I've been wearing Merrell Jungle Moc's for over 25+ years, the best shoes for me! Great arch support and I always feel that my feet are well supported, having neuropathy in my feet, these make me feel very secure when walking!

Fit is good, comfortable shoe. The problem is the color of the shoe is light, which I like, but they arrived looking worn. Faded dirty marks on several points both shoes, toe of left shoe with suede nap scrubbed up & worn looking. Like someone worked hard at removing stains. The upper has some odd looking waves or ridges. Wondering if the shoe got very wet and then dried. I'm sure any shoe I buy will not stay looking new forever, but I expect it to start out looking new.

Overall, good shoe, nice support. Just a bit too small & narrow for me.

This is a great shoe! However, this year's model has a higher sole than previous years. I did not like that disconnect to the ground for an all-around shoe for winter conditions.

I've bought 3 pairs of these in the past 5 years. They are the most comfortable walking shoes I own. I'm 63, live in NYC, no car, and can put 15-20,000 steps on these with no pain whatsoever. So why 3 stars? See my photos. The padded collar around the ankle is the achilles heel (pun intended) of these otherwise great shoes. It is made of foam covered by flimsy fabric that gives out in no time. After seeing what happened with the 1st pair, I made sure to be careful with the newer ones, using a shoehorn to minimize the friction, but as you can see, the latter two pairs are already exhibiting the same problem. I've taken them to two cobblers, both of whom said they could not fix the problem. The sad irony is that the rest of the shoe, while maybe looking a bit worn at 5 years, is still in excellent condition. Very little wear on the treads, and just some fading on the uppers. But they will have to get thrown away soon due to this one problem. Merrell, how about considering using stronger fabric on these?

Couldn't even get the shoe on because the opening was so small and tight. I've bought at least 5-6 pair of Jungle Mocs, but this one was bad. It's the same model number, same size, and same county of origin as my last pair, but it's a completely different shoe.

Ordered my usual size of 5.5 and they fit perfectly.

Just not comfortable in sole

I ideally would wear a N, but M width is usually fine in shoes without a low. Oddly these slip right off when taking a step even though I tried both my normal size and a 1/2 size down. Maybe its because of the elastic.

I've owned a pair of these in the past, as well, and they fit just as wonderfully now as the previous pair. Great quality, and the style is good. I have bunions on my bog toes and my foot is on the wide side; all they had available was the Wide width and it's perfect for me. I was worried it would be too wide but it's not. I do need to wear normal thickness socks with these; thin "no-see" socks would be too thin and the shoe would be loose on my foot.

Perfect and I have bad feet. This is the 3rd pair of this style for my morning walks.

I had this exact style years ago and loved them. I finally had to get rid of them because I wore them out. I decided to try the Jungle Moc again, but unhappily, my feet were not happy this time. The 6.5W fit well, but I found the arch too much for my feet. Both feet felt as if they had rocks directly under the arch. My feet were hurting within a minute. I have more recently been wearing a lot more zero balance shoes, so perhaps this "arch on steroids" in the Merrell Jungle Moc just isn't for me anymore. Had to return (also returned Size 7 & Size 7W - wasn't sure if I was still 6.5 or 7 in this style, but the 6.5 was a perfect fit).

This is a good quality, long lasting shoe that has good arch support. My old Jungle Mocs (10 years old) no longer fit as well because I needed a larger size. Merrell can't be beat!

The shoes had been worn before. There was mud on the sole of one of the shoes. The wrong size for a second time was sent. I’m giving up on Zappos for these shoes.

Have other Keene’s that fit fine. These don’t. Super wide with thick socks on.

Great comfortable shoes for everyday

I am normally a size 9, occasionally an 8.5. I went by the reviews that said they fit true to size, so I ordered my normal size 9, and they were too large so had to return them. I wanted to reorder in an 8.5, but I couldn't find a discount coupon for the reorder like I had used for the original order, so checked Amazon. And their price (for the 8.5) was actually less than the discounted price at Zappos. So I ordered them from Amazon, and the 8.5 fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and stay on the foot easily with plenty of top coverage. I bought them mostly for walking the dogs, especially in wet weather. I'm not sure they are completely slip proof on wet pavement, so will need to use caution. Overall, I am very happy with them.

The major problem with the fit: I need a Wide for the toe box area but not the heel area. These felt small and too narrow in the toe box but I could tell the heels would rub - I purchased these to do my cold weather outdoor walking of 2+ miles per day - unfortunately they will not work for me.

I’m normally a 6.5 and these felt like a 6. Way too tight around ankles.

I personally need a softer foot bed.

After trying a couple of other brands, settled here. Fits great at my usual size, moderate support with good traction. I had really wanted the same slide I'd been wearing for about six years, but unfortunately it was discontinued. This Merrell is a close second, happy with them!
