LOVE THIS BOOT - I love this boot! I've never owned Uggs and bought these because everyone says they're comfy and I was 4 weeks out from foot surgery. They have been the most comfortable boots I own and I've worn them almost constantly!! Love them! Would highly recommend; they're warm, fashionable and very comfy.

Ease of entry - I could not put in my right foot; the heel area was too narrow, and I had to give it away. The left foot went in all right, and the boot felt great. Please tell UGGS to enable easier entry into the boot.

Service - Zappos is the best!! Free shipping & RECEIVING!! It is soo hard to order online as far as fit, style, etc...It is so nice to know that they are there working with you. It took me FOUR pairs-it was me, not them. No grudges!! I finally found a pair that I love! You will too!!

Love them! I really enjoy this boot - perfect fit, weight, and height. Usually someone remarks on them whenever I am out and about. I like having the ability to find shoes that are not regularly seen in the marketplace. Further, Zappos is a wonderful place to shop for a wide selection of shoes and quick delivery. But, it is the no charge for shipping policy that makes them attractive and user friendly for me as I often need to try various styles and sizes in shoes before I can find a proper fit.

The boot is very comfortable. I wear a half size so needed to size up. It is not as warm as I expected it to be. It is fine for walking in cold weather but not standing around when it is single digits Fahrenheit. It is also not waterproof so does not work well when the snow turns to slush on city street corners.

The perfect gift! I bought these for my twelve year old daughter for Christmas. They are beautiful & great quality. She loves them!!

Sneakers are great if like me your all for a cute wrestling type sneaker. Its light, feels great; please do buy a size bigger as it runs a little small. I knew that prior to buying so I purchased a size larger and it was a perfect fit. Zappos had it delivered within 4 business days through regular mail. So far so good I am a happy camper and I will shop with Zappos in the future.

My Uggs are SWELL! Absolutely love my new Uggs Felt a bit tight out of box but stretched out nicely and are so comfortable and not too ugly!

Love my new boots - I'm a peace corps volunteer living in Bulgaria and winters here are pretty cold. Below freezing temps+ badly insulated and heated buildings= icicle toes. So I've been eyeing these boots since November but there's no way to get them here so I ordered them to a friend of mine who was coming here. Zappos is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is the best I've encountered and they made sure my boots arrived to my friend in the time frame and even upgraded shipping to 2-day for free! The boots are fantastic. I wanted something less muffin-like than the original uggs and these have a great shape and excellent-quality nubuck-type leather. The stitching details at top give it added style which I really love. Most comfortable things, hands-down my feet have known. They do fit a little tighter in the foot than I expected. I'm a 6.5 but I ordered a 7 in these and they fit perfect. With thick socks, it's a little tight, so I stick to barefeet or thin socks. Usually, high boots rarely fit my calves (I don't have pencil legs), but these fit great and I even have room to tuck in my skinny jeans, which really makes me happy. Only complaint: although they're easy to get on, it's quite a struggle to get them off! It's a workout. I'm not sure why, maybe it's my feet. All in all, one of my best purchases.

LOVE these boots! A first for me on two counts. My first pair of Uggs and my first purchase at Zappos.com. I am thrilled with both!!! I had seen these boots in a department store and loved them however the store did not have my size and was clearing out their stock of boots for the season. I had been given a Zappos.com gift card so I decided to try here. Zappos even over-nighted them to me for free! The boots are extremely comfortable and light.

Great boot - Nice boot. Since they are pull-on, it is a little bit hard to get them off and pull over skinny jeans. I love the look of them and they are very warm!

Great boots! Great service! Bought two pair for my granddaughters as gifts. Ordered their normal shoe size but they were a bit snug. Got on the phone to Zappos, ordered one size larger, set up the return process and received new boots on Monday. They fit and look great. The girls love them. With Zappos, it is not so much the great products, but the great service.

I love my Uggs! These boots are great! They keep my legs nice and warm and look great! I didn't realize that they didn't come with the insert, so I'll have to go buy them, but overall, great boot!

Love the boots! I ordered these boots just before the holiday. I absolutely love them! I wear a size 8 and ordered an 8. They fit perfect and are so comfortable! I was skeptical about the heel because in the picture it appears higher than it actually is, but the description is accurate. I recommend the boots - they are really sharp looking.

3rd pair! I love the Swell Boot. I have foot problems and these offer support as well as comfort. The look is more tailored than the clunky Uggs so I can wear them with pants as well as skirts and dresses. I wish they made them in grey and chestnut.

Fabulous Comfortable Boot - This Ugg boot goes on easily and looks great. It is so warm and comfortable. I went for a slightly larger size 11 and it fits perfectly. It has good arch support and I need a slight heal as I can't wear flats. Can't say enough about this boot.

More grown up Uggs - First rate exchange. I ordered a 7 as they usually run large but these are more slim through the foot so I needed my true size. Zappos sent the replacement without having yet received the first shipment. ALWAYS first rate customer service! And many compliments on these boots!

"Swell Ugg's" I ordered this boot for a Christmas ski trip to Colorado. I needed something warm, nice looking and comfortable for lot's of walking. The Ugg Swell really fit the bill. Even though it's lined with a low pile lining unlike most Ugg's it was really warm, most days I didn't even wear socks. I typically wear an 8.5 but ordered a 9 and am glad that I did, with socks the boot was snug going on and off. Great boot that I know I'll wear a lot. Great service as well!!
