Ugg Ultimate Tall Braid - These boots are a perfect fit for my feet, are warm and good looking. These boots are narrower than my previous ones and have a better arch support. I bought a size 9 and usually take a size 10. Uggs are the best and Zappos had them at my door in one day! Thanks for the great service.

I love them! I have had another pair of UGGS for 4-5 years and these are similar. They are exactly as I expected. They are warm, comfortable, and quality.

Comfort, Warmth, Style - These are great boots, so great that my daughter took them from me. I tried to order another pair but they have been out of stock.

I LOVE these shoes! I wear them when I work a 32-hour shift in the hospital sometimes and my feet feel great. I get compliments on them regularly. What more is there to say?

I love these boots. They fit perfectly and have just the right heel; just over an inch and not rubber - so they click when you walk. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day. If I had any complaint it would be the sole - it is made of rubber and is a bit thin. Also, the leather is on the thin and fragile side so they can’t be worn for rugged stylin’ or they might tear or scratch. I got mine on sale. I love them, but I’m not sure they’re worth the full price, BUT they are a great design and are totally comfortable... and I’m old.

Great Service! I had ordered a different Ugg boot and the shaft was too narrow for my calf. I contacted Zappos thru their online chat service and they were wonderful. I received this boot the next day, just in time for a ski trip with my nephews. This boot is great, nice and warm. The braid on the back is super cute. The black color option is great. It stands out a bit from the traditional brown Ugg color. My toes did become slightly stained wearing them barefoot, the bottom sheepskin lining is white, and I think that helped the stains to not be as bad. Great boot and great customer service!!

Now I see why every one has a pair! These were definitely worth the the price! I usually wear a 9 1/2- 10, so I got these in a 9. They were a little snug at first, but trust, they definitely will stretch out. They keep my feet exceptionally warm, and I am so happy that I bought them. Plus they look cute with all my clothes!!! Not much arch support, and are definitely best for the wider calf woman!!

Uggs Ultimate Tall Braid - I just love Uggs! However, I wish they came in half sizes. I ordered the 5 & 6, and can't decide which ones I should keep. I've had foot surgeries, so I need a bit wider toe box. So, I'm conflicted in sizes. :( Otherwise, I like the tread on the bottom, so they are safer on the ice and snow. I have several pairs of Uggs, even pink and blue ones from the "old" Uggs!! Just love them, with or without socks. :)

In LOVE - I'm VERY happy with Zappos customer service. I placed my order on Christmas day (Thursday night) and received them on Monday (I did not upgrade my shipping; I paid for regular ground shipping). I love wearing my Uggs, and do, most of the time. They are extremely comfortable, not to mention pretty (chocolate brown). But, now I'm spoiled, I want them in black too!!!

LOVE THEM! I love my Uggs! I have a very wide calf and couldn't find boots to fit... not even Uggs. Then I noticed that there is an Ultra boot and an Ultimate boot. After a little research, I noticed that the Ultimate boot has a wider shaft. They look exactly the same, but the fit is excellent. If you have WIDE CALVES, order the ULTIMATE.

Very warm and comfortable - I have wide calves and feet and a high instep, and these boots accommodate all well. They are quite warm and comfortable. I've only worn them a few times, but, so far, no problems in snow. I usually wear 8 or 8 1/2. I bought an 8 and they are quite roomy.

Great boot for cold weather - I love this boot. It is my first pair of Ugg boots and I couldn't be happier. They are warm, waterproof, and stylish. I read the reviews and decided to order the size 8 instead of the size 9 (my normal size). I am glad I did because they fit great and I don't have to wear socks with them. I recommend that anyone who orders these boots also order the waterproof spray at the same time, you don't want to mess these boots up.

Never disappointed - Every time I order from Zappos I am always pleased. My order taker was outstanding which also made my buying experience fun. Zappos sells the best products. My boots are terrific; comfy and at the same time functional. They are so warm I don't even have to wear socks with them.

Good Boot, Super Comfy - I checked the boots out at a department store. They did not have my size, but Zappos did. I love them. They are beyond comfortable and warm. I will buy more Uggs in the future and worry less about the cost. Zappos had my boots to me quickly, in less than 24 hours!

These are the most comfortable boots! These are by far, the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. I wore these boots in NJ and NY in December and walked miles in them and they were warm and comfortable. They fit true to size too! I must say, I don't like the look of Uggs, but I guess that's why they are called Uggs - ugly??? But I would choose these over any other fashionable-looking boot.

Super Warm - These are great for the most part, quality, look and WARMTH my main reason for purchase - I actually wore them at home b4 deciding to keep them...the fit overall is good; only trouble I had was near the back part of the ankle area - very loose - but I did ask a friend who has a similar boot and we agree its due to the height, since it is not going to slip off then theres no need for reinforcement any higher up. Not a very supportive boot-I added 2 insoles for support and wore a thin trouser sock now the fit is much better and more snug...

Ugg Boots - These boots are beautiful but my daughter says that they rub on her heels and sometimes it can be painful.

I just ordered these shoes for an upcoming trip to Hawaii where I plan to do a lot of walking. I'm glad that I ordered them far in advance because I was very disappointed with the shoe. I feel like I am wearing flippers when they are on my feet. They are extremely wide on me, and I already have wide feet. The soles are thin, and overall it is my opinion that these are a very unattractive shoe. I will be returning them immediately.

Warmest boots I ever owned - I ordered the Ugg men's boot for my husband last year for Xmas, he luvs them. This year I ordered myself a pair for Xmas. So warm, soft and comfy. I luv them.

Great gift - Bought these for my wife for the holidays. She has not taken them off since. Just what she wanted for once.

Like it! This is a good looking boot. Have received lots of compliments. I ordered one size down as I usually do for Ugg boots as they tended to run large. This boot, however, has a more contoured and stiffer fitting around the foot so it is not as oversized as previous Uggs I have owned. I also went to the Uggs store and tried on some of their new boots and found they were also true to size. I tried on six different styles and all of them needed to be in my regular size. So it seems that Uggs has changed their sizing. I asked the sales girl about this and she said that the Short Ugg Classic boot still runs large, but the newer styles are more true to size.

I refuse to take them off! I bought a bunch of cute ballet flats this year, but all I ever want to wear is my Ugg boots from last year. Clearly I needed another pair of Uggs and the Ultimate Tall Braid is it! The thicker sole and narrower foot makes them look less like the classic Uggs, which is a plus for me. Also, these are roomy on my thicker calves which makes me oh-so-happy! I'm an 8.5 in regular shoes, a 9 in most Uggs, but the 8 fits perfectly.
