Love these shoes! This is my second pair of the exact same shoe.

Very comfy! I use these for Crossfit. They do take a bit of getting used to, because they are a "minimal" shoe. My calves hurt a bit in the beginning of use. Narrow in the toe box, but they stretch and fit great. Love them!

This is an excellent CrossFit shoe. If you don't CrossFit, I'd imagine it would also be an excellent cross training shoe. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great all around shoe whether you CrossFit, trail run or run on the road.

I like these a lot! I have used them for a fitness class and it makes it easy to do the balance exercises. Also nice for walking. There's room for some thicker socks now that it is getting cooler.

Love them, why don't you deliver to Australia? I would get a pair in each colour.

Love these shoes! Best running shoes I've ever owned! I have chronic ingrown toenails and these are the first I've ever worn that didn't aggravate them (my Nike Frees resulted in my toenail coming detached from the nail bed due to pressure). I always order a half size up in running shoes so I can wiggle my toes. These are perfection!

Bought these for Cross Fit and they are great! They allowed me to get back on my heels more than my running shoes and my squat form improved. Very comfortable as well!

I wear a Womens 7, so I ordered a Mens 5. They feel great. Lightweight and durable. Will use them for working out and outdoor use. Wash clean easily!

Purchased for Crossfit. Shoes fit like a glove, love them. I don't know if I will ever purchase another brand for my workouts.

These shoes are fantastic!!! Super supportive and really cup my feet!!! Great for Crossfit especially with mixed metcons that have heavy lifting and running in them.

I've been absolutely blown away by the Inov-8 F-Lite 230s. They rock. Super-lightweight and comfortable, I use them 5-6 times a week at my CrossFit workouts. For me, they're a great balance of a shoe between weight lifting and the other aerobic-type workouts (box jumping, etc.). Hands down my favorite workout shoes ever (I've had Nike Frees and Merrell Trail Gloves, too).

These shoes are perfect for CrossFit. I comfortably ran six miles in them; I can box jump and lift, jump rope, etc. in them. Great shoes. Will definitely buy another pair.

AMAZING shoes for CrossFit, like everyone else says. I used the F-Lite 195's for the last 6 months, and love those, but these are WAY better. The sole is a bit flatter and harder, making it that much better for lifting and transitioning between movements/running. I am always between a 7 and 7.5 women's, glad I got the 7.

Love these shoes and such funky colors! Amazing for crossfit but recompensed them to everyone for everything! For some they can take some getting used to if you would normally wear a regular running shoe but worth persevering and transitioning to these brilliant bare foots!

This is the most comfortable sneaker I have ever worn. Hands down the best for any workout, especially crossfit. From the first time I put them on the feel and fit was unbelievable. I will be buying a second pair shortly.

What can I say about these shoes without rehashing the same Crossfit comments and cliches? I love, love, loved them from the moment I put them on. They are super light, sticky/grippy tread and the flatter sole was a perfect happy-medium that allows you to jump between your CF weightlifting, box jumps, running, burpees, etc. without missing a beat. I've beaten my first pair into the ground, practically, and the only down side I could say about them is the flatter sole starts to lose its cushioning a bit with time which you'll start to feel on some longer runs. (Of course there are plenty of the "minimal" shoe people who love that anyway.) They lock onto your foot with the clever lace system and have a load of room in the toe box, which allows for us wider-foot folks to purchase a true size rather than moving up a 1/2 size or more for room. JUST GET 'EM!!!! You'll love 'em!

The Inov-8 F-lite 230 is the most comfortable workout/running shoe I have ever owned. I highly recommend it.

I replaced my adidas Sambas with the Inov-8 and have not looked back. These provide *just* enough support to do short interval runs, and feel great for olympic lifting as well.

Love the shoe and have gradually adjusted myself to them. Shoes are super light and there is enough sole on the bottom to protect your feet. Not so great if you are running on a rocky road.

I bought this to use in crossfit classes. I had previously been using running shoes but they were too soft, especially when doing weights. The sole on the Inov is thin, so for running you need to learn to run lighter due to less cushioning. This is a good idea anyway. The shoe is also extremely light, surprisingly so. In all I am extremely happy with them and would recommend them for gym workouts and light running.

Purchased these shoes to wear mostly for crossfit. They are almost weightless and the mesh upper makes them very breathable. These shoes are amazing!
