Best running shoes ever! Being a dude, I would never wear "pink" and yellow shoes if they were not the best! I've also found them to be so comfortable that I wear them when I'm not running. Also, great shoes for most CrosFi WOD's!

These shoes are great - I'm a guy and I purchased the pink because all the other colors were unavailable. I get compliments all the time.

This is the absolute best shoe I have ever worn! I have a wide foot and had no problem with size. It is perfect for crossfit and hours of walking. No breaking in, just tie it up an go. I will purchase this shoe again. If you measure your foot and go by the chart, sizing is perfect.

The Inov-8 s have established rock-star status in the CrossFit community for their ability to provide the support required to transition between varied movements during any given workout. I would not wear them for rope climbs but I've been happy with the feel of them for runs, sprints, lifts and pretty much everything else. Pink was not my first choice in color but I can live with that. I tend to have blisters on my pinky toe due to a wider foot bed (and one foot is a half size larger than the other) so I had misgivings about this purchase. I ordered an 8 1/2 which is what I normally order in all styles of shoe and the fit is great. You can't wear bulky socks with this shoe, but they pair well with some thin, crazy knee-hi socks.

I love these shoes. I wish I had two pairs so I could wear one to CrossFit and the other the rest of the time. Feels close to half size larger than marked but I'm happy with the fit. Lightning fast shipping!

These shoes are awesome. Very versatile. I use them for running and crosstraining at Crossfit. They are very light and give just enough support.

These are the best workout shoes ever! Especially super for Crossfit! Although considered a low profile shoe, they hug the foot and have amazing arch support. Additionally, the funky colors and flashy design garner a lot of attention! My husband just got a pair of the 220's and he loves them as well! Thanks Zappos!

First, thank you so much to Zappos for upgrading the timing on my shipment! I received my Inov-8's just in time for the first CrossFit sectional workout of the day! Everyone at my gym swears by these shoes, and I can see why! They're extremely lightweight and are great for some of the olympic and power lifts that are done. I used to be a fan of Vibrams and my running shoes with orthotics, but I think the Inov-8's and I will be spending some quality time together in the future!

My favorite running shoe and CrossFit shoe. I'll never run in anything else. I bought every color. Umm, I really wish I would have bought stock in the company 2.5 years ago before every single cross fitter started buying them! Now I can't even get my size when I want them!

I purchased these as a gift for my boyfriend in pink! He is a Crossfit coach and loves them. I thought it would be funny, but now I have full-on shoe envy!

These shoes are fantastic. I participate in crossfit about 4 times per week and I used to wear Chuck Taylors. These shoes are much more comfortable. They are so light it feels almost like I'm barefoot. I also swtiched from asics to these for running and find they are far better. I hight recommend this shoe.

I suffered a stress fracture in my hip last year and there's been a change in my gate ever since. Saucony's went from being my favorite shoe to being torture. So I tested these shoes out as soon as the wounds from my last run in the saucony's healed. It was the first day in over a year that I felt hope that I may get back to running like I did before my injury, about 30 miles/week. I was reborn, delivered, euphoric. As soon as I get some extra $ together I am going to start hoarding these shoes. I fear any tweaks the company may make to this perfect design. BTW- I did order a half size smaller than I thought I needed based on reviews and they do seem to run narrow, which I love.

Definitely one of the best shoes I've had the pleasure of using for both CrossFit and POSE running. This shoe has great traction on hard packed dirt trails (with a little bit of loose gavel) and insane traction on paved roads - even when wet. I've worn these in the rain a few times for quick runs but beware - they have zero water resistance. You can't really beat this shoe, except for maybe the FL-195s. The FL-195s have 3mm less heel cushioning but both models are well known within the CrossFit and POSE running circles - and rightfully so. They are damn good shoes!

I do wind sprints in them. I do 5Ks in them. I walk around in them. I love the lightness. I love the kelly green color scheme. It's overall great and light runners for most face paced activities.

I love these shoes! I am an avid CrossFitter and uses these daily. I originally bought the 195's but these give a bit more support for running. I have noticed my timed runs have decreased! These run a tad big. Usually a 6.5 but I could use a 6 (haven't seen them made as these are in man's sizes). This pink looks salmon in color but it actually is more of a bright pink. :)

I'm having a love affair with these shoes! I ordered these after reading reviews of people loving them for CrossFit. They are so light and comfortable, easy to run and lift in, make transitioning out of a rower super fast due to their narrow toe. I thought that the narrowness would be an issue, I have wide feet, but they stretch nicely and are very comfortable. The size conversion from UK to men's, to women's, also worried me, but they fit perfectly. I wear them everywhere, but of course nobody notices them because they are such a subdued color combination.

The color is just as bright and too bright for me. The shoe runs very narrow for those who have need for narrow shoes.

These shoes were recommended by my trainers for crossfit exercises: running, sprinting, lifting and jumping. They are true to size and very comfortable, promoting equal weight distribution: No more pitching forward during olympic weight lifting moves. I happen to have toe issues so when burpees and lunges are part of the workout, I wear the F-Lite 311's so that I have a more structured toe box and extreme toe flexion is more easily prevented.

The shoes are comfortable and are great for CrossFit! They are made well.

Love these shoes. Light and comfy. Perfect for CrossFit WODs. True to size. I usually wear an 8.5 US womens, and the UK 6 was perfect for me. The fit is very similar to Nike Frees, and I wear an 8.5 US womens in those as well. Highly recommended.

Bought for Crossfit, wear them all the time. Very minimalist, very comfortable.

I bought these shoes about a month ago and have been using them for Crossfit WODs. I have not ran outside in them much, but for short runs they feel great. I usually wear a size 10 in most shoes but had to go with 9.5 in these and there is still plenty of toe room. I have wide feet and they do not cramp my feet at all, they would also fit narrow feet well due to the lacing and mesh of the shoe. Overall this is a great shoe but I would not recommend using them for heavy lifting such as dead lifts and squats. They are great for general Crossfit WODs though.
