Great, comfy boot for narrow feet - OMG these are so comfy! I have them in Brunswick (dark brown). They stay cleaner than the classic suede Uggs. I have narrow feet and ordered half a size smaller than my usual size.

Sandstone Tall Swells are PERFECT!!! First Ugg boot I ever purchased. Very, very comfortable! If you are having trouble deciding whether to go up or down a size go up, they are snug and warm!!! You will have trouble fitting thick socks unless you have good room. I love everything about these shoes, the only thing is the light color I purchased shows any marks, so go with the darker colors to camouflage the dirt. My husband got the same style in the men’s also and He LOVES them- and he is very picky about his feet- Very, very worth the money! The look good with anything as well! Great investment for your money!!!

A close fitting Ugg boot - I love these boots! I usually wear an 8.5 in sandals/dress shoes and a 9 in boots and I ordered a 9. They fit perfectly... However, they are a tight-fitting boot so don't expect a whole lot of wiggle room, like with the classics. Because the footbed is leather I wear these with no-show thin athletic socks and it's great. The sheepskin in the upper keeps the wind out so my legs stay nice and warm. The uppers fit me perfectly but I have fairly skinny calves so watch out all you buff chicks :) I use Renuzit Supere Odor Eliminator in "After the Rain" scent to battle any smell and it works like a charm! Got these in black and wished I had bought them in brown also - maybe next year!

Love these boots - I love these boots. They fit great and look even better. I did go 1/2 size down. My last Uggs stretched a lot, and I was worried these would too.

This is a super cute boot! Sadly, I'm going to have to return it. I have a very high arch and couldn't get my foot all the way in it. I usually have to get a boot that zips all the way down, and even then it can be a struggle, but these were so cute I wanted to try them. Looks like I'm going to have to stick to the shorter UGGS.

I\'ve had these boots for about 2 yrs now, and I wear them everyday-all winter long. They stay pretty clean and are super warm and comfortable. I have no complaints. I wear a size 8 1\/2 usually and got a 9 in these, and they fit great.

Order a size up in these boots. Although the actual foot section of the boot runs true to size, the ankle portion of the boot the foot has to pass through to get the boot on runs way too small. It is very difficult to get the boot on and off. I originally ordered my correct size and then had to send them back to get a size larger. The size larger is better, but still somewhat difficult to get the boots on and off.

I am very pleased with this boot. I have a narrow foot and it fits just right. It has good support and is warm all the way to the toes. Zappos service was excellent.

Awesome boots! Very stylish. Super quick delivery! These boots are very comfortable. I was concerned with all the reviews that this boot runs small but I normally wear a size 8 and took a chance and ordered the size 8 and it fits perfectly. This is my first pair of Uggs boots. I couldn't see myself with the typical Uggs boots but when I saw these boots, I knew that I had to have them. It's hard to find everywhere in sizes 7 and up. Glad I was able to get a pair from Zappos.

First of all, these are gorgeous boots. As you've likely read, there's no sheepskin lining along the sole so I wear socks with these Uggs. And I find the footbed wide, but I do have skinny little feet; I slide around a bit and am considering purchasing the sheepskin insoles to see if that helps. I have a pair of classic tall Uggs and they are definitely warmer overall than these (and still my favorites), but I love having these as an option because, frankly, they're far dressier than regular Uggs. And warmer than most leather boots. I don't contend that they are waterproof by any means, but I did spray them down with protector just in case. They've held up marvelously. They get scuffy here and there since their outer leather is a suede, but it's easy enough to rub those out lightly with a leather cleaner. Overall I recommend these Uggs. I get compliments all the time and surprised "really?!"s from people when I tell them they're Uggs.

I purchased these boots for my best friend for her birthday. We absolutely loved the look and quality of the boots. They were absolutely beautiful! I had ordered her normal size, a seven. But when we received them she COULD NOT get her foot into them. We tried everything. We were so disappointed. When we called Zappo's they were so concerned and nice, and suggested the next size up, an 8. However, there were no 8's available, as the boot was discontinued. I kept checking the website, and one day a pair of 8's popped up. I called Zappo's immediately. The representative was amazing!! We received the boots the NEXT DAY, at no cost to us, and they are GREAT!! I guess they discontinued them because of the sizing problems, and it's a shame because they amazing boots. And Zappo's customer service is outstanding!!

My 1st pair of Uggs. Love the unique style, miss the sheepskin insole. This style is lined with sheepskin all throughout the boot, except in the sole or bottom of boot. Perhaps the reason why this boot is not water proof, unlike the other styles. The length of the sole is true to size, however there’s definitely a size discrepancy in the width around the ankle area. It is extremely difficult to get my foot in and out of the boot, once inside it’s pretty comfortable. Not sure if ordering a size up would remedy the problem. I’m a size 7.5, ordered a size 7.

These boots are comfy, but beware, order a size bigger! They aren’t true to size. In all of the other UGGS I have, I wear an 8. In these, I had to get a 9.

I first ordered Keen winter type boots but had to return them because they just didn't fit right and, well... just didn't look very nice. I pondered ordering Uggs. I have many friends that have them in different styles and such and they all love them. So, knowing we were moving north and that I needed really nice looking boots I bit the bullet. I COULD NOT be happier! I LOVE THEM…They are beautiful, functional and very very comfortable! I have a wide foot so I was worried about that but they fit great! I did order a 1/2 size smaller than I wear. *I wear an 8.5 and I ordered an 8. I am not wearing socks as recommended and I feel like I am wearing awesome slippers all day!!

This is my first pair of UGG boots. I absolutely love them! These are very fashionable and comfortable. I get compliments very time I wear them. Zappos customer service is very exceptional.

I love the boots. I never could picture myself in the traditional Ugg boots until I saw these. I did read all of the reviews in depth and glad I did. I usually wear, in shoes/boots, anywhere from an 8 to 8.5. I bought the size 9 and they are perfect. It is easy to slid my foot in and out. These boots do not have the sheepskin in the bottom like other Ugg shoes, so some people suggested buying the Ugg replacement insoles. I did do this and hated them. They are very thick, I could barely get my foot in and out. I also like to wear socks with my boots, so not having the sheepskin is OK with me.

I love these boots! The fit was perfect and exactly my size. This was my first Zappos experience and I\\\'ll be back . The customer service was exceptional.

I recently purchased my first pair of Uggs from Zappos. I normally wear an 8 - 8.5, but ordered the 9 as most reviews indicate they are a little small around the ankle. They are wonderful! I wear mine without socks so you may want to go up in size if you plan on wearing socks. They feel like bedroom slippers. My boots arrived 2 days after ordering. I will order my next pair through Zappos!

Having read earlier reviews commenting on the snug fit of these boots, I ordered both a size 7 (my regular size) and the Size 8. Unlike many others, I have happily elected to keep the Size 7. While a little snug getting on and off at first, these boots will relax with wear and I actually prefer the closer fit to this Ugg style relative to the more relaxed classic style. The Size 8 boot was already noticeably wider around my calf, making my foot overall look quite goofy. I really think this is one of the more stylish Ugg boot designs, much more appropriate for us 40 year old-somethings vs. the teenager fascination with the slouchier Ugg styles. "Slouchy" attire, even just in footwear, does not add much attractiveness to middle aged bodies. I expect to be proudly donning these Ugg boots and looking "Swell"!

I ordered these in the Brown and when they arrived and tried them on, I said "O, my goodness, these are amazing!" I immediately ordered them in Black and I am wearing them today! I have at least 12 pairs of Uggs; these are definitely the best of the best! Great support and not difficult to pull on at all. You can dress your outfit up with them and you can definitely dress down as well. Skinny jeans, no problem. These are really swell boots and I love them. Do not go down a size in these Uggs! Great for narrow feet!
