I have been buying these shoes for the past 4 years. Ordering from Zappos is great - you get next day delivery free. These shoes are the only ones I can use due to tendinitis.

This has to be the most comfortable walking shoe, period. And the "bone" color makes it perfect for rainy day walks. For those who over-pronate and/or have wide feet, I would highly recommend this shoe. And thank you Zappos for your excellent service!

My feet are unusually flexible -- they flex as much as my hands. I must have firm arch support. These are the best walking shoes I've tried. I don't even have to use my custom orthotics. The standard footbed + the motion control sole is enough for me. I have also tried New Balance WW811, but my foot is ever so slightly wedge shaped, and my heels lift as I walk even though the New Balance model fits fine otherwise. So I'm sticking with the Brooks Addiction.

I love these shoes! I've had surgery on both feet and have had to use orthotics in my shoes. I was looking for a shoe that was very comfortable and had good support. This shoe has both. It's like wearing a glove. I highly recommend them. I don't even need the orthotics because the arch support is so good and did I say how comfortable they are?

It's comfortable, lightweight and just the shoes I needed for work, but I need a little allowance so am returning it for a a next size bigger. Zappos is still the best store for me. Congratulations!

I bought these for my wife, a pharmacist who stands 9 hours a day. She is extremely pleased! These shoes are light weight and very comfortable. She has tried many different brands of comfort shoes, but these she says are the very best. Highly recommend if you stand all day.

These have been the shoes for me for 6 years. I'm a nurse and am on my feet for hours a day and the very first day I started using these shoes my hip stopped aching. Zappos will get your shoes to you astonishingly fast and will readily accept them back if they don't fit.

This is the second pair of Brooks Addiction Walkers I've purchased. I wore the last pair almost every day for almost three years. I ordered 1/2 size larger to accommodate my orthotics, and they fit perfectly. They may not be pretty but they are super comfortable. I can walk in them all day!

Great sneakers. I work in the medical field and have had problems with my feet. The support is great. Works well with inserts.

I own two pair of Brooks and love them. They help with various foot problems and since I can walk more. I lose weight and healthier! My sister had both knees replaced and had no luck in locating shoes that let her walk without pain. Sent her the Brooks Addiction and she loves them! Sent me a basket of candy, which did not help my weight loss.

I have plantar fascia, however you spell it. Need shoes with good support and have been wearing Brooks for years. But I was super delighted to find these basic shoes in something other than white or black and in the medium, which so many brands do not offer. These shoes have literally kept me walking.

I have bought this shoe in white before and it size was perfect. Last week I bought the black for the first time and it was very small (an inch shorter than the white pairs I own). Thinking it was a fluke, I ordered the second pair and what do you know? Those were also small. If ordering black, go up a size.

This is the third pair of these shoes I have purchased. They were originally recommended by the foot specialist that makes my sports orthopedics because of the lateral stability of the foot bed and that fact that its construction supports and assists with pronation. A nice big toe box so your toes have room. I live in the NE and wear the leather version in the winter for walking (weather permitting) and the mesh version in the summer. If your foot needs support, your ankles need stability, or your neuromas need toe space, these are a great shoe. I buy a half size larger to accommodate the extra thickness of the sports orthopedic.

Best shoe for daily walking. I have tried almost every walking shoe. This is the best as far as comfort and size. I have ordered at least 5 pairs since I discovered this shoe. I have high arches and and other problems with my feet but thanks to this shoe I manage to work a full day and walk 2 miles afterwards.

I love this shoe! Zappos has done a good job keeping longer sizes in stock. I wear women's 11.5 narrow. Good service, too.

I wore these for about 18 hours the first day! They're very comfortable and offer excellent support. I would definitely suggest ordering at least a half size larger than your size and for those like me with flat feet, go with the wide. This is the best 100 bucks I've spent in some time. I'll be buying these again for sure.

I love these shoes. I am 57 years old and stand on my feet 8 hours a day and do a lot of walking. I have found these at another store for a lot more money!

My husband and I have had foot problems for years and both wear this shoe. The shoe is very comfortable for walking and fits nicely. Another plus the extra width which my husband requires. Overall, a very good product.
