This boot is very sturdy and warm. My only complaint is that the top portion of the boot is very wide, leaving a gap near my leg. This definitely makes the boot less stylish in my opinion, as well as less functional--if I ever happen to be in snow that high, some would surely get into the boot.

I normally wear a size 5 but this pair in 5 is too small. My big toes hit the front of the shoe. My heel also slips out as I walk, doesn't have a good heel grip. Too bad, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered these along with Columbia Bugazip Omni-Tech boots before I head back to Germany for the next winter. \r\nThey fit okay in the foot, but I was surprised at how wide the top of the boot was. I could fit my whole hand next to my leg which doesn\'t work when you\'re trying to walk around in snow. The design wasn\'t as cute as the picture either which was a bit surprising. \r\nI preferred the Columbias which were roomy in the right spots and supportive where needed.

A nice-looking, lightweight boot, but the sizing is definitely off. I always wear an 8.5 and this boot was tight and uncomfortable, impossible to walk in. Some reviewers had no size problem, so maybe it's only in certain size ranges? Very disappointing as I needed them during our snowstorms.

I am a Keen fan and purchased these because of good reviews. They are not warm and I have been very disappointed. 20 minutes outside and I have cold feet.

I want to like these boots. I have been buying Keen footwear for many years. I am disappointed that I keep having to send these boots back. I am on my second return of the Betty boot. It's as if I keep getting the same pair sent back. The left boot is a half size smaller than the right. I am a size 8 and the left boot feels like a 7 1/2. I thought perhaps my left foot shrunk so I had my friend that's also an 8 try on the boot and she had the same fitting problem, so I know its not my anomaly. Well third times a charm, I'm sending these back again. Good thing for free shipping or I would have to move on to another brand.
