I wear size 12 in everything, except Born. My other Born shoes are 11 1/2 and the Harrisons I settled on are size 11! The Harrisons, in particular, stretch quite a bit after a day or two because the leather is very supple and there is little stitching around the toe box. I recommend when you try them on choose a pair that are snug and that do not allow your heel to slip, as long as they are long enough. The arch support could be better, otherwise they are very comfortable and are of exceptional quality, and look great! I have worn them for a week and they now fit perfectly! Zappos service is top notch. Enjoy!

I wanted a dressier, but still casual boot, with a similar style to the Clarks Desert Boot, but not suede and without the pointy toe. This is it. Unfortunately, this brand and style seems to run a half size small. So I returned the small size for the next half size up and that one fits. Still a little snug on the width, but the leather stretches within a few minutes of wear so that they are comfortable.

Comfortable shoe, soft leather, roomy squared toe. Only possible downside is that it might be prone to visible scuffs. Good shoe with jeans and khakis.

Boots - Nice low ankle boots. Soft leather with a rubber sole that helps with grip, but there's still that boot sound when you hit the floor although it's a little muffled. Very comfortable. I got it for fall and just started walking around in them. The quality is nice. I'm interested to see how long they'll last with everyday use through the winter.

I love this boot, don't get me wrong on the scoring. The fit great and look great. The downfall is the sole. The sole on my boots wore through in under a year. The rest of the boot is still in excellent condition. I'm very happy with the brand and gave even purchased other born shoes. Just can't wrap my head around the early wear of the sole...

Perfectly good shoe, but not quite what I thought it was. Definitely more of a matt/nubuck leather, and toe is more rounded than it appears. I was looking for an edgier looking boot to wear with jeans and dress pants, this is basically a nice desert boot.

I got thee for my BF , size 14, and he never orders online because shoes are so hard to fit his foot and he was in love. They came in great condition - no scuffs - and he said they were really comfy.

The bridge of the shoe was much too narrow and tight.

I love these boots. They strike a nice balance between the dressier chukka boots and “work boots”. They are comfortable right out of the box. I like the squared toe for both fit and appearance. Wearing them adds to the character of the boots versus some shoes that just look worn.

Great shoes. Comfortable, nice looking, nice soft leather and nice roomy toebox.

These boots are more comfortable than all of my sneakers. I wear them almost every day and for all occasions, including full days of walking.

I’ve been wearing mine almost every day for 2 years, and they’re still going strong, although I’m now on my third pair of laces. I’d say they’re the longest lasting pair of shoes I’ve ever owned, personally.

These boots look great with jeans or khakis - great for casual wear but not suitable for the office. They are rugged looking but not overly macho. I own quite a few Born shoes. Their last fits my foot perfectly - wide toe box and relatively narrower heel. Wearing these boots with athletic socks that are thicker than dress socks but not full-on hiking socks seems the most comfortable choice. I have not worn them enough to comment on arch support. They look rugged and may be good for trail hiking on a dry winter day but seem best suited for casual weekend wear. One note: compared to sneakers the boot does add more than an inch to your height. I am 5'8" and appreciate the assist.

Very well built shoe. Dress or casual. True to size. Had them 1.5 years and I am getting another pair soon.

Excellent shoe - Very stylish and comfortable and looks great with jeans. Only concern is that the shoe is at least a half size too big compared to what I'm used to and because the leather is so soft, I worry that it will stretch and make it even bigger. Nevertheless, I've received several compliments on them...

Great boot!! Once again Zappos out does itself in service! I ordered these boots at 8 pm and received them at 10 am the next morning! The boots are a good fit, very comfortable right out of the box. The style will not be out dated and looks good with jeans or chinos!

not as comfortable as I was hoping for. Fit was true to size.

Had a pair of these for 11 years. Didn;t want anything different so ordered a new pair when the original ones finally wore out. Originals were size 10 and fit perfectly. Replacement size 10 was too small so swapped for a 10.5. All is good!

Nice looking boots. Everything about the boot is perfect excepts it runs one size too small. I’m a regular size 9, but had to return it for a size 10

Great looking boot. Extremely soft leather. Feel and look "broken in" right out of the box. The only thing I'm concerned about is how long they will hold up as they feel kind of light and cheap for a boot. They are definitely built to look good, not to wear for outdoor activities. They look great though.

I wore these boots 3-4 times before they failed. The boot lace eyes ripped and tore out from the boot leaving only 3 usable holes and destroying the appeal of the boot. I was surprise by the very poor craftsmanship and materials on the most recent version of these boots. I owned a prior pair of Harrison boots that I still own and which lasted through 3-4 years of regular use until the soles wore out.
