These inov-8 f-lite 230 feel very good on. I like the style of this sneaker and they look nice on.

Great shoe, I crossfit 4-5 times per week, also run. Have had no issues. With the base shipping option they arrived in 2 days.

The service I received with Zappos was outstanding! I ordered a 10.5 M and it was too big. I had measured my foot w/a Brannock device and it was dead on 9.5 M, but in Asics I was usually a 10.5 M. Bottom line the return process was excellent and Zappos covered the fees! They sent me a smaller size and in about a week I was wearing my Inov8's. Thanks Zappos!

This is the first time I bought shoes like this. It is very light and comfortable. The only issue I see is that there is not that much cushion in the soles. I read this is also good for crossfit.

This is a great shoe! I never thought something so light could offer so much stability while doing squats and deadlifts. I have very flat feet and this is exactly what I needed while doing my Cross Fit Workouts. Plus you can't beat free shipping!

These shoes are ridiculously comfortable. I was a skeptic at first, favoring brands like Nike and Reebok as I was looking for new trainers for the gym, P90x, Crossfit etc. I read all the glowing reviews on this site and decided to give them a try. I am a convert! These shoes are extremely comfortable (I have semi-flat feet) and provide great support during my workouts. I'm a size 13 and ordered actual and the shoes fit perfectly. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt it was worth sharing how much I dig these shoes.

I was looking for a low profile cross training shoe that would be good for trail/hill runs and Crossfit. This shoe is perfect. It's lightweight, comfortable, and since the sole is so minimal, you are able to really feel the ground with your feet and toes which provides excellent stability while preforming overhead squats etc. The reinforced sides connecting to the lace system hugs to your feet for a great fit. Like a small percentage of others, I found my true size to be a little big upon delivery, so with the speedy help of the amazing people at Zappos, I was able to exchange my shoes for a 1/2 size smaller and they showed up on my door the next day. Overall, a great shoe.

I am a huge advocate of these inov-8 230. I have had a previous pair before these. I love these shoes; comfy, feels like I'm not wearing any shoes, and light. They do run a tad narrower than my last pair, but nothing that bothers me.

Excellent fit, take everyone’s suggestion and get a half size smaller, it fits perfectly. I wish they were a little wider; that is the only drawback. I hope they stretch out a little, but other than that they are awesome. Really comfortable, great placement, love the feeling of being lower to the ground. You can really understand how it feels while squatting and jumping.

I have been wearing these shoes for a month and I love them. They are so light that I want to use them for everything. They are the lightest shoes that I have ever owned. I feel faster on the track with them. My times in Crossfit have improved.

These are fantastic shoes. They fit true to size. I wear Vibram Five Fingers as well. They are definitely easier to run in, but they are fairly minimal. I run dirt hard pack and they feel great. Buy these now! They are narrow, but still great.

These are amazing shoes for crossfiters. Your foot does not get jammed doing box jumps, and you can wear them for lifting because you have a great feel for the floor. If you are running in loose gravel, you will feel every rock and bump, because they are obviously minimalist shoes. They are very comfortable, like a protective sock. Ladies with bigger feet, my size 12 fits true to size.

Bought these for my husband. He loves these shoes. Most everyone wears them in our crossfit class.

I bought these shoes for CrossFit. Previously I was wearing Nike Free, which I love, however they had that menacing lift in the heel. The Inovates do not have much ankle support for longer runs, but are great for squatting and other lifting that requires a flat stance. They have greatly improved my form already. I think the shoes run a little big, but not enough to downsize.

I've been a fan of inov-8 for almost a decade now. I'm a Crossfit Coach in Alabama and am outdoors a lot yet live in a large(ish) city. My latest purchase of inov-8 shoes were the F-Lite 230's and they have yet to fail me. The lacing design they've come up with is amazing. Don't know if it's patented but I know all shoes should fit this way. I like my shoes really snug around my foot and no inov-8's I've ever owned have pinched my mid foot like most others have. It's like it squeezes around the whole foot instead of pinching at the top like other shoes do to my foot. They have excellent traction on any urban surface I've been on and held their own so far off road in my limited experience. They're also light as advertised if not more so and if you're into minimalist running/exercise they don't disappoint there either. They also dry really quickly and are extremely flexible. The only drawback I have is that for a guy with fairly flat feet they just feel really long and narrow. I've never had to order wider sizes in shoes before so I don't feel my feet are that wide and I've never had an issue with other inov-8 models before. But they have stretched a bit and are still very comfy, but when I look down I feel like I'm wearing skis.

If you're into CrossFit, these shoes are awesome! Everyone at our box has commented on the sweet color purple. Don't need to say anymore.

These shoes are wonderful. I do cross fit with them on at least three times a week over here in the desert.

Purchased primarily for crossfit. This was a huge improvement immediately compared to the traditional running shoes that I was using. It is in its element inside the box and I like it for runs up to 1600 meters because it is so lightweight. For longer runs I would recommend a traditional running shoe. Highly recommend.
