I purchased this pair for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. She is size 10 in classic Uggs and a size 10 in these fit perfectly. The boots are comfort rated to -20°C and made using eVent technology. Basically I am trying to justify spending the money and these are one of the few Ugg styles that I feel is true to brand quality. The soles are well made and grippy. They will do well in these Midwestern winters! Thank you, Zappos, I was one of the lucky ones to grab the last black pair of this style in her size! Oh and she chose these over the Ugg original sundance with more braid detail. These are more versatile.

Just received my pair and it fits true to size meaning I was told to order a size down and I did and it fits perfect with a little wiggle room. Love it and can't wait to wear it.

I was a little skeptical about spending so much money on Uggs, so last year I bought a pair of EMUs since they seemed to be the next best thing compared to Uggs but half the price. Well, let me just say it is worth the money. The wool on the inside of EMUs is kind of rough and almost gauze-y feeling. Inside the Uggs is super soft and fluffy. A lot of imitation Uggs have fake fur on the inside which almost feels as nice, but anyone with half a brain knows your feet will sweat like crazy in those. These feel amazing on your feet, and yet they breathe really well. Obviously don't wear socks with them [it actually feels like you have comfy warm socks on]. I decided to make the investment with this pair because it has a thicker, more durable sole and the footbed lining is replaceable, unlike on the classics. I bought them in black, and, yeah, it does turn your feet a little black [I've only had them about a week so I don't know if it stops after awhile]. The braid detailing up the back is cute, it's not too much and doesn't look cheap or anything. I normally wear about an 8, 8.5 shoe, and I wasn't totally sure whether to order a size down or not for these because the foot is narrower but after some research, I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. Be aware that because the part of this boot that goes over your foot is a little narrower and less slipper-looking, it makes the shaft look a little wider, but it's really not that bad. Make sure you order the kit to waterproof, protect and clean your Uggs! I made the mistake of never spraying my old EMUs and they looked real bad after a year. The kit comes with an eraser and brush, and just using that on my old EMUs made them look a lot better, and I didn't even use the cleaner. Definitely worth the money for that too, because who wants to spend so much money on boots to just get ruined in a little rain? There was a bit of a delay in processing my order, so I emailed Zappos and right away they responded to me, and offered to upgrade me to next-day air for free! That was Saturday, so by Monday I had my boots. Great customer service; this was my first time ordering from Zappos but definitely not my last.

I bought these boots about a month ago and was very pleased. Not only are they extremely adorable but they live up to the Ugg brand name and are comfortable on. I want to wear them everywhere! And as usual (one of the reasons I absolutely love zappos.com), they arrived fast!

This is my second pair of Ugg boots and I love them! They are so warm and comfortable! And now my 13 year old daughter wants a pair for herself! I did also buy a pair of the Ugg slippers and was very disappointed with them. They were not comfortable and were cheaply made, so needless to say I had to return them. Overall, Zappos has awesome customer service. They ship everything very quickly. And the free returns are great!

These boots are great. I just bought them and the service here is really good! You can really rely on them! They are fast and have good prices! These are soo comfortable and pretty!
