Firs pair and was unsure. I absolutely love them and they are perfect for my plantar fasciitis and high arches!

My favorite style and best color. Tobacco is so neutral is goes with everything.

Definitely need to size down a full size. Your toes and heal need to be almost up against the edge for these to fit right. I’m normally a 6.5/7 and needed to size down to a 36 5/5.5. Super comfortable and cute! Will be wearing these all summer!

I am a size 7.5 and I got the 37. This is the 3rd pair I have bought and I love them, decided to switch it up and get a darker color this year since I always get the lighter one. I have bad arches and these help walker longer and without pain. SOoo comfy!

New to Birks. Wasn’t sure for first few days. Now, I get it! New favorite shoe!

I am new to Birks and I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Plantar and obesity. In other words, I’m in pain and have a lot of sensitivity. At first, these felt awkward and uncomfortable. But I wore them about a week all day and now they feel pretty dang good! They don’t have squishy padding or anything and took some getting use to but I really like them.

I love these but they definitely have the hippie vibe!

Perfect right out of the box! Pairs well with everything from cutoffs to maxi dresses.

This is my 5th pair of Gizehs and this particular pair was the easiest to break in. I get so many compliments when I wear this style. I’m on my feet all day, so arch support is a high priority. These shoes mold to my foot anatomy and provide excellent support.

I bought these for my daughter. She is pregnant and a hairdresser who is on her feet all day. These are almost the only shoes she will wear. This is the second pair I’ve gotten for her, I’m sure the others are several years old. She loves these shoes!

These are excellent sandles and super comfortable right out of the box. They felt broken in after only one day and they provided much needed arch support and relief for a plantar fascia foot injury. I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2. However, these seem to run slightly large so after measuring my feet using a template from the Birkenstock site, I downsized by one and bought a 37 regular. My daughter already had a pair in size 38 that I had already tested and the width would have worked find but the 37 felt just a bit too long. I love these shoes!

So kudos to Zappos for hanging in there with my process of finding just the right Birkenstocks! I LOVE the oiled leather look, which could be considered more casual. For sizing, I had to order both a 37 and a 38 so I could compare. I am a 7.5 but the 37 Gizeh Birkenstock was perfect - the 38 is too long for me. Returning the wrong size was easy and I am so happy with the style, fit, and oiled leather look of the Gizeh Birks. I have spent a decade with out Birks and it feels like coming home.

I found that I liked the look of these shoes more when they arrived at my house. So far...comfortable and nice style. I expect that they will be like my other Birkenstocks and age well.

These were a gift for my daughter so we read through the sizing and width instructions and went through ALL the reviews and by doing so she was able to get the PERFECT pair of shoes. She has long, narrow feet so we were reluctant to purchase shoes that said these sandals were narrow width yet fit medium width as well. Well after much reading she made a decision and could not have been happier. The shipping and delivery were quick and her Birks fit PERFECT right outta the box. She reports that they are a little stiff but that she is sure they will break in just fine. Thank you Zappos.com

I usually wear a 37 but the 36 was too large in the top around my foot, so I ordered a 36 and have them as tight as they can be. Perfect! Everything I’d expect from Birkenstock! The leather is soft, pliable, and very comfortable, with no break-in needed.
