These are great shoes. I wear them for 10-12hour days in the hospital and they have incredible comfort all day long. I like Born's unique support cushion system throughout the entire sole of the shoe. I will not hesitate to purchase a replacement pair or other style Born shoe.

I love these shoes. They look great and are comfortable to wear. No break in period required.

My foot is a 13.5 measured and I typically wear shoes in the 13-14 range, depending upon the shoe. I bought the 13 and they fit perfect, I even added a Superfeet (Green) insole for additional arch support and I still have room. I purchased the Brown and they are true to color. There aren't too many Cons to this shoe, I find it quite comfortable and it's a perfect shoe for jeans or khaki's but. It's not waterproof and the leather gets dry pretty fast so it would benefit you by doing some occasional leather conditioning. Other than that, it's a value.

I have been wearing these boots on an almost daily basis for two years now and still love them. The only thing that I have had to replace are the laces but it is finally time for a resole. I get compliments on them all the time. I went with my regular shoe size when ordering these and had no problem with the fit. These boots will show marks as there is no coating on the leather. I think it adds to the character but if that is something that bothers you you can hit them with a little mink oil although this will darken them. I occasionally apply a little dark brown shoe polish to the toe area to keep them looking how they do in the picture. Not much in the way of arch support but I do not know many boots that are great at this. All in all, a great purchase.

Had the shoes in less than 24hrs. Good fit. The color wasn't what I expected, kind of a "distressed" look, so I simply polished them. Good job as always Zappos!

Great boot, nice and comfortable. Tight on the top of foot near toes but it is not an issue for me once they were broke in.

First time ever ordered from Zappos. It was seamless and the order came in on time and fit right out of the box. Well order again from this company.

I love these shoes but unfortunately I listened to the reviews that suggested ordering 1/2 size small. I would say they are true-to-size based on my experience. I also feel that they are quite narrow but know that they would relax with time.

I picked these out for my husband. Not only did he like the look of them but so did our 18 year old daughter. He says they are pretty comfortable (nothing is really comfortable for him due to all his feet & ankle problems) and can be worn with jeans or khaki pants.

I love these boots. The sizing runs big and they stretch more than most of my leather shoes do. I normally wear a 12, ordered an 11.5 and ended up exchanging them for an 11.

These boots are great. Born shoes seem to fit my foot, which is slightly wide but not enough to start going with the wide sizing, well. I find the boots stylish enough for strolling in the city, & rugged enough to walk on muddy country roads or even trails.

A colleague referred the Born brand to me after I saw him wearing these boots. I bought a pair and enjoy them. They are very comfortable.

Needed a few walks to break in, once break in the shoes mold to your feet. However, it does get hot in there if over 85 degree out. The decorative wood trim on the hill does not hold up, mine have cracked after only 6 times wear.

This is my second pair of Born Harrisons. I like these shoes. As with my first pair, they definitely started a bit snug. I usually wear EE shoes whenever possible, so a D width shoe is usually at least a bit snug. The leather is quite supple, so I fully expect these shoes to fit quite nicely after a day or so worth of walking. The shoes seemed fairly true to size, if a bit small. Overall, I woulld certainly buy these again.

Love these shoes. Great look and are holding up well going on year two. But in most other brands I wear a 12 or 12.5 these an 11.5 is just a little big but comfy.

Great shoes, my only complaint is that the arch support is rather lacking. I walk quite a bit in my daily life and it took some time for my feet to get used to these shoes in that regard. Other than that they are top-notch. My first pair of Born shoes, and certainly not my last. If you do lots of walking, I'd invest in a padded insole.

My husband loves these boots. We had to order 1 size smaller. His foot is narrow and the boots fit him better than any shoes he has had and are very comfortable! They go both with dress and casual wear.

Very comfortable shoe and more importantly great arc support and super cozy insole. I really liked these shoes. The only downside that I can think of is that these are a bit heavy and also they are not waterproof.

This is my 3rd pair of Born shoes and I love every pair. The quality of the leather is always great and within a week they wear like they have been on your feet for years. Color on these was a little dustier than from the picture - not quite chestnut.

This pair of shoes fit perfect right out of the box after reading some reviews I wear a size 12 but ordered 11.5 they felt like I had been wearing them for some time they are comfortable and go well with jeans, love them!

I bought these reluctantly as I am not am online shoe shopper, but free shipping and the fact that my wife is a big Zappos fan made me take the leap. They are a perfect fit, are quite comfortable and pair well with slacks or jeans.

I think they are kind of hip looking. I normally wear 9½-10 and wound up adding a thin insole to these 9½ shoes. Now they fit better and are better cushioned.
