also, not sure if the tongue will bother my instep. For everyday walking, the shoe will probably be fine…

The sizing in length and width seemed very good but the side backs dug into my ankle bone and hurt before I even tried walking in the shoe. It's being returned!

I loved the previous version of the womens Moc with the lower heal coverage. This one does not fit the same. Next I will try the mens Moc.
