I love this shoe! Fantastic for Crossfit. It's true that the sole will get torn up from rope climbs, so just tape around the arch and over the laces to keep it from getting torn up. Fantastic fit, and my toes have so much flexibility! Also, my footfall feels so natural. This is the first and only shoe where I have had zero blisters and it has also eliminated my shin splints. These definitely converted me to minimalist workout shoes.

Great overall shoe. Great for Crossfit Takes a couple of days getting use to the little padding but its a great shoe.

Best crossfit shoes/athletic shoes in general. My second pair of the F-Lite 230's (not because they get worn out but because they are that great). I personally think they run a bit big (a half size or so). Great shoes!

I'm using these shoes primarily for CrossFit and they are amazing! I'm still letting my feet get used to them so I haven't done any runs longer than a couple miles but any other CF movements with my feet on the ground feel terrific with these shoes. Previously using Nike Free shoes, which I was not happy with both for feel and durability.

Excellent shoes and excellent customer service. With help from the Zappos website I was able to order the correct size in the Inov-8's and then Zappos gave me a free (and unexpected) upgrade on the shipping. So I ordered the shoes at 4:00 one afternoon and was wearing them less than 24 hours later. And they are perfect for CrossFit as many others have already discussed. Can't ask for a better shopping experience than that!

Thank you fellow crossfitters for your recommendations. I have only worn these once but wow, already such a difference compared to the Nike Free trainers I was wearing (I put one of those on and one of these and the Nikes felt so sloppy, soft and unstable). These fit firm and comfortably, ultra light, I can feel the ground and the grip, nice arch support. Did my first WOD in them right out of the box and felt much more stable and grounded during each exercise. No pain, no blisters. In workout shoes, I usually wear a 9.5, in street shoes an 8.5 or 9. I got a 9 in these and they are perfect. I do have a moderate-sized bunion on my right foot and these didn't aggravate it at all. Thank you Zappos for having them here overnight so I could work out in them the next day. Inov8 + Zappos = Love.

These shoes fit like a glove. They are incredibly light for runs. A few buddies have asked where they can get a pair.

I bought these for crossfit. At first I was worried they may not offer enough support. After wearing them a few times I love these shoes! I will definitely buy a second pair. If you are wanting to do a long run, I would probably not recommend them. They are great for a short distance.

Being a crossFitter, I've always wanted a pair of Inov-8 F-lites but never thought the smallest size would ever fit which is a 6.5. I am a Women's 6 but heard that they run big and thought all hope was lost until my siblings surprised me with a pair of the F-lite 230s in purple for my birthday! I tried them on as soon as I opened the box and they fit perfectly! To an added bonus, my sister told me she placed the order the night before and Zappos kindly enough sent her an email saying that they upgraded the shipping for no extra cost and they came in the next day! She didn't think they would come in so soon! Just for being a customer at Zappos, they went above and beyond and made her including myself, loyal customers!

Light, flexible and supportive. These came highly recommended by nearly everyone at my Crossfit gym and now I know why.

I received my order on time just what I wanted been waiting for the shoe to be on order and it finally was had it in less than week from transaction day, will definatly come back to zappos for any future transactions.

Amazing shoe! So light and comfy. Had to get another pair because I love them so much. Only shoes I've ever bought again. Usually I wear 7 1/2 woman's size but got the 7. Fit perfectly.

These amazing shoes allow my toes and feet to move with just the right amount of support. This shoe is the most comfortable one I ever wore. I have wide, short feet that are quite hard to fit and these shoes mold right to my feet. I threw out all my other athletic shoes and purchased several of these.

I ordered my Inov-8 online and was skeptical at first. They delivered my sneakers fast and intact! I was very pleased!

I was looking for a sneaker that was light and not as bulky as the typical running sneaker. This really fit the description. I love them and will get another pair!

Love these shoes! So comfortable and good for both running and weight lifting. I usually wear a womens 9.5, but was told by a friend to go down a half a size. I got a 9 and they fit great. I have plenty of room.

This is my second pair of inov8's and they are the best for me. As a personal trainer I stand on my feet for long hours. inov8 offer the greatest comfort. I have over 10 pairs of shoes in my search for comfort - none compare to inov8.

Bought these shoes while stationed in Iraq. The shoes feel amazing while walking around and using them for cross-fit. I can tell what muscles have not been given a work out just by waling. I have had them for about three weeks and my calves and knees are still getting used to running at around 5k distances.

Amazing workout shoe - perfect for CrossFit and sprint triathlon running. I used to get painful shin splints every time I would run during CrossFit workouts, even if it was less than a mile of running. Purchased these shoes at Christmas time and have not had shin splints since then. These shoes have corrected my running form, and allowed me to do sprint triathlons (5K run) once a month in addition to CrossFit workouts 5 times a week. I love them! They are super light, and great for all varieties of CF workouts (weight lifting, running, metabolic conditioning). True to size - I wear an 8 or 8.5 normally, and purchased these in an 8.5. I will never buy another kind of running shoe again! One note: These shoes are not "narrow", but they are a little bit more on the narrow side than "wide", so if you have wide feet they may not fit well.

I love this shoe! You must try this shoe if you're a runner of any proficiency level. I've been wearing Nike Free Runs and although I liked the flexible soles, there is an annoying seam on the toe area that causes quite a bit of discomfort. I went along with a friend to try on many shoes similar to the Free Run but couldn't find one any better. This shoe is perfect! Exactly what I wanted but couldn't find. The color is a bit flashy for me but it's time I lived a little on the wild side anyway.

I can't get enough of these Inov-8's. I Crossfit and and out of all the shoes i tried this was the best one by far. They are light, provide a great grip for running, and a nice foundation for lifting (please do not mistake that as that they are lifting shoes, not at all but they are great for those circuit training days).

Absolutely love these shoes for Crossfit! They grip well, flex well and are extremely comfortable. Great support for my ankles without being stiff, which I need. Had to wait two months before I could get them in my size. Well worth waiting for. Bought two pair just to make sure I had a replacement. If you're doing Crossfit, these are the shoes for you.

These shoes are great for travel! Just came back from a business trip to London. These folded down in my carry on and were great for going to the hotel gym. Nice narrow heel cup too. Had to reorder in a larger size. These are unisex shoes on British sizing and are cut well for my narrow feet.
