I love these boots! They are perfect for the cold weather! I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 so I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly. I had no problems getting them on, as others reported. I have ordered the inserts, but may never use them as they are so comfortable as they are. Shipping was also very quick, as usual. Especially, to an APO! Thanks Zappos! You rock!

I personally don't like the astronaut look of the Classic Uggs, but love these boots! I have had no problems whatsoever putting them on like some of the other reviewers. I usually wear a 8.5 (never a 9). But following the advice of other reviewers, I ordered the 9 & they fit just like an 8.5 usually fits me. These boots look awesome worn over skinnier jeans. They fit under my other wider leg jeans (usually AE Favorite Boyfriend), but you can see the outline of the top of the boot through the jean.These boots are worth the money. Not sure though, whether to waterproof them using the Ugg repellent, since it's for sheepskin? Will check around for the answer to that.

First, let me say I have been "drooling" over these boots since I saw them last year and I knew then I had to have a pair. Went online and looked this year, but couldn't find the color I wanted (brunswick) nor the size, but kept searching. Found on Zappos, but they didn't have the size. Put me on a wait list and within a week they had my size. After reading reviews of other buyers, I was concerned about the fit. Some of the buyers had problems with putting their foot in the foot bed. Lucky me, I didn't have that problem! I love these boots. Zappos was prompt and I really appreciate that. I will be buying more from Zappos! Thanks.

WOW! My new favorite dress-up boot! Awesome with skirts and great with pants tucked in. Comfortable, sure-footed, and very chic! Love the contrasting stitching. For all of us Bohemian Girls, this boot really rocks!

I placed my order for the Ugg Swell boot in the color brunswick on October 26, 2009. I received them the next day, Tuesday 10/27/09. They are extremely comfortable. The brown is a deep dark brown, loved this color. I'm an 8 1/2 wide and I ordered a size 9. They fit perfectly. I also have large calf and I was still able to fit my jeans tucked inside the boot. I am very happy with these boots and very happy with Zappos service.

I bought these boots last year after searching through the different Ugg styles, always hated the look of the original Uggs. These boots are simply gorgeous! I wear a size 8 1/2. I ordered a 9 based on the reviews I read and then I ordered a pair of the sheepskin insoles and ended up with the most beautiful, warm (no socks), comfortable pair of boots ever. Today, I received my 2nd pair of Uggs from Zappos, excellent service as usual. I'll rate these at a later date.

I absolutely looove these boots. They are warm and comfortable. They’re very snug and fit true to size.

I just received these shoes and tried them on. It is like walking on a cloud. I love these boots. They have the regular foot bed, not the sheep skin like other Uggs. That is what I prefer. I canot wait until winter so I can wear them everyday. I also have large calves and I was able to wear these boots with my jeans tucked in.

I have never owned a pair of Uggs before but when I saw these I knew I had to try them. I was not disappointed. I absolutely love them! I purchased one pair in this style last year but loved them so much that I decided to order them in two additional colors for this year. I wear a size 5 but after reading the other reviews I decided to order up a size and the fit is perfect. Every time I wear them men and women both notice and compliment them. I live on the Gulf Coast and the weather can be tricky during the Fall and Winter. However, these boots are not too hot if our December weather presents with only 60F temps. and they clean up well if they get wet. Also, they are very comfortable with or without socks. I find that Zappos is a great online place to shop for a wide selection of shoes and most often they arrive by the next day. But, it is the no charge for shipping policy both ways that makes doing business with Zappo's user friendly. I've found that I often need to try various styles and sizes in shoes and boots before locating the correct fit. And I can not say enough about Zappo's customer service. When I have need of additional help when searching for a particular item they have gone out of their way to help me with whatever I need. I have shopped with Zappo's for several years and will continue to do so.

I have wanted these swell Uggs for over a year and finally broke down and ordered them. Out of the box they were stunning looking, durable. I was very disappointed, however, that I could not get my foot down the boot shaft. I normally wear between a 5 1/2 or possibly a 6 in some cuts, but ordered a 6 due to Uggs tending to run small. I have a high arch and instep which prevented me from getting my foot into them. I would have tried a 7, but I knew the foot bed would be far too long. These boots either need a zipper or to be cut fuller in the ankle/lower shaft area. I do love the look of them, though. And Zappos delivered fast, and credited my account for the return fast as well. I have reordered another style Ugg and hope they work! Hard to rate this product since I couldn't get my foot in them, so I lowered the style to 3 stars only because they can't fit everyone due to the styling.
