Is it weird to be in love with a shoe after just one 'date'? Went on my morning ritual mountain hike/run this morning. Man... I love these things! Feels like you're barefoot - but with crazy animal-like grippers grabbing the dirt and rock. Very light and movable. However, others recommended ordering a 1/2 size larger. I decided to go with my usual size instead. I have very high arches and a big foot. With a thin sock, there's a lot of room (which I like) with a thick sock, not so much. Next time, I'll wear a thinner sock. I'm glad I ordered my normal size and not anything smaller.

These shoes are great. This is my second pair of 230's and I also own a pair of 195's. They are very durable and comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a new low-profile shoe for Crossfit workouts and I love this shoe. It has a more natural fit, a sticky grip, and is very comfortable. I had Nike Frees before and these are a great upgrade.

This shoe is extremely comfortable and looks great. I run in a Saucony 10.5. UK size 9 for Inov-8 shoes fits me well. 8.5 (UK) fit even better, tight at first but perfect after a week or so of wear.

Really love these shoes for cross fit. Great for lifting due to the low profile. Great fit. Will be ordering more of these.

This is my second pair. The first ones I wore for a year and reordered these as replacements. They are very flexible and totally comfortable for Crossfit. They have very little support, so for running greater than a mile you need a different shoe. Well constructed, very little wear on my old pair.

I love this shoe. I use it primarily for weightlifting. It is the perfect shoe for that. No complaints so far.

Nothing bad to say at all! Super light weight and a great fit. No break in period needed, can't wait to get another pair.

These are great for crossfit and trail running. I normally would follow the traditional recommendation and order one whole size down when purchasing US man's shoes and two whole sizes down when purchasing UK man's shoes, but in this case had to order an extra half size down. I'm normally between and 9 and a 9.5 woman's, so would go for the US8.5 man's or Uk 7.5 man's to give enough room to prevent toe bump. In these, the UK 7.5 were WAY too long. Had to exchange for the 7. Otherwise good. Just a little more protection and cushion than a barefoot shoe. Don't expect a cushy ride in these.

Wow! I waited to long to get these. I crossfit and everyone at my gym has them. By far the best money I have spent. First workout and I could tell the difference in my stance and lifts.

Probably one of the best pairs of shoes I have even owned. I do crossfit in them and they are an amazing shoe from running to weight lifting to plyometrics. All around great shoe.

Shoe is wonderful. Great for all day wear as well as for crossfit. Definitely runs a little big. I was torn between 2 sizes and ordered the larger but sent them back and got the smaller size. Thanks to Zappos for making returning such an easy process as well as overnight shipping the smaller size. Amazing customer service! I will be back soon!

Very good shoes! Take some getting used to, as they are not quite a minimalist shoe, but are very close. Fit and quality have been excellent.

Didn't think I'd like these because they are so flat but everyone at my crossfit gym says once you get them you won't look back and that is absolutely true! These shoes are perfect for crossfit training. I put a pair of Superfeet Green in them and I can do it all from dead lifts to box jumping and it's all much better in these shoes! These fit me perfectly, though other Innov-8 unisex shoes did not. My other pair of Innov-8s is a women-specific pair for hiking. Innov-8 is the best! Hands down, these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I thought they wouldn't provide enough cushion during my workouts in the gym because of the minimalist technology, but I was blown away with the amount of support. Great looking shoe that I will definitely buy again.

I think theses are probably one of the best pairs running shoes I have ever purchased. They fit so well because I wear a half size. They are also extremely light feeling, comfortable and look good. In fact they looked even better than I was expecting. For me I found my only drawback might be the arch support, but my feet are somewhat flatter than most people's. Other than that these shoes deserve a positive review.

I have enjoyed my Inov-8 shoes. I ran my first 1/2 marathon in them Thanksgiving Day. My feet felt great.

This shoe fits very well. The one thing I found is you have to wear them with well cushioned socks or they will feel to large. But none the less they are awesome great for lifts and great for running. It gives you the feeling that your wearing the New Balance minimalist but way better cushioning for running and lifting. I will be buying these in other colors.

These shoes are everything that I expected. They are light and comfortable and supportive. I have wide feet and was expecting these to be tight based on other reviews; I ordered my size and while they did feel a little tight at first they are in no way uncomfortable. I'm not saying that the shoe stretched, just that the shoe fits smaller on the front of my foot than other shoes. It's been a few weeks and this is my favorite shoe for working out.
