AWESOME - I was debating on getting these, but I'm so glad I did, very comfortable and they are of awesome quality certainly worth the money. GET THEM. And Zappos is a great source to get items from. Love the free shipping.

The comfort is worth the clunk - These boots wear very well in all types of weather. Even without waterproofing them first, they've done well in snow, rain, slush and on days where I just want a bit more comfort. Especially for someone slight of frame, just as myself, they look gigantic and bulky, given you a very bazaar, unbalanced silhouette, particularly with the black.

Cute and warm winter boots - I usually wear a size 6-1/2 or 7 but the size 7s were sloppy fitting on my foot. The size 6 seems slightly tight on my left foot on the side but I wanted these to work out so badly, I am trying them out. So far so good, everyone told me that they would stretch out and I have to agree. The size 6 is fine and these are very cute with the trim down the back and look great with my brown down coat. Just wish that they came in 1/2 sizes.

Excellent shoe. I bought these during winter time in hopes of them bringing some sunshine with them. I can’t say for sure if they did, but I can say that these will stand out when you're wearing them. I've gotten compliments nonstop every time I wear them. I recommend a good water and stain sealer for them, because they can become very dirty very quickly without. Other than that, I say if you're a puma fan, or a cool shoe fan, get these.

Very Comfortable - These boots are not sexy, but if you've ever wished you could wear slippers out in public, these are the boots for you. I never feel the need to take them off when I get home. I love these boots!

Very comfortable - Very comfortable boots. To reap the benefits, wear it barefoot. Although, if you get the black ones, your toes may turn a little black from the dye.

Walk on clouds - These boots are amazing. I wear them every day, and I have lots of others to choose from. Non-slip soles and super comfortable shearling lining. These run large, so you might want to order down. They have kept me quite warm this very cold winter! Superior service from Zappos as well!

All the hype is for a reason! I was a little skeptical about Ugg boots and wasn't too sure if the price and hype were for good reasons... until I moved to Chicago and my mom bought me a pair! These boots are the only things keeping my feet toasty in the subzero temperatures of winter. They're extremely comfortable, although I found them to be a little big since they only come in whole sizes, and I love the option to fold down the leg. Definitely worth the money, I will never buy another brand of winter boot again!!

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. I bought these for my wedding and had to take them off before the reception even began. Love the look, hate the fit.

Uggs Ultimate Tall Braid Is The Ultimate! Living in Chicago with all the snow this year, it was time to get another boot that was warm, and comfortable. I've always liked my "classic Uggs", but felt they were a bit too clunky. They were fine for in and out of a car, but didn't have the necessary heel and sole to allow for walking with comfort. The "Ultimate Tall Ugg" has a more tapered toe and looks much less like a moon boot! It has the same comfort as the classic but is far more comfortable to walk around in. They are slightly taller and have plenty of room at the top to tuck your jeans in. They fit the same as the classic Ugg. I bought a 1/2 size down. I am extremely happy with my purchase and Zappos excellent service.

Good boot - Unfortunately they are too large. I must return them for a size smaller. Didn't realize that I should have done that when ordering. Was told only that you should not wear socks with them. I think it would be beneficial for this information to be obviously posted so that others don't make the same mistake I did. Thank you!

Comfortable casual boots - I am very happy with these boots. I do wish they fit under my pants. They are very comfortable but during a snow storm I was outside for a few minutes and my feet were feeling cold. The socks I had on could have been warmer too though.

Best boot - I bought these boots for my wife. She not only loves the boots, she cannot thank me enough. They are stylish and warm as can be. As a matter of fact she will not even wear socks.

Ugg Ultimate Tall Braid - I wear a 6 1/2 shoe, ordered this boot in a 6 and they're a little snug but I'm afraid a 7 would be too roomy. I love that these boots have a sleeker look and a narrower feel than the regular Ugg boot. Also, boot has a little more arch support than a regular UGG. The reinforcement/backing of the heel might need to be addressed by UGG. It is non-conforming to the heel and rubs so there is a break-in period also this boot turns your feet black so you'll need to wear socks or tights. Overall, I love them and am keeping them!

UGGS are great - The whole family has a pair. Not all the same style. These are the warmest, most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I ordered these one night at around 9 pm and they were delivered the next day around 4. What service!

After New Years Gift - Actually bought these for my sister and she loves them. She is usually on her feet all day and they provide the comfort she needs. BTW-Zappos rocks! I ordered the shoes on Sunday and they were at my front door Tuesday afternoon. Your service is incredible.

Excellent Experience! The original pair of Uggs I ordered was too small. I called and it was a simple procedure! The customer service rep emailed me a return shipping label AND at the same time went ahead and sent out the replacement Uggs in a larger size, which were received in just a couple of days! It was a wonderful experience working with you!! You've restored my faith in "customer service"!!!

I'm so glad I bought these Uggs!! I had been trolling around Zappos since last winter thinking about buying a pair of Uggs. Everyone told me they're the best but I was hesitant. This year my husband gave me a Zappos gift certificate for my birthday and said JUST BUY THEM! I ordered a few different pair to figure out which ones I would like best (of course, that's the best thing about Zappos - it's like having a shoe store in your own home!). These boots are absolutely AWESOME! I'm glad I opted for the tall ones because it's like having leg warmers on - they keep me SO much warmer. And I actually wear them with no socks as people had recommended. I was skeptical, but it's like having on slippers it's so comfy! And one of the best things that I wasn’t even thinking about is that they're so LIGHT! It's not like clunking around in ski boots; it's like wearing almost nothing but having your foot and leg wrapped in complete warmth and comfort. I happen to like this style because they're not too flat (like traditional Uggs) and I think the braid up the back is cute too. Sometimes I wear them folded down, sometimes they're all the way up - ah, such versatility! If you're thinking about getting these...DO IT!!!

Great boots - I love this boot although it seems tighter than other Uggs I have bought. I ended up with 3 pairs of the Ultimate Tall Braid - one for my daughter, one for my daughter-in-law and one for me.

Very pleased with Ugg Ultimate Tall Braid - I normally wear a size 9B shoe and ordered a size 8. Fit was great. Zappos upgraded shipment and I received the next day. Was greatly appreciated as many other suppliers required 10-14 days to ship. The selection of Ugg offerings at Zappos is one of the best. You will not be disappointed with selection or service.

Ugg Tall Braid Size 6 - I normally wear a 6.5 shoe; I purchased the Ugg boot in 7 and found it to be too big. I reordered the size 6 and noticed the the style of the boot had changed slightly. Bottom pattern was different and the cut was a little different. Seems to hug the front of my foot better than the other style that was the 7. I love this boot! My feet and shins stay cold and when you put these on it warms my whole body! I like the fact that the bottom insert can be purchased as well as I know these will wear down as much as I am wearing them. I have another leather style Ugg and hope to buy Uggs every winter! I'm addicted!

Love this boot...very comfortable. I wear an 8.5, the 9 was too big, but the 8 is perfect with a thin sock.

My Uggs - This was probably my best purchase from Zappos. The service as always is the most incredible of any online purchase you can make but the boots are great. The quality is excellent they fit wonderfully and they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I'm tempted to wear them with skirts to work...but don't quite have the nerve yet.
