I bought these for my husband. He is a runner and travels for a living. He loves them because they are lightweight and flexible therefore very easy to pack in a small suitcase or backpack. Great shoes.

I just finished running Cascacade Crest 100 mile endurance run in my third pair of F-Lite 230s. I love these shoes! I have a fairly narrow foot and love there glove-like feel with a roomy toe-box. The minimalist sole allows you to really feel in touch with the trail. 100 miles of rocky, dusty, muddy trails were a bit hard on them and they do not look so pretty any more but they performed amazingly well to the finish, aside from having to remove dirt and rocks from them several times. This is my third pair of this shoe and two more pairs are waiting their turn. I have worn this shoe in several 50K and 50 mile ultras but this is the first for 100 miles. This is an awesome shoe! And Zappos' service is absolutely fantastic!

Love Zappos and love my 230's. First pair of Inov-8's I've owned. Wear a US 13 running shoe, and the UK 11.5 were a perfect fit. Love the no-arch style. Thanks for making the order process so easy!

Great shoe right out of the box, no break-in. Used them on rough trails, very stable.

These shoes are great for crossfit. So great, I have 2 pairs of them. Excellent for almost any WOD, whether it's running, jumping, lifting, or all of the above. You just have to put tape on the foam on the arch when you rope climb. Zappos delivered it the next day too. Order a half size smaller than your normal sneaker size.

What great shoes! I love them, and wear all the time both for races as well as training. I liked the other colors better but were all out when I needed to get my new pair.

These are a great minimalist alternative to Vibram Five Fingers. I wore these for 16.3 miles during the Cascade Lakes Relay in central Oregon, running all on roads, and they were great. Much more protection than the VFF's. I also crossfit in them and they are outstanding! I also found them 100% true to size, unlike many other reviews.

Great, snug shoes. Very functional and easy to move around in. Rubber bottoms keep you locked in place, and the heels do not rock backwards. Like everyone else says, they're awesome shoes for Crossfit, working out, or short distance runners.

I love these shoes. This is my third pair. They are way more durable than you would think. I use mine for walking around, running, and for CrossFit and they held up for a good 6 months of daily wear.

Fantastic shoe for crossfit. Flat with minimal support but very stable feeling. Great wide toe box as well.

Awesome shoe! They are great at the gym and for crossfit. I have not run in them yet but I'm sure they will be fine for short distance. I normally wear a size 13 but had to go down to a size 12.

I bought this shoe because of suggestions from guys at my gym. Boy were they right. I noticed instant improvements in my WOD times. As far as adjusting to them, walking and normal wear was fine almost normal, it wasn't until I started running that the soreness came. I have adjusted to the shoes and still love them. Will buy another air as soon as I rotate home!

I use these shoes everyday for PT with the Army. These are by far the most versatile and comfortable shoes I've ever worn! They give you the benefits of a Vibram Toeshoe, while appearing to look like a normal shoe. We run an average of 30 miles per week and these shoes get the job done! Just ordered another pair to add to the collection!

These are absolutely awesome! They are so light, and such a great, snug fit. If you are looking for a minimalist type shoe, than this is your match!

This shoe works great for Crossfit and so far I am super pleased. If your not too sure of your shoe size, lean on the smaller size. I foresee owning a few more pairs of Inov-8's in my near future.

Love this shoe! I just got them for crossfit and they are amazing. Very comfortable and just what I was looking for. I ordered them in my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. I thought at first they were a little bit big, but I think if I were to size down they'd be too small. They feel great on my feet, so I guess the sizing is good. I highly recommend these to anyone thinking of ordering them. I think I may even get a second pair to wear all the time.

Everyone compliments me on these shoes! I love them! Very comfortable, even on my wide feet. For someone with average width feet, I'd still recommend buying a half, or even full size larger. They definitely seem to run small.

Love this shoe! The only problem was when I ordered them in my regular shoe size they were too big. Sent them back and got the next size down and they were a perfect fit.

I love my Inov-8's! They fit like a glove and have proven to be perfect for both running and lifting. I've had more people than I can count ask me where I got them. They look great, fit great, and perform great!

I absolutely love these shoes. They were a tight fit at first. I had to remove the inserts and squeeze my feet (no socks) in but after leaving them in for a few hours they now fit with the inserts and with socks. 10/10 could not be happier.

First time with this brand, put them on right out of the box for P90X then the treadmill. These shoes are light, bright, and a keeper for me. The color is fabulous (blue, of course) and more importantly the fit is comfy and airy and have a super grip. I was a little leery using them for the treadmill, I started with just a couple of miles at first, but no problem. Can't wait to take them out on the trail! And Zappos, you blow my mind! Your service is as close to instant gratification as it gets, like vacuuming, without the work. I placed this order in the evening and there they were, delivered at lunchtime the next day. I live in an area with very few amenities, you make me feel like I'm shopping in the big city!

I've recently taken up Crossfit and love these shoes. Overall, they provide the most support and stability for running and lifting. My squat form has improved tremendously. I've even convinced two of the guys who go to my gym to pick some up!

They are extremely light, breathable, and perfect for crossfit. They feel different as far as a running shoe so I tend not to use them when I run. Great for the gym/crossfit. Get some!
